Dont waste your time and money on this place.There was a promotion on Facebook that employees didnt know about (buy one meal - get another one for free). After showing and explaining to them they just removed one item to make it easy. Okaaay. Fine. Then it took forever to wait until they appear from the kitchen. I guess servers make food too. Aaaand this place claims that they make FRESH food BUT I got my chicken green glow with obviously not fresh greens (see photos). Chicken didnt seem fresh as well. I didnt want to eat that and I asked for a refund. The staff was kinda retarded. Instead of apologizing and say yes, mam, heres your money - they were just looking at my bowl and didnt realize what to do. I got my money back and I wont come to this place again.My husbands wrap was also blend with just basically spinach and a little bit of egg.

I got the dragon bowl, so good!! First time Ive had food like this after recently learning of it. The folks working there are really nice. The place is clean and well kept. I have to come back!

Ordered the WARRIOR BOWL to taste test for all the Warriors I know & 💘. Refreshing, crunchy, yummy! Saved some for Freya 🐕‍🦺🐾 although it was hard to do. My niece treated so she didnt ask about Warrior discounts or service dog treats. Ill find out next time and let yall know.

I really enjoy these açai and other fruit bowls. Today I got the nutty bowl and it was delicious as usual. The only reason I do not give five stars is because sometimes they only fill up the bowl 3/4 of the way. For something that costs $14 or $15, I’m expecting a complete portion. There were a couple of incidences of missing ingredients or flat out mistakes made with the recipes but I am grateful for the 95% of the time that my orders are perfect.

Smoothies are good. Its blended & cant see the ingredients prior to them turning into a smoothie🤷🏻‍♀️.If you are looking for fresh full of nutrients salads, this probably not the place. Food quality was poor, radishes were turning black, bad lettuce that was turning orange & black. I paid way too much for low quality food.

The girl working at the register was not friendly, the employees in the back making the food were not wearing their masks properly. The website said that they have paninis, but they dont even make them. Nothing but a bad experience. Wont be back.

I am in love with this place! Ive had three things here - the kale salad with turmeric dressing, a vitality wrap, and a matcha smoothie - and all have been delicious! Cant wait to go back!

There food is made fresh so service may be a little slow. The food taste great!! The only thing I would say is they put a lot of Dijon mustard in their panini. It was too strong for my daughter to. I ate my panini but wished I ordered it on the side. You can’t go wrong with the bowls though.

This stores hours online and through google show that they are open on sundays. im calling the store, no one is answering. so i place my order online, pay for it, get charged $17, drive 30 mins just to get to the store and see a handwritten sign on the door that says closed on sundays. and to cancel my online order i have to call the store.... thats closed. while im sitting in the parking lot i see about 5 other people pull up and go to the door just to find out theyre closed. it isnt hard to update your stores hours online.

Usually this place is really good to eat but this is the SECOND day in a row that I’ve come here and they’ve closed early. It’s really annoying and bad for business and they need to do better. If they’re going to keep closing an hour before close then they might as well just stay closed. Very irritating. The one star is because I like the food.

Food is good, but service is horrific! Fresh food takes time, but this is INCREDIBLY slow. We come here often for the healthy options but sad that we always have to be prepared for rude service, lengthy wait times, and did I mention rude service?

I went there with a BOGO and was told by the cashier that I couldnt use b/c she didnt know how to enter the coupon. Instead she wanted to give me a $1.20 employee discount. She then tells me other customers come in with the same coupon and this is what she does. This is not ACCEPTABLE!!!This makes me not want to go back here at all to do business!!!

Came around 9am and waited about 5-7 minutes before an employee noticed me. Ordered and got looked at weird. Definitely did not appreciate that. Got the vitality bowl to go and it was good.

The bowls are excellent- always fresh ingredients and nutritious. The bowls to me are a bit pricey, but it’s not unexpected given the quality and organic ingredients. The small bowl is filling and perfect for my appetite. The panini sandwiches are good quality ingredients, very filling, and I’m very happy with the prices. Overall a great place and I’ll keep coming back.

Vitality Bowls is a great place for lunch on the lighter side. The bowls are like a smoothie in a bowl and are delicious and filling. The ingredients are the best and they are very conscious of food allergies.

You can order on the app or over the phone.Had to bring my vote down as theyve cut the desert bowl size in half but kept the price the same. There is no way Im paying $8 for this tiny cup now. I wonder if they shrunk the regular bowl size now.

Underwhelming service from staff. Long wait time. By the time of actually getting to the register to attempt to pick up a grub hub online order, staff claimed they didnt have the order and wanted us to reorder and repay again through them. They finally found the order eventually. Spent 40 mins here... way too long for an acai bowl. If you dont know how to use modern technology of middleman services such as GrubHub/DoorDash, dont offer it.

Great food, excellent service. Chill atmosphere. Quality ingredients and beyond friendly service. The employees are very knowledgeable about their products and an array of their health benefits. Fresh made juices and smoothies.

I’ve been here 3 times and each time I got two açaí bowls. Out of the 6 bowls total only 1 of the açaí bowls had açaí that was actually thick (How it’s supposed to be) and the other 5 bowls had açaí that was more watery/runny. They do have long waits as well.

This place is pretty great! The staff is helpful, the smoothies (they’re all smoothies, let’s be real) are tasty, and the prices are... something to aspire toward? In all fairness, organic superfoods can run you a pretty penny. If they’re keeping their stock frozen for the most part, there’s bound to be little overhead in terms of spoilage. And since they’re smoothies, they can use discounted imperfect produce. So I feel like the cost could reasonably come down by a decent margin. That said, it’s readily available healthy dessert food near a mall. What’s not to love?

I love this place. The ingredients are always fresh. Each bowl takes time to make since its made fresh and delish. I have yet to be disappointed with my acai bowls. Keep up the good work.

I love this place! A great option for a quick healthy meal. Perfect for all taste, as they have acai bowls, salads and sandwiches. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so welcoming.

The bowls are too expensive and small in portions. You don’t always get what you ask for. We had allergies and asked for no coconut. The top of our bowl had coconut all over. When we asked for remake they just scooped the coconut out. It was not worth of the money we paid.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Ive recently decided to have a major life change in my eating habits and this place has made that decision very easy. I love their fresh clean healthy bowls. I have ordered the Detox bowl and the Nutty bowl as well. Both have been full of flavor and I feel full after about half a bowl. Its a nice satisfied full without feeling heavy or stuffed. The facility is very clean and beautiful inside. It doesnt have a lot of seating but that is of no object to me. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I have been coming here for over a year now. It’s the same thing, they don’t listen. What’s the point of customizing a bowl, when the workers don’t put what you ask. Also the app gives a ability to order ahead so you don’t have to wait. Clearly the BayBrook location needs to pick up on that.

Incredibly nutritious ingredients blended into delicious sorbet-like bowls and smoothies. There is a great variety of items to choose from, so youll be able to find something you like. The only drawback is the price. It is quite expensive (4 of us ate for $60.) Now I will say, you get what you pay for and you are paying for the finest, most power-packed superfoods you can find in the world. If nutrition is a priority for you, I highly recommend stopping in for a real treat.

Love to have an on the go health food place in the Friendswood/Webster/Clear Lake area. Smoothie prices could be lower. 8 dollars for one smoothie with taxes is steep but the Go Green is delicious.

Was visiting from California and trying to find a healthy place to eat here in Houston. Stumbled across this amazing place with a huge menu full of healthy options. I Got the tropical vitality bowl which was a full 20 oz and was amazing!! It was topped with bananas, strawberries coconut shavings and drizzled with honey drizzled on top. The young lady that helped me and another customer was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions! Cant go wrong if your wanting your fruits & veggies. Woill definitely come here again when in the Houston area!

I ordered a large dragon bowl and sirloin panini and a green juice. The juice was great and came out before everything else, which was good cause I waited a long time. the bowl of fruit was more like a smoothie. I was expecting a fruit salad not a smoothie in a bowl with a few sliced fruit to cover up the real deal. and a and little sandwich that wasnt even the one I ordered.

There are a variety of healthy choices here! If someone is looking for a place for a healthy lunch,snack, or drink, then I recommend this place. It is a small café, but it is great place to stop by and have a refreshing smoothie/smoothie bowl! For those that need gluten free options, I recommend this place to you.

Everything about this place is awesome. Nice friendly staff, great selection of menu. I ordered a Roasted Turkey Panini and Vitality bowl for me and my fiancé and they’re by far the best it town! We will definitely be back and prices are great for the portions and quality! Great job guys!

The concept it great! We need more healthy food options but there was only one employee and we waited 20 minutes for one panini. When I left I saw a sign on their window that said I could have gotten a panini combo for less than I paid for just the panini. I think good service is to let the customer know this is an option.

Im going to stick with ordering online delivery from this place. I came in person this time because I had some time before work, stood at the front for 5 minutes before the employee came out, and off the bat was really rude. I was having trouble with the payment because I put my card in early and she just walked away and started making someone else’s order. Ummm ok? I really don’t understand the point in working a job you’re going to be mad at people for going to. You chose your job now do it the right way.

Obsessed with their açaí bowls. So far I have tried their vitality bowl and the tropical one. Yes they do take their time preparing them especially if there are other customers ahead of you...but they have a very clear sign by the register where they explain their food is made fresh and apologize in advance for any inconvenience. So far the the people that have taken my order on numerous ocassions have all been very kind. Highly recommend their bowls!

I have been a clean eating Vegan for nearly four years and have finally found a place in the Clear Lake area that caters to those of us who are serious about the ingredients that we consume within our foods to ensure optimum health. Vitality Bowls sets the pace for those whose goal is to achieve superior health using clean food ingredients in their organic and non-gmo state. Additionally, before transitioning to clean foods, I was on several prescription medications for multiple ailments as I didnt understand the health impacts of processed and chemical food ingredients. As such, as I transitioned to clean eating Ive remained off every prescription medication (nearly four years ) because of establishments like Vitality Bowls; unlike their competitors who are after cost savings, serving many chemical ingredients laced in their foods before considering our health impacts. I highly recommend Vitality Bowls Friendswood as I eat here nearly 3 to 4 times a week since theyve opened!

It’s Sunday 1/26/2020 they’re supposed to open at 10am, I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes still no one here. Update the time you open on your storefront and the internet.

Not sure what happened to my last posting but in short the cashier was extremely immature, clearly didnt want to be there, hopefully they fired her by now. Had no idea what she was doing, then theres the sad sandwich. A panini that was an egg full of shells, ripped up pieces of cold cheese, and soggy slices of bread. (See photo). So hopefully someone will see this before it gets deleted again, but I would like to come back someday for a better experience.

My first time visiting this place, 4:00 PM on a Saturday.I walk in, theres 4 - 5 people already there. I receive my order after waiting exactly 1 hour and people who showed up AFTER me were served BEFORE me.The people behind the counter were snide handing me my bowl (to-go) I get home and a hand full of the ingredients were missing. For example, there were no almonds, no bananas, and no goji berries.Since all of the reviews I saw online including my friend referring me to the place, I wasnt aware such poor service was possible.Biggest waste of time in my LIFE.

The storefront is tiny, designed for quick food to-go.The paninis are awful. Save your money. The sirloin panini was medium rare and not very good. It was bland and flavorless on regular sandwich bread and not the bread that is pictured on their website.They have kombucha on tap and bottled. Im not sure how it tastes.I LOVED the juice. Its not too sweet, and very fresh. I would come here just for the juice. I had the rejuvenator and it was delicious.I LOVE hint bottled water. It is perfect. I prefer it to La Croix. Im glad they have it stocked here.Acai bowl: I got the dragon bowl and it was really good. Its mixed with dragonfruit (its pink), mango juice, coconut milk, bananas, pineapple, and raspberry. IT IS GOOOOOOOOD. the topping is nice as well, slivered almonds, strawberries, kiwi, dried gogi berries, bee pollen and honey. I would TOTALLY get it again.

Came in for a panini and the immunity bowl, immunity bowl looked great and I understand why it cost $13, however not really sure why I paid $8 for a “panini” that was literally 2 pieces of turkey with a tiny bit of spinach and pesto, on regular, thin, whole wheat bread.. tasted decent, but very disappointing for the price and 19 minute wait.

SO good! Try the spinach salad, it smells and taste amazing lol.

This is probably my favorite place to get an Acai bowl in the Houston area. They take a bit longer to prepare the bowls than other places but its worth the wait!

$8 for a sirloin panini that was maybe 3oz total weight, barely a snack. Tasted good, but entirely too small for the price. Wife’s vitality bowl was good but also more of a snack size.Two staff kids also took an excessive amount of time to prepare the small panini and bowl.

Very pricey but definitely worth it if you have the cash to spend. Some of the best food I have ever eaten and its all so nutritional and best of all yummy as hell.
