They seem to go above and beyond to make every customer feel like a VIP client. They went out of their way to help me virtually shop from their store from the comfort and safety of my home. I was able to buy really special presents for my family members - including items like a specially monogrammed wallet for my Dad. I’ve already bought from this store many times before so I didn’t have to even question quality even when purchasing over the phone. I was looking for something to give to our employees, as a small token of our appreciation of their continuing efforts to serve our customers well. Demian suggested a really nice key ring. I thought it was a terrific idea! When he offered to stamp it with whatever we wanted (at no charge!), I was thrilled! All this was professionally handled over the phone (and a little bit viewing merchandise on line). I went to the store yesterday and felt a warmth the moment I walked in from Dan who welcomed me and asked how he could help me. While he went to let Demian know I was there, I asked Amy about seeing something that my daughter might like. She showed me a beautiful purse which I was happy to get. Lastly, I had mentioned to Demian earlier that I wanted to get something for my partner - who has really been working hard to hold our business together. He showed me a beautiful valet tray which, again, was perfect! Although I ended up purchasing more items than I had originally planned, I felt extremely fortunate because of the incredibly excellent customer service I received - and the overall PRICELESS experience that I look forward to having again!

My favorite store in the entire Metro Boston area since I moved here in 1988. The combination of high-quality products and superb service by wonderful people is unmatched. I especially enjoy touring the store to find something new and different. Its an experience.

I have shopped here for years. They specialize in travel and leather goods. They have a surprisingly excellent selection of handbags, and definitely the best gifts around. They also have great things for men, which is unusual. They know everything about travel. Everything. The staff is clearly well-trained, and whats more, they care. I cant recommend London Harness highly enough.
