The actual trophies itself is very nice. However, the promptness to responding to issues that went wrong on their end is not as great. A column was missing from our order and the name plates were incorrect and did not match our order abs the confirmation sheet. We received the column, but the issue about the wrong name plates were never addressed. We sent images and still no response to address the issue. I’m pretty easy going, however, customer service is a big thing to me. If the issue had been responded to fully, I would have given this company 5 stars. The failure to respond to emails about an issue on their end is the issue.
