My husband and I had the best experience buying a mattress from Chris. He was knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring us. It’s been over a year since we purchased a king size Sapphire box mattress; coincidentally, it’s been over a year that I’ve had to see a chiropractor for back and neck problems. This mattress is top of the line excellent. I will be back to purchase mattresses for my guest bedrooms and would highly recommend Box Drop to friends and family - and anyone else looking to purchase a mattress.

We ordered our mattress two weeks ago from the Weirton West Virginia box drop location. It finally arrived today after some delays yesterday and a half dozen phone calls only to find that the frame that was ordered is incomplete. The box with the frame arrived sealed with duct tape and is missing two key components to convert the frame from Queen to King. We have to now lay the box spring and mattress on the floor without the benefit of the frame until we can get this issue resolved. We have called three times and left four Messages including one text message.05/24/2020 update to previous post. After several calls And texts starting at 1pm, A member of the staff delivered the missing pieces. Before you allow the delivery to leave your shop I would suppose you would examine it to make sure that you have all the correct equipment for the order. I urge all that do take delivery examine your shipment prior to signing for completeness. We still needed to go to the hardware store and buy the necessary bolts and nuts to shore up the frame (an extra $5.45) purchase but again... things missing from the opened and duct taped box. Since the parts for the frame were delivered I upgraded the initial One star to three.

Called left a message. Set up meeting next day. Super friendly and very helpful. Mattress was for my daughter and took about 5 mins to pick out. Everything completed in less than 10 min. Price was great. Thank you will be going back to get a king in near future

Chris was super Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for us. He met us after hours so we could get our mattress. The next day he text us to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely would highly recommend this place.

He doesnt respond to your calls in order for you to make an appointment. Why are we calling you if you dont answer? And if youre the only one working at this business, I dont see how it still exist! Especially when you dont return calls back!
