Southwestern Hearing center in Wentzville is awesome. The staff is always nice, friendly and helpful with your hearing needs. The owner of the company sends personal emails to check on you as well. I highly recommend visiting if you have any issues with your hearing.

My experience with Southwestern Hearing Centers has been very positive.I have just recently purchased my third set of hearing aids to take advantage of newer technology. While I wasnt certain I wanted them paired with myiPhone, I am happy that I took advantage of it. Carol Eaton was very patientin teaching me how to use that feature and also the TV attachment whichallows me to enjoy TV without burdening everyone else in the room withthe loud volume I needed.I have always had good service. Carol is also on time for appointments which I appreciate. She is patient and does an excellent job of explaininghow to get the most from your hearing aids.

I can only say good things about Southwestern Hearing. This Wentzville location is professional, efficient and friendly. I chose the in the canal model of the Nu Ear brand, (made in America). I previously had a behind the ear model from a competitor and was constantly fiddling with them to get the right channel for the environment I was in. I’m sure new technology will only make the hearing aids easier and pleasant for the Nu Ear aids. My current set is 5 years old and when the day comes to get new pair, I will come back to this place.

My name is Tonya Jenkins and I highly recommend Southwestern Hearing. I went to the Wentzville location. I have been deaf in my left ear for almost 7 years now, and my right ear didn’t have the best of hearing. I went to Southwestern Hearing and they told me that with a bicros I could hear sounds coming from my left side again. Basically, it’s a hearing aid that has a microphone in it that transfers Via Bluetooth to my right ear. I love it! I can now hear the driver in a car when I am the passenger, I can now hear when I go through a drive-through in a restaurant, I can now hear when someone greets me or talks to me on my left side now. It’s amazing! The staff at the Wentzville location are so friendly, and helpful, and I appreciate them so much. I am hearing sounds now that I haven’t heard in a very long time. Thank you so much Southwestern Hearing.

Purchased at Southwestern Hearing in Wentzville, my NUEAR hearing aids made all the difference in the world. Their quality is excellent. I dont even know I am wearing them, and my hearing has improved dramatically. Service is the best and very people friendly. Highly recommended.Rich
