The two gentlemen that did the work were very professional, courteous, work together as a team and took pride in their workmanship. They were on time. They clean up after the work was completed. They worked from the second they got here till they were finished. From start to finish, we had a very good experience with WW. They were very organized and kept us informed on all aspects of where we were in the process of getting new windows. Jason L was excellent in the type of windows we should get for our house - no pressure sales and we really liked his approach with us. Ben and Rob installed all windows and patio doors and did a wonderful job. They were very professional in their work. Lucille kept us informed and followed up with us in the end to make sure everything went well with the installation. We are very pleased with our Window World experience and highly recommend them when purchasing new windows. Our house now looks very up to date with our new windows.

Both individuals made sure that ever question or concern I had was answered and taken care of. After the work Steve did on the windows he was the deciding factor that made up my mind to have Window World so my siding when I go to have it done. Windows are beautiful!!! The young man that installed the windows was very professional, friendly and respectful. I had no clean up afterwords. The staff in the office is very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend window world.

Starting with the salesman....he was extremely informative and professional. He walked us through everything. He took his time and helped us make all the decisions on our windows, entryway door, storm door, and sliding glass door. He was fantastic! Now for our installer, Steve. This was a really big job for one person but Steve did it with ease. 12 windows, storm door, entryway door and sliding glass door. He did not rush, he did beyond high quality work and was so professional and kind. Sometimes it can uncomfortable to have a stranger in your home for 3 days but that was not the case with Steve. He explained everything he was doing, asked if we liked what he was going to do, and took the time to show me how the world does operated. If I could give 10 stars to Steve I would! Highly recommend!!!

The crew was super professional, drop cloths over everything. New windows look great, inside and out. They covered the outside trim, it never has to be painted again!Only downside is my wife wants all new drapes... LOLWindow World came highly recommended by several of my neighbors, I definitely would recommend them too.

Window World was the most affordable option we found. They responded to an inquiry within a day and scheduled the estimate within a month. It was 3 months from estimate to install, which was longer that I wanted but still worked well for us since the temperatures cooled off, allowing us to open our windows. We will be having additional windows replaced by them in the spring.

Everyone that I had contact with at Window World was great. From the estimator who came to measure everything, to Lucille in the office, to the installers, Ben & Robert, everyone was helpful and professional. The job was done on time at a fair price. The final product is beautiful & the installers did a great job cleaning up afterward. Would definitely recommend their services.

Awesome job from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them however I am updating this review as now that a couple of months have gone by some issues, mainly with the front door, have cropped up. We have yet to call and address this issue but will update once we do. Asking for a review a day or two after the install is a bit too soon in my opinion.

We were very happy with the service that Window World provided. The installer was very quick & efficient when installing the windows. He also finished the install of 11 windows in one day. Everything was done neatly & he cleaned up after the install.

I cant say enough good about Window World. Everything from the estimates to the installation are top notch. I wouldnt use anyone else. When they are done they even clean up so good youd never know they were there.

Window World is a great company to deal with. No high pressured sales.They called before they came, even though we had set up a delivery time. The installation went very well and they cleaned up and hauled away everything outside. They laid down drop cloths in their work area and vacuumed before they left. Very neat and clean. Very respectful of your property and belongings. Weneeded a couple of adjustments. They came right away and made the adjustments and answered any questions we had.Followed up with a phone call after each visit to make sure we were satisfied. Very good company and employees to deal with.

Sales rep was professional. Installation was scheduled for 2 days (13 windows). Installation crew arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. All of the windows were installed in 8 hours (one day). Would highly recommend Window World to my friends and family.

Everything was great with Window World. The quality of the windows is superb. Which explains the cost of them. Only issue is it could take months to get installed. Every window is made to order and it took me 3 months to get 3 windows installed. Other than the wait it was a great experience.

As a single-mother, I was looking for a company who was well-established with a great reputation for quality windows at an affordable price and excellent customer support after the windows were installed should I ever encounter any issue. I chose Window World because at no point during the process was anyone pushy. I never felt pressured to buy. I feel like I was dealt with honestly and with sincerity. I loved the fact that I also received reminder calls a day before anyone from the company arrived, I was given a time and a name, and I was sent an email with a photo. Talk about customer safety! The day of the installation, John Collins and Doc arrived and were as professional as I could be. Every room was prepared in advance by me with furniture moved and covered with all window treatments removed making it easier for the installers. They arrived, went right to work, and had all of the windows in the house finished from the inside by 11:00 am. They took a super short lunch break and had all of the outside trimming completed and their mess cleaned by 3:00 pm. They brought their shop vac and cleaned inside as they finished and did not leave any scraps outside. John even brought me to look at an issue with my house outside of a window that I was not aware of. He explained everything to me and I never once felt spoken down to. Thanks to every individual at Window World, I am completely beyond satisfied with every aspect of this experience that I had originally dreaded embarking upon! Their work and service is top-notch, efficient, and beautiful. I will highly recommend Window World to anyone and will be using them again in the future for any other improvements needed to my home.

We replaced 14 windows in our house and they turned out beautiful! I am extremely happy with the results. I only gave 4 stars because it took longer to install than they told us and we had to clean up after the installers and even scrape some caulk off the glass of the windows and our hand rails. But overall I am very pleased with the windows and would definitely recommend to others!

Impressed with the work that was done. Only took them a few hours to install our 9 windows. I didnt have to cleanup anything, you would never even know there were installers at our house! I was thinking I would come home to a mess and was more than pleasantly surprised that all we had to do was remove the stickers from the windows and move our furniture back into place. 1 day install for my windows, 1 day for exterior trim. The finished result looks great and theres less draft and noise than with my previous windows. I cant wait to open these up come springtime!

The windows were smaller than my original windows. I have to build around my windows to put new trim up. Installation was poor. I would not recommend using your company. The windows kept out cold air. Now one of the windows have to be pushed up to lock. That is one of the reasons I replaced my old windows.

Quality product and a decent install. A few spots needed touched up but nothing major. The only problem I had was having to wait a few weeks longer than expected

Wonderful!! Our windows needed replaced. The windows were replaced in a timely manner...I should add... very nice gentlemen and knowledgable how they replaced them.....I cant believe we had such a bad windy day...it took one window in our bedroom out....completly blew it out off of its frame. The weather was 18 degrees, our furnace kept kicking on and off. Window world saved the day!!! Their crew placed a temporary window in until our were built!!! What else could we have done....they were woderful!!! Thankyou for such great service!!!!
