Service was terrible. Went to lunch with my keys. Never told me it was finished. Cashier didnt know how to ring me up. Oil change might have actually been done. Who knows?

Pretty quick, exact product I asked for, cashier was polite.

I do not recommend Walmart to get new tires. The prices are not very different from REAL mechanics and I payed for the more expensive brand of tires and came to find that some cheap tires were on my car. I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes just to get the situation fixed, and then I sat outside the building watching the employees fix other cars before mine like their mistakes weren’t a priority.

Checked box that truck was vacuumed and was not touched, grease marks inside of truck, 3.5 hr. Wait to change 2 tires and an oil change, price for oil change was on display, when I paid I was charged 7 bucks for a filter because they were out of the one for my truck, not my problem. Need to hire some more people in the garage area since there are 2 cashiers in the entire store. Big Box at its finest, when you think that you are finished, would you like this or that, save your spiel and do what the customer asks for nothing more nothing less.

Never have my tires in stock

The Weirton Auto Care Center is closed and apparently has been since the pandemic started, and will be for another few months. Google really needs to update this. We never come here but were in desperate need of new tires. Well have to keep looking.

Called in to set an appointment for tires. Was informed they dont do appts. Was told, be there by 5:30 and theyd make sure I got in. Showed up @ 5:10, and was told they werent taking any more customers. Asked for a manager, and he was to busy to talk to me.( He was in another dept helping). Asked for the next higher up manager. He showed immediately, and stated they would get me in. It took 2 techs 45 min to do the oil change ahead of me.

Chose this location instead of Steubenville because I was fed up w/ the poor attitudes & long,long wait every time plus they would always forget to reset the speedometer after an oil change. I was very satisfied and impressed with the Weirton store because of how accommodating and polite they were to me & thorough service with my car.

Really not impressed. But if your going to have Wal-Mart do any auto work for you. I recommend this location over the Steubenville location.

Went yesterday for an oil change. The lady at the service desk was very rude, and was told there would be a minimum 2 hour wait because she only had 2 techs on duty.I could understand the delay but her attitude was not dismissable and uncalled for.She needs to find a job she enjoys or is capable of. Certainly not cut out for customer service!!!

They had a great deal on car stereos $40 a pop

In Myrtle Beach you stay in your vehicle and they come out to you,. Do all they need to do then you go shopping. Here they make an appointment or its way over an hour...almost 2.

Very professional service in weirton wv,better than others nearby,fairly quick service,manager very knowledgeable and insightful,will visit again.

Went in for a battery, quick and courteous.

Took 2 and a half hours just to put a plug in one tire. After telling me it would only be a hour! 😡
