Very cute set up with picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. Iced coffee was fine, a little watery. I expressed having a dairy and egg allergy but the person taking my order did not know any of the ingredients to the bread and bagels and said she couldn’t find out so I rolled the dice with a bread that is traditionally egg and dairy free but then when I got my sandwich I realized a few bites in there were pieces of cheese and egg that must have made their way onto the bagel. What I ate of my sandwich was good but after thy I thought it was safer not to eat any more. My fiancé’s egg sandwich was good so if you don’t have any allergies I would say it’s a good spot to stop for a quick breakfast sandwich.

Such a cute retro looking coffee shop and friendly staff! Nice coffee and such a fun atmosphere with the picnic tables outside, chalk, corn hole, AND my favorite part was the farm animals!! They have little cute goats and chatty chickens! I would have given 5 stars but the bagel breakfast sandwich I had was more bagel than anything. I wished it had more stuff in it like 2 eggs instead of 1 and more of the other fillings like tomato, etc. Other than that it was a great find and experience :)

If im being fully honest I didnt get any coffee, I just went for the aesthetic. This shop is absolutely adorable and I got the cutest photos. There also are goats and chickens that made the experience that much better.

This place had us at the name of it. Everything else was great which was to be expected. They were so sweet, attentive, knowledgeable, quick and just welcoming. Cant say enough great things about it. The decor outside is just so homey and nostalgic. Even had a bubble machine going as bubbles filled their parking area. So many outdoor seating options. Each one was scenic too. All fresh ingredients. Even the chicken coop on the side of the barn will prove that point. This is A MUST when coming through Wells or making a special trip there just to visit them. Im so glad we did!!

Hands down the best coffee shop around. Coffee is great and I had the best sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich of my life here. Staff is friendly, the ford truck out front is awesome and the food/drinks were amazing. We will definitely be coming back every time we’re in Wells.

Kid friendly restaurant with GREAT breakfast sandwiches, bagels and coffee! It was designed for families with kids: Goats, chickens, bubbles, picnic tables that you can draw on with chalk. Doesn’t get any better! Such a wonderful experience!!!!!!

The pumpkin latte was so tasty and the lox bagel was delicious. Definitely will come back!

I am up here visiting and wanted to step out while the family was sleeping and get a coffee and bagel in the morning. It was about 60 degrees and raining. I should have sensed a problem when I saw folks standing at a outside window in the rain being served. I walked into a quaint, warm comfortable dining room to be told that they were not serving inside. I would need to go to the window outside (in a line in the rain). When will this madness stop!

Coffee is decent better than the diner coffee you get around. Staff is very friendly food is fantastic. And they have goats! There is nothing not to like about this place.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Brewed Awakenings for many years, but this morning I had a sandwich that was OFF THE CHARTS!! If you like salmon, go there RIGHT NOW and try LUV YA LOX. It was decidedly the best thing Ive eaten since the beginning of Covid. Ill be back for this tasty treat really soon!!

Great coffee, great vibe. Just dont come here if you are in a hurry; took 15 mins to order and another 15 mins to get a cappuccino and bagel.

I want to like a place called BREWED AWAKENINGS ... but clearly NYers know more about marketing than breakfast. Over priced and lean portions marketed toward the pretentious retirees who go for 1 mile walks and shopping splurging tourists.I had THE DUDE & a Cappuccino $14. Farmers and lumberjacks would laugh them right out of town. I dont think I could get around the front 9 holes on this meager offering.The people are nice because they have to over compensate for the price, I know that lesson from my parents pharmacy business.

Came here 3 days in a row and enjoyed what was purchased each time, as well as the service from the girl at the window. Although the Chai was sold out on day 3, the apple ginger tea was just as exciting! Also the food was delicious. 👌

Very good food served just right. The prices are good also. The service was excellent also. You can either take your lunch to go or eat there in their small but nicely decorated eating area. They won best of the best two years in a row for their breakfast (2018-2019) and now we know why. We were able to quickly go on our way to a great sunny day.

Hands down best breakfast spot in Wells. Great bagels and fresh ingredients with home made cream cheese. Top notch coffees from your plain hot coffee to delicious espresso treats. Best of all, the owner and all of the employees are having fun in a place of work. Whenever Im in the area I make the effort to get here for their through the garden bagel and a coffee. Cant beat it.

I seriously love this place! I took my three younger siblings here and they got breakfast and pastries. We sat outside and they drew on the tables with chalk. The staff were nice, the food was awesome, and of course the coffee was great. I will definitely be going back!

Went this morning for a bagel sandwich and a potato bowl. Was told 10-15 mins. Waited 40 mins for the wrong sandwich and a potato bowl without the salsa. When I went to the window to get my meal correct, the girl at the window responded with, we are too busy to cook your egg like you ordered, your husband was wrong, there was salsa on his bowl, and my bad in the wrong bagel. Gave me $10 back on a $25 order. Appalling! Insulting!

Incredible little gem in the middle of Wells. Great food and coffee (I recommend the Poutine-O). And the the little chicken coop and garden in the back yard will give you serious garden envy.

I enjoyed my breakfast here. I ordered The Hippie and RedEye. I was pleased that they had a healthy option on the menu. For The Hippie, they used fresh berries and homemade yogurt. Wow! The staff was young and friendly, and the ambiance was youthful (but there were lots of different ages in the place). If I am in Wells, during the summer, I will stop in again.

This place was amazing. I ordered the dude and wasnt disappointed. It was packed and took close to twenty minutes for our food, but it was 100% worth it.

This is a wonderful little cafe where you can get excellent espresso and a wide variety of delicious baked goods, including a key lime bar and lemon coffee cake, two of the best treats Ive ever had. The service is friendly and fast and the prices are very inexpensive. Jackie makes the best 5-shot espresso Ive ever had!

This is the best place for a quick breakfast, Dunkin Donuts substitute. The bagels are NY style and totally awesome. Veggie cream cheese loaded with chunks of fresh vegetables!

Adorable little local coffee place that serves up local coffee. The coffee was nice and strong but not bitter or burned. I also got a muffin, which was delicious. There were lots of baked goods on display, so Ill definitely be coming back when Im in the area. It was such a cute little place and near to where we were staying. A true little local coffee shop. Why go to Dunkins when you can experience this excellent little locally-owned business that makes great coffee! Its a no-brainer. Ill be back again. Thanks!
