Always a pleasant atmosphere and great items to look at while shopping

I love shopping Target. It is bright, cheery, and wide open. The aisles are large. It is not like shopping in a warehouse. I always find what I need. Lately I have been ordering on line and picking up, due to COVID. That is very handy and everyone is so pleasant when I arrive.

Multiple pick ups and online orders randomly cancelled. Not reliable.

I shop quite a lot at Target and I wouldnt shop there if there were problems. These items werent available in my local Target, so I ran out to Wentzville, which isnt too far to go. Its a much bigger shopping area, so I was surprised to get in the store and back out again quickly with my order and on my way.

Drive up is very helpful. I pick what I want on the app, select drive up and then head to the store. I dont have to schedule an appointment or wait for a few hours for my stuff to be pulled. I would normally go to Walmart instead for their lower prices, but Target is now more convenient and I can afford to pay the higher prices for better convenience.

My oldest and youngest daughter just went to the target in wentzville to pick up some food and a prescription for my youngest, who just received foot surgery. Keep in mind that it is very painful for her to walk. They decided that instead of using a motorized cart, leaving it for someone who needed it more, my youngest sat inside the cart. Because it was painful for her to walk around the store. They were casually shopping when a women employee with glasses and black hair targeted them, and told my youngest that “she was too big, and needs to get out the cart.” This is for one outrageous, since they were targeted just because they look young. Given the fact that they were respectfully shopping, not horsing around, and NOT HARMING ANYTHING. I think this store should focus more on what actually matters, like families walking in the store not wearing masks, which is a rule posted on the doors. Instead of focusing on two respectful kids, one who just got surgery who was sitting in the cart, not causing any trouble. Not like it’s a rule posted all around the store.

They prices and the coupons that they offer,I also like the rewards that target offers.Would highly recommend target to family and friends

The grocery department is amazing, and anytime I need help with grocery pickup, Blake is always there to help me. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to go out of his way. I’ve never had such wonderful customer service from an individual at a store before!

Prices are higher - the dog treats we purchased are $2 less at the other big box storeThere were several employees walking around with their masks under their nose. You have to wear a mask in the store, but, apparently, even the employees dont have to wear them correctly.

You may want to tell your employees that we are in a pandemic. I am tired of pulling up to pick up my order, and someone trying to open my drivers side door to give me my items. Completely uncalled for. Get it together target.

Mislabled desk chair by $30. Cashier REFUSED to refund or call for help. Said she didnt have a walkie and to many people in line. Had me go to CS desk (another 30min wait) to be told they wont honor the price listed.

I love target and its brands. Simply Balanced, Circle, and the App are great. The stores are clean, they are well organized, and the staff is always friendly.

Have used Target drive up, in store pick up, online and in store shopping. Never received anything but great service, professional attitudes and it is obvious things are being done during this pandemic to provide a safe atmosphere for the customers.

Relatively quick and didnt have to go looking for what I needed.

I love everything about Target. From walking in the door and seeing all the cool items in the playground, to the Starbucks to the customer service. Nothing is like spending time in Target.

The clerk was really nice but evidently he thought we were going to steal the merchandise. He only allowed us to look at one speaker at a time and he did not let us compare the speakers. So I had to buy both speakers and I will be taking one of them back. My experience has never been like this at any other Target. I doubt I will return to this Target.

My daughter had an interview was told to reschedule. Then told AGAIN to reschedule. Finally goes to interview no one would interview her even MANAGER on duty could not take the time to interview her as she was scheduled.Very very poorly ran and managed. This just goes to show how unorganized and structured you are as a company.

It was very easy to start the registry. I started it at the store and began adding things there. I was able to log in at home and add things from the comfort of my recliner!! Added bonus was the bag of Free stuff Target provided!

Out of a good number of things

This store decided to stop honoring all exchanges and returns after I bought a defective product. This is a breach of contract and I will not be doing business with target ever again.

I went here today to try and get a good sale on diapers. The big boxes were on sale as well as the smaller packs per the shelf. Went up to the register with two big and two small, and the cashier said only the big boxes were on sale. I offered to go get a picture of the deal, sorry, but if you say its on sale, Im going to ask that you honor it. The cashier got a manager approval to override it and honored the deal. I dont come here often, but when I do, the cashiers are good people and are willing to work with me :)

Manager should not review their employees right on the floor and should be in the stock room, customers feel uncomfortable walking through meeting management need to change this

I recently had surgery and am on crutches. I really needed to be able to quickly get in, get what I needed, and leave. This service made that possible for me. There wasnt anyone in front of me in line. Getting in and out of the car took more time than getting my order. I really appreciated the service today.

Convience is number one, but also it is so quick and the employees who bring the bags to the car are so nice and friendly!

I am a Target fan, however, the Wentzville, MO location is a disappointment time and time again. The Market area is ALWAYS out of what I need, most of the produce/milk shelves are empty, and more times than not, I just leave and go elsewhere. The workers are friendly and helpful, but there is only so much they can do when there isnt any inventory.Also, open more registers!!!

My experiences with this store are always good. They have plenty of staff to help out, even when they arent busy. I never have any issues locating an item when I know they have it.

I ordered via “Shipt” from here a few weeks ago. Among the items I ordered were 5 of the Kraft Pasta Sides. Every single one of the boxes was outdated. Not okay considering our current situation with the inability to return food!

Theyre pretty fair but if youre African American you wont be able to find hair products for you or your loved ones. I went up there looking for hair products for my daughters and they only had stuff for Caucasians, An employee told me they basically dont carry hair products for blacks at that location. You literally have to drive 15 minutes down the highway or just go to Walmart and get what you can get.

Wife got 2 pair of jeans on sale. When she got home she decided she didnt like the color of one of the pairs of jeans. Went back to Target to exchange for a pair in a different color. She went and got a pair in a different color and returned to the clerk she had bean dealing with. The clerk tried to charge her $10.00 more for the jeans saying that they were not on sale today. It was an exchange not a new purchase. Wife told him to just give her the money back. Lousy lousy customer service at Target.

I like the product selection and the prices are generally reasonable. You can never go wrong with Target, but it always seems like the employees are super nice.

Always disappointed with their selection of boys size 12- 16.... Maybe this is just an issue with the one in Wentzville, I dont know. The shirts are all geared to younger boys. Selection of simple, inexpensive athletic shorts with matching shirts is basically non-existent. $12.99 for athletic shorts that he will outgrow before Summers end isnt feasible. Walmart carries these for about $6.

A decent Target. Never too busy and the staff are always around and willing to help. I dont think they carry a good line of Mens clothing, I have no idea who their target market is, but I doubt it is aimed at younger people. I do, however, really like their graphic tees.
