I needed help and got none from a older heavy set lady with fake cartoon eyebrows. As I paid, Detective Darkbrows felt the need to thoroughly investigate whether the cash I gave was counterfeit by holding it to the light and staring at it long enough to actually become offensive so she actually made up a story o out how fascinating money was to her. I wish she found the products she sells as fascinating.

Did not feel safe in the store, but found what I needed. Staff looked at me weird when I asked if there was room for me to come in. They only wore masks when I was right in front of them.Nothing I could buy here is worth getting covid-19.

To whom it may concern. Tonight I was in a dilemma and needed desperate support on what type of hair product would be best for my daughters kinky hair.I had a premonition to go to Sallys instead of the dollar store and thank god I follow my first mind! I was reluctant as a single dad to ask for help because I didnt want to feel as if I was out of my league.But, I have the pleasure of being helped from lucero and sandy. They guided me to the right products for me and my daughter, and also explain why this would be the best type of product for her type of hair. for this level of customer service I am truly grateful and blessed to have had the interaction with these two representatives that I did. Their customer service was amazing from the door to the point of sale! Not only did lucero and sandys customer service exceeded my expectation but I believe in epitomizes the type of customer service that sally is trying to exhibit to the valley.I dont mean to be long-winded but I just feel its necessary to let someone know how I was helped! often times and days like this positive feedback is never given but only negative. I will be back to do more shopping with Sallys, because, Im confident and no longer embarrassed that I dont know how to provide for my daughters unique hair.
