My appointment was fantastic, mrs Hruska was very professional. She explained everything in great detail, and the test was the best I have ever had. I would recommend beltone to anyone.

Appointment was for 1:00 it was after 2:00 before we were seen. Beside we had to travel a good way to get to this appointment we live way past Barnesville ohio . I felt sorry for. The receptionist she got chewed out couple. Different times cause over Ins papers that wasnt her fault, you dont do that infront of customers and I told her this, even tho we all were flustered,. I have a business and would never. Never to this no matter how much I was flustered,and if I was that receptionist I probly would of got up off my chair anf walked out

Very easy to understand the process for picking proper ear devices.Too much money in my opinion!Wish i could afford them.

Very bizarre business. They advertise by mail to get business by offering free exams. You order the $5000 hearing aids, they are supposed to find out about insurance so you know how much you owe..months go by without a word until... you get another ad in the mail for another free exam??Insurance never heard from them. If this is how they close the deal, I certainly wouldnt trust them to deal with any issues that may arise.
