The ham and turkey were juicy and tasty. Wasnt planning to buy the rum cake but it kept calling my name as I was standing in line. The $ 25 dollar cake was so moist and uhm uhm uhm! All the products worth every penny!

I love the ham sandwiches, but the pulled pork sandwich is a no for me. It taste like the pre-packaged Lloyd pull pork from Walmart. Its awfully sweet. I will stick to the ham sandwiches and 🍪.

I knew I would be too busy to cook a full meal so I dropped by to grab a turkey breast and they were so helpful and told me about a special meal deal they had.I got two sides, rolls and enough Turkey we ate Turkey for a few days. $40.00.

They didnt have what we ordered online, so the manager replaced it with something else, gave us a free side, rolls, and coupons for a free lunch sandwich. They went above and beyond to make up for our main protein not being on their truck today! Very nice of them to make sure we are taken care of!

Ordered and prepaid for a turkey breast to be picked up at 3:30 pm the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. I showed up exactly at 3:30 only to find out they have no turkey for me. They refunded my money but that doesn’t do me much good on Thanksgiving when I go to enjoy a nice dinner. In my opinion this is not acceptable. This is a company that obviously does not care about their word.

These people are so amazing. I went there on the 23rd in between work. They got me in and out with a smile. It was rough for them all day. I called and they had been busy all day. But I was able to sneak in at a slow time and get my entire Christmas dinner from them. I love love love them! Cheery smiles even after a long hard day. I made them laugh with a reference to Christmas with the kranks. Honeybaked ham is the best!

Sadly disappointed with them this year. My wife reserved 4 lbs of turkey a week before Thanksgiving. Showed up today and they had run out. Why would you not put some to the side for people who reserved? Dont make promises you cant keep. I was refunded the price of the turkey, but still such a lack of planning is embarrassing.

Got the combination of quarter ham which is always fantastic the problem was the turkey very dry and very hard for human consumption no wonder they offer special who ever had the idea of the turkey should be fired just stay with the ham will not recommend the turkey to anyone

My mother reserved a HBH via phone. We drove from Galveston to Clear Lake (70 miles roundtrip) to pick it up the day before Thanksgiving. I waited in line for half an hour. When I got up to the counter the person asked me for a confirmation/reference number, which neither I nor my mother had. The person said that if it was paid for in advance, then they could use a last name to find the order, otherwise we had to have this unknown number for pick-up. In the end it was complete waste of time, money and gas. Weve been buying HBHs for me ore than 20 years, but I had to settle for a product from my local grocery store. Very disappointed in this process and the company.

They are in the business of selling Holiday Meals, but they always run out of Turkeys,, five/six days before the Thanksgiving holiday.Their corporation is very inefficient.

This is always to go to place for a holiday ham. The ham salad is on point. I also tried the honey smoked Turkey and it might be better than the ham. They are well staffed to handle the large crowds. Great job always!

We went to pickup some salads after church and they didnt have the ingredients to make it. Why would you have items on your menu & advertised in your store and not have the ingredients to make them? Oh ... and there was no soup either.Good ham for holidays but thats it.

Ham Classic is their specialty and very good, highly recommended for a meal that was quickly made from their nice staff! They have takeout and offer Doordash. Will return to try other meals.

I got everything for Christmas dinner. The ham and all of the side dishes were delicious and my time in the kitchen was minimal. Finished with the pumpkin pie which was so good! Pickup on Christmas Eve was quick and easy. I will definitely use Honeybaked Ham again.

Update: I was expecting some sort of ham bursting with flavor. Honestly I have had better hams from Kroger for a better price. It was a little bit of a disappointment. My sister and I dined in with tasty sammies & shared a bag of chips. You cant go wrong if you buy a bottle of savory mustard and/or dill mustard. Happy to have found that they make sandwiches for dining in, take out ham salad and other premade food and side dishes and all at reasonable prices.

If you visit the honey baked ham company, youre either obsessed with their products, or got a gift card as a company bonus during the holidays. Im not a fan of sweet glazes so its not my cup of tea, but the company does make quality products and the staff is nice.

Had a reservation order but the store ran out of the kind of pie I ordered. The clerk said the order system didnt communicate with the store but theres no way that should happen with a system that takes reservations.Store clerk substituted another kind of pie for no charge, so they handled it as best they could.

The food at this location is unlike what youd find at other HBHs. If you gave it 4 or 5 stars, please go to another location, and your whole life will be changed. :D Seriously, though. Theres only soda cans, so not only do you not get refills, but you can only have water if you pay for it. The bacon is not thick cut (its supposed to be), the chicken salad sandwich wasnt served on a croissant (its supposed to be), and the mix for it was missing ingredients. Oh! And they only had one side available. I would go somewhere else. HBH is usually great, but the owner of this place seems to skimp to save every penny he/she can.
