Seriously... LOOK NO FURTHER!! Pat and his amazing team were nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Customer service is second to none. We had been looking for a hot tub for about 6 months. We went to several different places closer by to us originally and are so glad we came across them. We bought a refurbished tub from Pat and he tuned it all up for us, cleaned it, and even held it for us for a bit before we got our patio pavers put in. We would have gotten a new tub from him too and plan on doing so in the future after this tub.He lent us a loaner cover because ours was back ordered and when we found out it wasn’t the right size, he allowed us to meet half way to switch ours out at a gas station free of charge.I felt so compelled to write a review, because you just don’t find businesses run by amazing people like this often. Phenomenal experience and so grateful for him and his amazing team.

Aahhh Comfort Spas was a lifesaver! I needed a specific part for a pump on my hot tub and I had searched all over for it. Walked in here and Pat knew exactly what I needed and he had it. Still trying to keep the old hot tub alive but when I need a new one, I will definitely buy it from here. Pat was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful!

Excellent service and sales. Pat is ALWAYS calm and non-pressuring - I have never had him try to push me to buy anything. He is also very knowledgeable in spas and operation. We bought a used SunBelt Aurora back in 2010 that was about 5 years old then and decided it was time to upgrade, so just bought a brand new SunBelt Storm Precision series - cant wait to get in it! Our new tub!EDIT: Was delivered Saturday 1/26 and the delivery men were the nicest people - another plus for getting a spa from Aahhh Comfort Spas. They even put the downspout diverter I had moved so they could get the spa in the back yard back down! I had an issue where it was set to low power mode and I could not change it - called Pat and he immediately told me how to unlock that setting so I could change it to high power mode! And no, I do not work for them nor get special prices! Just so nice to see great, non-pressured sales, excellent and well mannered delivery people, and great after sales service!

I am so thankful that I bought my spa 4 years ago from Pat at Aahhh Spas. Over 50 years ago in basic training in the Army, my back and neck were injured. The only relief from pain I get is when I spend about 4-5 minutes in my spa. Pat was extremely helpful with a good price, and even a very reasonable delivery charge to Tyler, Tx. over 225 miles from his store.

Long story short, the water pump was tripping out my breaker. between the Internet, a lot of free advice from Aahhh Comfort Spa, and a competitively priced new pump, I’m back up and running. And I learned a lot about how a hot tub works in the process. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, saved me hundreds by fixing it myself and not hiring a professional.

I have been dealing with pat for 20 years. He has moved spas for me, sold me spas, helped me fix my spas and most recently rebuilt one. I have referred a dozen people to him and all have been satisfied. A plus service always. I would and always do highly recommend him to everyone.

We bought the Hurricane spa and could not be happier with it. From the initial order to the electrical, delivery and power up, every step went exactly as Pat explained. Michael talked me through the setup and chemicals and told me to call if I had ANY questions Thank you both so much!

I had a leak and a seized pump in my Spa....Big names like Leslie were unable to help me at all (Though they were OK in the past with a swimming pool I had). I found Spa Depot (online) and was able to get a new pump from them, but could not stop the leak. Saw Ahhh Comfort Spas one day and talked to Mike there and he was able to supply me with a replacement flange, flexible pipe and connector with which I was able to repair the leak. Also helped me with another leak I have had since and so far they have had all the parts I needed in stock (including a new stop valve). I will always go back to Ahhh as they give me invaluable free advice and have the parts I need in stock right there....

Never calls back. Wanted to buy in a week and never followed up or kept his promise. Went somewhere else and bought same day. Wouldnt waste my time again on someone who obviously doesnt want to sell a hot tub.
