This is a spot you need to visit in the event that you need solid things at a totally fordable cost. It additionally has a gigantic affirmation of new produce on the rack that isnt generally open at different spots. This is the best crucial food thing shop I have whenever visited around for me. Vigorously proposed!B
The food and groceries here are HIGH QUALITY! This place is kind of small thats why its a four star.
A smaller store with a smaller kitchen. Got a parking thats free. Its good enough. When I came in, most of the dairy products were gone. Besides, its a well managed place
My baby carrots tasted like mothballs! I thought the taste would go away after making a soup but it ruined my soup. The expiration date is short one week away but why am I getting a bag that’s been left in the back of a fridge.
I have been here multiple times and am pretty satisfied with the quality of food here. There are 2 main problems though: 1) Food here is a bit pricey compared to other places like Trade Joes. 2) *Some* cashier is not welcoming and helping. I had multiple times where I am short of hands to do bagging myself and they just stand there and make people behind you just wait there.
Great selections and quality! Prices are a bit more but worth it for me to make sure Im getting the highest quality and freshness. Their fruits are always on point!
Great place for grocery shopping. It is easily located near Lincoln Harbor Light rail station. It has wheelchair accessible entrance. There are carts outside. We went on a weekend and there was a queue of 20 people to enter. But was moving pretty fast.
Great grocery store to have in the area. love how large it is and how there are a few eateries, a bar, and a coffee shop inside.minus one star for two expired or defected items I bought over the past 6 months.
The cashier was super help and friendly. They have great selections and its organized.
Finally, there is a decent food market in Weehawken and that is Whole Foods. Although the size of the store is not huge, numerous of fresh produces, foods and bakeries found there. Also, numerous choices of different kinds of produces found there, some of them are just exclusive for Whole Foods.Although the price of Whole Foods always is unreasonable higher then other competitors, still, when they offer promotion, some of them are still cheap. Finally, there is something special, which is freshly made uncooked pasta and it is just hand made as customers need to pack and weight by themselves, I found it is interesting.
So grateful Whole Foods opened up a location here. They have such a variety of selections, such a variety of options for everyone. They have an excellent variety of tea, of dairy free options, of healthy foods. Their seafood is well labeled and notes whether preservatives have been added or not, which many stores neglect to disclose.I recommend their Local Made treats, they come in small containers and are made locally, such as the dark chocolate graham crackers - obsessed!
No food bar like the one in NewYork city. So i am disappointed as i drove a long way just for that and to get real parm cheese.. All items here are costlier by 2x compared to others nearby but the quality of veggies and the choices are better..
Best quality, variety products, fruits and veggies live them !!great cheese selection.
I shop here every week. Helpful staff. Best thing I like is you can go even if its raining/snowing. The parking and entry both are in covered space. Bliss!
Went to the fish department they had the wrong price on the label. Ordered whole fish he told me 10 minutes so I canceled(lunch break). I understand it might have been busy but there was no customer at the fish department. I went to pick up a small soup there was no lids. I asked somebody about the lids he tells me they all the same which they werent. I had to physically show him that the bigger lids did not work. He went under the counter found the lids but only took out one lid and put the rest back under the counter. I wanted to get two soups. I said forget it to myself. Why wouldnt they put out more lids for future customers?
Awesome place usually has what we are looking for.
The happiest Whole Foods I have been to in years. The emphasis in this store is local items and produce. Originally this was supposed to be a 365 store, so its a smaller than average store. Whoever reorganized the store to make it a full Whole Foods did an amazing job. The cheese, meat, fish and bread areas are each tiny, but as a result only the most popular items are there and they are fresh. With the exception of one guy at the cheese counter the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, easy to ask for help and advice. The small grumpy coffee kiosk is full service, they even have local baked goods, as does the store next to the cash registers.
The Kitchen Area sells refrigerated Calzones, when I asked the kitchen Staff if they can heat it up using their Oven, The ladies dumb excuse was no because it was in a plastic container. When I replied she can take it out, she still refused. Clearly the staff is lazy, why sell a refrigerated product in the kitchen area if you won’t even heat it up for paying customers. This Whole Foods is terrible.
What can I say about Whole Foods that hasnt been said already? If youre a fan, then youll be even more of a fan after visiting this new location.... Parking is easy, but looks like they will eventually be charging for it according to the posted signs (parking was free on opening weekend). Great, convenient location for residents of Weehawken/Hoboken, whereas before this opened, we had to trek all the way up to the Edgewater location.I did notice that the selection is a little different at every Whole Foods location... For example, the variety of bulk granola cereals is not as great as the Edgewater location, but maybe this will change in the near future. Overall, very happy that this location is now open... We will certainly be regulars.
Used to like this store a lot. Small compared to other WFs but well stacked and clean..... Unfortunately with time... Things got worse, choice of produce is limited .... And this past Sunday 7/25 I saw a guy carrying his dog in a bag while shopping. Every time he leaned for produce the dog was sniffing stuff. Thats not ok! Dogs, any pets should not be allowed near food..... Management clearly not on top of things.....
Wide selection of foods. Quite small, but its lively. Overpriced but worth it.
A little pricey but I usually like getting my keto ice cream here and fruits and veggies that’s it. Nothing else because its too expensive. There are things on sale though which is nice.
Nice store... love the self check out!
First time visited, clean and neat, well organized. Lot of options for groceries, frozen food. Has parking for whole foods customers, and walkers has separate entrance from road. Had different opinion on pricing, some products are same as shown in Amazon, some are high priced, better to search before purchasing some products.
The only place I trust to get fresh salad vegetables
Friendly people work here, they are always available to help you
Love this store! Friendly staff and fresh food/produce everyday.
I love it! Produce is top-notch. The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere is higher than any other place!
Fish section needs improvement but overall great store!
Physically distanced line outside, staff keep count. Not everyone practices physical distancing inside. It would be better to remove the food islands from in between aisles to give customers more space. I recommend going during less busy times. Always out of tortillas when I go.
I love the experience. Hope the next time I go I have to look through fully.
It seems that the supply chain has been drastically impacted in the last few months here. The shelves are always empty, the Amazon shoppers do not adhere to the 6ft distancing and the meat and seafood counters are constantly closed. Every week I come here and I am never able to get the groceries I need for my household. Hoping this location bounces back soon-
Great service. Good staff and wide variety of products.
Pretty good, kind of expensive, not as full of vegan options as Id like
Fresh food and cheap.. We pay for our health... Check it out.
If youre driving or waking by this store you might be confused by the parking lot structure. The Wholefoods is actually inside the structure and inside youll find the typical WF layout and offerings. Its actually smaller than usual but you have a coffee shop by the entrance, dine in tables (not in use atm) and plenty of parking in the aforementioned parking structure. Light rail is right across the street if you need it and the store itself is a 2 min walk to the waterfront with fantastic views of NYC.
Great fruits n veges .meats r a little pricey and a limited selection..breads are very good
Clean surroundings and courteous staff. Selection wise they can improve on the variety.
Superb whopping experience.picked up ordered birthday cake.ample parking place.very convenient..
I don’t give it 5 stars because you must pay close attention to the food. Many things here are expired. Other than that great place.
Good place to shop for Wholesome Organic Foods!
Very nice place. Usually have everything I need being vegan. Definitely a great go place.
Great store. My rating has to do with the pet policy. Ive noticed people bringing their dogs to the store more and more. This evening a guy brought his full grown Dobermann Pinscher to the store! I immediately asked to speak with the manager. The manager informed me more or less stores have been instructed by corporate to not intercede with customers who bring their pets in the store. I understand this is above the manger but something has to be done about this.It is completely unacceptable for people to bring their pets to the grocery store in which there are open food areas. There are people who have legitimate fears of dogs, people who are allergic to dogs and what happens if the dog decides he or she needs to relieve itself while in the store. At the very least Whole Foods Corporate has to see the potential liability if a customer is bit by another customers dog due to the store allowing the animal in the store.I understand the clear difference between an emotional support animal and a service animal. I have an ESA (Emotional support animal) but I never bring him to public places of this sort. I am completely in favor of ESA and Service animals which should have vests, identification tags and other items that alert the general public this isnt a pet. However, to have someone bring a 70-80 lb Dobermann-Pinscher to the grocery store and store management not be able to intercede is completely unacceptable. Whole Foods needs to do better.
Pretty good services ilove to shop at Whole foods .
The parking entrance is tricky. There is free parking right at the store (in the same building on ground floor). Dont enter the parking structure which has a long ramp that leads to a paid one, dont enter the paid outdoor parking lot next to the building.
I really like this new location. It has a pretty good selection of most of the things I really love to buy. i really enjoy the “Vital Proteins” range of products, and I bought some new ones for sleeping that I had not yet seen...Their meat/fish department is really small but the man who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered my questions regarding some fish I was buying. I think this store is set up to serve possibly more commuters or people who are on the go because a significant amount of space there is set up that way- lots of packaged fresh fruits that are good, but small. As much as I enjoyed my experience I probably won’t be back to this location often. It was extremely difficult getting home via Uber and Lyft.It took 30 minutes and 4 drivers who cancelled my request to be picked up before someone finally found me.
Of course clean and well organized. But there was no Prime Member discounts.
Good Whole Foods. Nice and clean and prices arent too bad. Also has a dedicated covered parking lot, which is nice. I feel like there should be another ramp, though, but whatevs.
Free Volta charging while you shop.
My favorite whole foods. Bit small, so try to go during off peak times. Fresh food. The people working for online orders, are a bit annoying, because they think they own the store, try to rush you and dont stay a safe distance away from you.
Its more like a Half Foods. Its small, but it was originally intended to be a WF360 so it makes sense. The small size limits what they can stock so its almost unfair to compare it to a normal WF. Its disappointing that its small, but they have a good selection for the size.
Good location, but certain items are always out. Helpful staff. These days you are dodging the Amazon delivery folks who pick the shelves clean
Love this one! Very clean and neat! Fresh produce, beautiful flowers, hot food as well.
I bought forsythia branches here last spring from the floral department. They never bloomed as they must have been previously frozen, already bloomed, or otherwise damaged. I returned to the store and asked for a refund, but the response was so corporate and unyielding, I was very put off. The branches were clearly faulty, but the manager insisted that he could not do anything. To sacrifice their reputation over $7 worth of flowers is foolish, but there seems to be some corporate directive dictating policy.I will never buy flowers from here again, and have decreased my visits for other groceries from twice a month to only occasionally when other more more human alternatives are not available. Is this the Amazon corporate mind set creeping in? Whatever it is, I feel I can do better elsewhere.
Great experience shopping at whole foods
Good glad you opened at Hoboken weehawken border!
Not that impressed, its doesnt compare to Wegmans
Love it ...everyone was nice and friendly
I love this place! They always offer fresh and healthy options for your family. Not to mention the $$$!!! Its quite affordable for what you get!
They keep offering deliveries but no dates are available regardless of amounts ordered. have been trying for 2 weeks now. very disappointed. also, the same order has gone from 39.plus last week to over 50. this week.
Its okay not the cleanest whole foods in the area
This is officially my favorite Whole Foods location. Well stocked, cleaned, adequate social distancing, shorter lines (does depend on time of day and which days)
Easy access. Size of store not overwhelming.Great parking.A good addition for the locals. No longer need to travel to Edgewater.Yeah!
Wish they would supply watermelons WITH SEEDS. Im tired of buying unsweetened fruits that are seedless and tasteless. To be wholefoods they need to sample the fruits before purchasing...
The staff are very nice and helpful, there is tons of social distancing, and everything is nice and organized. The bathrooms are also very clean and whenever I had a question about where to find something or if the store had a specific product, the staff were so nice and helpful.
Love love love the Cafe Grumpy inside, delicious coffee and very friendly staff. Get a coffee every time before shopping, it’s the best experience. The produce section is a dream, very fresh and unique fruits and veggies. The store is a little small but I don’t mind it, It has a cute neighborhood feel! Love the location too! So happy this one opened.
Good variety, parking and self checkout. I find some items such as the orange juicer here as well. Overall, its a good place. It has limited seating for dining and the bakery is not big and mostly run out of some breads I like.
Very good place to shop everyone there are very friendly
Great variety of groceries, plenty of parking and short lines to pay.
Very clean and inviting. Also on the small side not a typical size whole foods it is small then im used to. That said its what you expect from your average WF quality meats and 365 brand goods. Id say the deserts are a clean standout very good here.
Consistently good and shortage items are getting significantly reduce. Back in full swing. Delays entering can be significant due to being responsible for managing exposure during the Covid crisis. Right thing to do and a fact of life for now. Thanks for acting responsibly.
Too many Amazon shoppers clogging the aisles. I dont understand why they dont fill these orders from a warehouse.
Best Place to shop groceries!
Nice place, reason give 4 stars is given its space, it has limited choice selections to buy. but checkout is quick. and brand new place and modern and neat to shop inside.
I’ve lived near many large city Whole Foods and I have to say this store has not met expectations. There are very limited options for products, prices are much higher than other locations and the salad bar is rarely fresh. I’m surprised and this is the first time I’ve had below standard experiences/visits with a Whole Foods store.
Amazing spot to shop while on your vacation in the area. Close by hotel and ready to eat dishes are very good. A bit on the pricy side for muffin, croissant and french breads but perfect for everyday snacks while travelling. Extremely clean and employees are very polite. You can eat on the spot as outside tables are offered to clients.
Seriously... every week I stop by and they barely have anything that’s on my list. They don’t restock well at all. Their frozen veggies are always empty (seriously... order more stock of the brussel sprouts man). My husband stopped by this am with a list of 12 items... he came home with only one out of the twelve. Eggs... that’s it!!!Oh and another thing I noticed... a lot of expired items. Be careful. They need to train their staff better or maybe have more staff seeing as they don’t restock.
Fresh fruits! is what i go here for. Also if you have amazon prime subscription, you get discounts on select items. Its a new wholefood location, so everything is clean and new. Also, parking is very convinient. Staff is nice and helpful!.
I love how close it is to my job, but, I wish they had more Vegan options on their hot bar daily. It’s not diverse at all! I also wish they had a smoothie station as the Whole Foods in Clark NJ has. Other than that, it’s great!
This Whole Foods is very convenient location wise for me. I do wish they had a larger selection of products.
Clean, great service and staff.
Its in my heart forever this market !! PS: just need to focus more on the bulk section...more options such as sugar, spices. ... liquids too (syrups, liquid cleaning products, etc...) and allowing the customers to bring their own reusable containers.... so people that are worried with the amount of disposables that they use with their products can feel more comfortable bringing their own reusable containers to refill it ....
Very Good selection of food and fresh produce.
I love this WF! Super convenient to park in the garage and run in. They keep it very clean and I’ve had no issues thus far finding products I need. Shop here!
Love this place.
Excellent location. Large selection of organic items.
Very good place and convenient free parking.got all the quality products .they have a charging station for electric cars. Not sure if it is free .
This Whole Foods is small and is always way too packed with Covid-19 rising numbers. Bonus is you can charge your EV.
Always fresh foods, never many sales
