I used Reed door years ago and was very satisfied with the quality of the work and professionalism. However, I recently used them again to refinish my front doors. The doors look beautiful, but when the installed them they did not adjust them properly. There is a space between the door and frame at the top that you can see light through. I am not able to use the front door because the lock doesn’t match up. I have called twice, sent text message and emailed and trying to get it adjusted. I have received zero response.9/20/20Mr Reed,Thank you for your google response. However, I would have appreciated a return call from one of the messages I left in an attempts to discuss my concerns. Our doors are antique but no one told us that they were warped until your google response. Warped or not they were functioning properly prior to your companies reinstall.

Thank you so much for the beautiful refinishing job you did on my entryway door. It was eight or nine years old and looked very weathered, now it looks brand new. I was amazed. Have not been to the store itself but had them install a door for me. They were polite, timely, and did an excellent job on the install. Install guy was punctual, a very fast worker and very detail oriented. Came out better than I was even hoping for.

Not sure what is going on with this company. I have had them work on some doors that needed adjusting and the work was fine and they were paid on the spot. Recently, I have called them several times for some additional work and they either dont answer or, when they do, put me off, or say they will put me on a schedule then never show up. I need to find another door company since these guys have turned off the lights and hung the closed, going out of business sign.

Great service, excellent workmanship! More importantly, Tom has a great eye for design and my door is perfect.

Rochelle at Reed Door Works was very friendly and made the process to obtain a quote and an appointment extremely easy. The service technician arrived in the scheduled time (a rarity it seems these days) and performed the work unsupervised. I recommend this company based on their professionalism and ease of doing business.

They did everything they said they were going to do in a timely fashion and I am impressed.Sales staff is somewhat uninformed, but theyre kind and polite.

Quality workmanship.

Mr. Reed is extremely knowledgable and adaptable to the price range of the customer. We had just a small replacement glass order and he was as thorough with us as though we were asking for a large order. Luckily, he was recommended to us by home depot when we couldnt find what we needed there. Unfortunately, in the era of the big supply stores, I didnt even know to look for him. So grateful we found him!
