Our forced air conditioning unit went out yesterday, our home got up to 97* We were suffering. I called several places we have used before calling Central Washington Heating and Air. I recently purchased a new Daikin heat pump from Central Washington Heating and Cooling. They were great to work with through the entire process. The installers were very professional and did a great job!

From sales and service department to installation, these guys were great! The in home installation was flawless and the guys were very attentive to detail and cleanliness. After installation, you couldnt tell they had been there outside of the performance of the excellent product. Very impressed!

They were able to come out the next day after our AC unit quit. Quick repair, on warranty, and they even had the part with them. Great work!

Repair was fast. Repair person was friendly and professional. I appreciate how closely they listened to the explanation of the symptoms of the problem. Could have checked in a little more on the decision point to repair/not repair and costs. Other than that, I would recommend them.

I called around for AC service. Talked to a few other local HVAC companies and they were 4-8+ days out before they could squeeze me in. Contacted CWHA to work on AC system after suspect diagnosis from another company. They were able to show up a day earlier than scheduled which was very much appreciated as we were not using the system (on advice from the previous diagnosis). Pedro showed up and got right to work doing a thorough diagnosis of the system. It was obvious he is a very knowledgeable and skilled technician. He explained everything he was doing, and how the system was performing. Finding no leaks he slightly recharged the system so it was cooling better than ever. Their costs were extremely fair and reasonable. Phenomenal service from a great company. Highly recommend you use them for your HVAC needs and repairs.

The installation of the heating and cooling units went well. The issue we had were, they removed all of the smoke detector in the house to do their brazing on the copper piping . At the end of the day they did not reinstall the detectors leaving the house vulnerable, My wife was home alone and asked if they could at least install one of the detectors so she would have a peace of mind while she slept at night. The other issues was, that when they left to either go get material or go out to lunch they never informed my wife that they where leaving or when they were coming back, they where gone for several hours and she had no idea if they were done for the day of coming back. Over all the install was acceptable.

I have had CWHA install two systems in two different homes. When buying an HVAC system the quality of the install will likely determine if your system will work flawlessly and that is where CWHA shines. My HVAC systems just work and I don’t have to think about them. I would highly recommend.

When we first decided to replace our HVAC system, Central Washington Heating and Air seemed like a natural choice to select for getting an estimate, given their thirty year experience locally. Central Washington also handles two well respected brands, and with their Daikin equipment offered 12 years of all parts and all labor included warranty. I found this feature unmatched in the Wenatchee area, and it was a big selling point in my selection. In researching their Daikin equipment, I was impressed to see that it is made in a huge new factory the company built near Houston, and I like the assurance of a Made in America system. I have to thank Jason Morgan, my contact with Central Washington, for a lot of patience and many answers to questions that I raised after researching their equipment online. I selected a middle of line Daikin system, which has an excellent reliability and energy rating, and one that Central Washington offered at a reasonable price.Anyone will tell you that you can select the best equipment, but what matters most tends to be the quality of the installation, and this is where I was then relying on Central Washington’s staff and experience. The two individuals who installed my system, Mauro and Armando were everything one would expect from a real professional – they did the complete job in two days time with metal fabrication that fits and looks perfectly, and they worked as a team that looked like they had done it together for a long time and with great efficiency. Fast and friendly service. We did have a slight problem with the way the condensation pipe was plumbed. It didn’t have enough slope so the water came pouring out on the tile and on to the hardwood floor. It did some damage. Their answering service was not on over that weekend so we had to remedy it ourselves until Monday when they could fix the plumbing issue.

The gentleman went above and beyond with what I had expected. Greatly appreciate this company and all the effort that they put out to make sure that our central air unit was working properly. Thank you!

Had the complete system replaced in the home we bought. I cant write a review yet since its only been a couple days. All I can say at this time is so fat so good. They need to do a reviews a year later when you have a chance to use the system throughout the seasons.

Daikin has highly rated hvac units . We were glad to see a local business that could not only install, but service the unit with a 12 year warranty. The two installers were friendly, respectful, and worked well together.

After spending the whole 2017 summer trying to get another local company to come to our home in Waterville, we called Central Washington Heating and Air this spring. I was absolutely blown away by their customer service and prompt response. When the other company told us we would have to buy a new AC unit, CW heating and Air was able to order parts and fix the unit we had. I am a more information person, and when I started asking lots of questions they happily answered with kindness and patience!! I was looking for a new system for the home I am remodeling. I had several companies come out. I was shocked at the first bid. Then Les, the actual owner came out to do an estimate. He was very thorough and asked me a lot of questions to find out what I was trying to get out of a new system. He set me up with a variable system and quoted me almost 4,000 less than the other guy. I guess what I liked the most was that Les came out with the crew the first day to make sure everyone knew what to do and he came back afterwards to make sure I was happy with the job. Most people would have just wanted the signature on a contract and then moved on.The crew that came out was great, they talked to me during the installation just to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was being done and at the end when they programmed my system they asked me what exactly I wanted so that I would be happy. I have dealt with many contractors but never with one where the owner is willing to put himself in front of the customer every step of the way. I have to admit I was a little hesitant because of the price difference but I am glad I didnt let that stop me from using them. I got more than my money worth. These guys are the best.

I lost my ac in the middle of the summer. I didnt think they would get to me for at least a month but they had a last minute cancellation and since no one got back to them they got me in immediately. Central Washington Heating performed my yearly service and found out that my AC coil was leaking. The tech was very efficient at finding the leak and because of this I could get the coil replaced on warranty.I have seen their installs in other homes and I can say honestly that are performing better installations than many of their competitors.They also have a great deal on service maintenance! Do yourself a favor and call Central Washington Heating to perform your yearly maintenance.

The technician, Jay, came out to do a yearly maintenance of my systems. He was very professional and very polite. Thank you Central Washington Heating and Air for taking care of my system. I highly recommend that everyone out there have their systems checked every year to prevent possible unnecessary cost if the system goes bad. Jay found that my capacitors where going bad and had I not had it fixed could have caused the system to fail and not only cost money for the system repair, could have caused damage to my home if the system froze up and got water all over my hard wood floors. I had a vacation home that needed a new furnace. They took the time to go through my options and suggested a wifi furnace so I could keep an eye on my system. I have been so pleased with my experience with Central Washington Heating & Air Conditioning. I asked them to take a look at the air systems in the office building I manage. I asked that they give me a complete layout of what needs to be done immediately & what we can bring up to date over a period of time. They did just that. I was told by Patriot that I could have a nice system for $10,000. I didnt want that system, I didnt want to spend more than $5,000. He said they would have to cut my windows to make their system work. I didnt want him to cut out my windows. So I made an appointment with Central Air. They came into my home, looked at all the duct work and said, Sure we can do it for your price range. I was very happy with the service I received, The space I had was very constricted but they managed to come up with a creative way of installing my new system. I was afraid they werent going to be able to get me scheduled till after my 50th anniversary but they did pull it off just in time and I truly appreciate the quiet and cool air my new system is putting out. I had an old heat pump system that was at the end of its life. Les came to the house to give me a proposal on three different options. I ended up having them replace the old system with a new Daikin dual stage heat pump. Les and his team were VERY professional. I had an oil furnace that no one I called knew how to repair. The service guy they sent had his own oil burner kit, whatever that is and was able to get my unit fixed and running in no time. Everyone else said I should get a new system since they didnt know how to fix it and said no one had parts for oil furnaces anymore. I wont ever call anyone else again.
