I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with these guys. Super friendly staff, great communication and knowledge. I was able to get the car I wanted at the right price. Felt like a VIP when I came to pick it up, the car was super clean inside and out. Craig walked me through all the features and introduced me to the Uconnect system. I especially like that they take care of the license plates. They sent me a little care package as a thank you and I even got a follow up from the sales man making sure everything was going smoothly with my new charger. My experience with Century Dodge Chrysler Jeep was a real positive one. I was shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude edition. I stopped into the dealership where I met up with salesman Craig Johnson who told me that at the time they had only 1 on the lot. It was all blacked out (not my thing) but he told me that he just took one on trade about 45 minutes earlier and it was really nice. It was being cleaned at the time. So I asked to see it and it was as Craig stated, very clean, low mileage, and the previous owners took exceptional care for it. I asked the asking price which was satisfactory to me and before you knew it I was buying this car. My wife was not present during this time so Craig took a small deposit to secure the vehicle for me until my wife could see it for herself. Once she seen it and was pleased with the features and the overall ride experience I purchased it immediately. Craig Johnson was very polite and there was never any high pressure sales tactics. I really appreciate that as I might have walked away otherwise. They changed the engine oil, rotated the tires and had it fully detailed for me when I came to pick it up. Thanks again to the helpful staff at this dealership for making my experience a pleasant one.

Brought my 2014 Dodge Charger in for the airbag recall. My car was picked up by a family member because of my work schedual, who called me and asked if the airbag light was on when I dropped it off. I said no, but maybe it is a side affect of service, just take it home. I went back up and asked why I got it back without airbags. They were nice enough to inform me that it was only my passenger airbag that would not work and they deemed it to be not there fault. I was told for the small price of $200 they could look into it more. If negligence makes money, then you guys should be rich. This reveiw will remain up until you guys decide to right your wrongs. Please dont trust the life of you or your loved ones with this dealership.

I recently purchased a new 2021 Ram 1500 and traded in my 2016 Ram 1500. This is the 3rd Ram I have purchased in 9 years. Mr Jones was my salesperson and was very helpful! He listened to my needs and understood what I needed in a new truck for work and personal use. Before we even drove the truck he sat me down and reviewed any possible rebate or incentives to get me the best price which was very important to my budget. He and the other staff never pushed me into a sale or extras and made the experience the most pleasant one yet! I was in and out quickly, and treated more like a friend than a customer. I recently purchased a brand-new Gladiator from CDJ with the help of Beau Campell. Although COVID made the build and shipping a nightmare. Beau and the team there did an excellent job keeping me informed through the whole process. They also looked for and found more discounts when I came to accept delivery that brought the price down a little more than I was expecting.Dealing with their finance department was a breeze. Although we did not finance through them, they were very flexible, understanding, and patient with us as our trade-in’s title still showed we had a lien even though we had paid it off years before. They let us take possession of the Jeep and trusted us to bring the paperwork needed into them later. I know a lot of dealerships that wouldn’t have done that.I would also highly recommend their service shop if you’re wanting to do any lift customization. Even with the 2” lift kit, 20” rims, and 35” tires my Jeep drives just as good as a stock one. I was prepared for a little wiggle and skipping that comes from that package, but there is none! James, the service rep I dealt with did great and even was honest and gave me a discount as it wound up not costing as much as they thought to do.All in all....despite COVID. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Century for your next vehicle purchase. We had been to 2 other dealerships and the experience at Century was different from the minute we walked in the door. Our salesman, Beau was straightforward in all of his communications and really cut to the chase when negotiating a deal. He personally took interest to monitor the car like cleanness, oil, tire pressure etc rather he went one step ahead and found issue on door molding clip and he shown me & ordered the parts for me for free and his service center will fix it for me. We had been looking for a used Jeep Wrangler to tow behind our new RV for a few months. We stopped by Century just to see what they had in their inventory. As a female, I had an excellent experience purchasing a used Hyundai Santa Fe with all those I interfaced with: Ethan (sales), Kevin (GM) and Scott (finance). This was the 8th vehicle I test drove across multiple dealers & 1 private owner. Ethan was extremely accommodating on this vehicles first test drive as I had several criteria to check. They also allowed me to drive it to my neighbor who was a mechanic for ~30 years to look it over. All looked good except front brake pads were thin, however basically near minimum to pass Safety. On way back to dealership I noticed slight but consistent pull to one side when hands were off the wheel. They installed new front pads and did 4-wheel alignment, plus delivered it with a full tank of gas! They also beat the finance rate from my bank! Finding a replacement vehicle had been a nearly 3-week process with researching the various car buying sites to find cars that fit my specific requirements, doing lots of VIN checks which eliminated many cars upfront, and setting test drive appointments (some 1.5 hours away). Overall, Century was by far the most professional and best experience I encountered!

First time purchase from Century Dodge. We worked with Craig Johnson, and I was very happy with the outcome. There was no traditional haggling with a sales manager, and Craig helped us get to an agreed-upon price very, very quickly. There was no pressure, and Scott in Finance was quick to get us out the door.I dont write many reviews, and car shopping is one of my absolute least favorite things to do. Craig and the team made it easy, convenient and fast with no pressure at all. If I have to do with a car salesman, Craigs the guy with whom I would want to deal.Great experience overall from a purchasing standpoint.

He was not pushy we can do a deal rather quickly he got me the best deal possible for the vehicle I trade it in and I was very appreciative of him doing that. Absolutely amazing customer service! If youre looking for a personal experience than look no further. Century did not have the car I wanted in stock so they spent a lot of time searching around town for the exact Charger I wanted. We found one but it was at a dealer that never transfers cars to other dealers for customers. Thats a different story all in itself. The point is they go above and beyond to help you find the car you want. In the end, I got an even better car for a great deal. We purchased my wifes car 2 weeks before I got mine and that was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I will refer all my clients, friends, and family to Century. My business is also going to need new service vans and pick up trucks. Theres no doubt, that Ill be coming to these guys again for my business fleet. Thank you!

The service from this dealership is appalling! I have a package of free oil changes and tire rotations and I will still not be bringing my car back to them. Its worth paying and going elsewhere for better, more knowledgeable service you can trust. The headache I receive EVERY time I have to take it there is not worth it. Im actually surprised they have not been shut down again. No one in service seems to know anything about service on vehicles MUCH LESS customer service. And if you have to deal with the service department there, please for the love of god, do not talk to Byron! I have had more intelligent conversations with a house plant.

After a lot of research and searching I decided to buy a 2015 Jeep Renegade from century. I got a great deal, love the Jeep, and the salesperson Beau was very knowledgeable and friendly. I couldnt ask for better service even after the deal was done. He made sure to take the time to help me get familiar with all of the accessories. I called him a few times after I bought the Jeep and he was as friendly and patient as ever helping me with figuring out how things work on the Jeep since Im not so technologically inclined. I recently bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Century Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. First class experience. I will tell you I am a thorough shopper, I looked far and wide and contacted many dealers in my search for what i was looking for. Salesman Joe Duvaleus took care of me and was by far better than any of the other salesmen I contacted from other dealers while I was searching. No high pressure sales tactics, just friendly help was what I witnessed from all the employees I meet. I would definitely recommend Century and would buy from them again. Good job guys!

When we first got there, Beau Campbell mentioned the dealership is a big family and you can tell this is true by the way everyone treats you. Definitely a fantastic place to buy a vehicle. My husband and went in with no expectations of getting approved as we have horrible credit but we went in and told them what we were looking for. Everyone was very friendly and our salesman Steve was fantastic. He wasn’t pushy at all and listened to exactly what we wanted for our family vehicle and we were approved in less then an hour for a band new car. We were shocked as most places give you the run around and you spend the whole day trying to get approved at a place. We were able to drive away in a brand new 2018 Dodge Journey Crossroad right off the show room floor. Thank you to Steve and the finance department for our new vehicle. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend buying from them to anyone rather you have good or bad credit.

We bought our second Jeep from Century and they have proved to us again that they really do care. Beau was very helpful and even helped sync our phone to the car. After having the car two weeks there was some trouble with the brakes, they took care of everything in one day . If you need a new or used car this is the place to go. We just bought our first vehicle from Century Dodge it was a brand new dodge van our salesman was Craig Johnson. I have nothing but respect for him. We went looking a couple weeks prior with no intentions to buy. He was not pushy and gave us all the helpful information on vans and was so very kind. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. My wife and I decided it was time to make the move to a mini-van. I did extensive searching online of different makes and models so see what was out there and what price ranges to expect. I quickly realized that the Honda mini-van had less features and cost more than vans from Chrysler. From there I zeroed in on the St Louis area and found that Century had a large selection of vehicles in the price range we were looking at and had lower than 30,000 miles. We went to visit and it was a good experience. The sales guy was very straight forward and the selection they had at the time was good. I do not know if that is normally the case but it worked out for us. We were given a fair amount for the trade-in vehicle, a good interest rate, and overall I have to say it was a really great experience and I would be willing to doing business with them in the future.
