I was hesitant to order from this location since the reviews were horrible but I had a very good experience. They were also delivered very fast. Thank you for brightening up my mourning grandma’s day just a bit!

I have order here a couple of time and I am very disappointed in there service. Ordered on a Thursday for Monday pick up called them early to make sure they would deliver it by 5 lady very rude and says they don’t have a delivery time long story short 2 times that I have ordered gets there at 5 pm and today lucky the person was still there to receive them EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS PLACE! Also will let all my Medical colleagues know as well how bad of a place this is!!!!! And it’s not like it’s cheap

The lady was nice, they just didnt have the chocolate when I ordered the DIY kit for strawberries. So we essentially paid $40 just for 2 boxes of strawberries.

Terrible service! Ordered strawberries with flowers and it never got delivered! Called to get my refund, 2 months later and I still can’t get a refund or the order smfh no wonder this place has 2 stars

They made the flowers looked like child place them we paid about $97.00 for this, it doesnt look the one on the picture and I paid extra for a beautiful red vase that was showing in the picture, that vase looks brown, and the flowers looks spread, It looks like they didnt even tried n was just slapped in in the vase, so if the company edible arrangements corporate is seeing this post yall really need to get on the ball...I was very disappointed n dissatisfied with my purchase on top of it...this was supposed to be my mothers day flowers because there were no room on mothers day ☹️... Ps I sent them from Houston... since we couldnt go for mothers day...very disappointed...

Very unprofessional staff. They don’t even know how to speak with the customers. They are very good at charging the money and when they call to deliver they are expecting for the person to go to their vehicle lol they are lazy! Ruin surprises by calling the person if they want the arrangement 😂 like who does that! I just left a one star because there was no 0 option! By the way they do not deliver the same day but they will take your payment that instant but will deliver the following day until the end! Save your money do not buy from this location!

I ignored the comments and decided to give this place a chance. Ordered a beautiful arrangement for my sister. They called the day it was suppose to be DELIVERED to try to change the order to one we didnt want. When they did they changed the date and when i tried to call, the girl on the phone was rude and gave so much attitude trying to deny what they did and trying to make my 63 year old mother feel stupid . Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again no wonder this place has 2 stars. Highly would not recommend!

Customer Service receives the 1 star: Very disappointed in ALL Edible Arrangements involved (3 in total + Customer Service via 1877 number)Lady who answered the phone in McAllen didnt speak English, so just referred me to this Weslaco location. I call, and all I get is bad feedback, and I waited it out for 15 or so min, and still no one picked up-- so I gave up.I have ordered from E.A before. Online ordering is very user- friendly, and the recipient received her arrangement, no problem (in San Antonio, TX).For this order, the recipient threw a curve ball at me and said she wouldnt be spending her birthday in SA, so I just wanted to change the location of E.A to McAllen as well as the location to deliver the arrangement to. But I have had to call 4 different numbers and the outcome is that I got no where, except a cancelled order...which I waited 20+ minutes for....which I couldve done online myself. Sad day.

I live in Houston and I called in and spoke with Mark. Im glad I did! He was upfront and honest. Best of all, he delivered my fruit arrangement on time. Thanks for making my clients day a little sweeter.

Dont Waste your money! A flower arrangement is way better.I had placed an order for my Tias birthday I paid extra for Balloons, Dipped chocolate strawberries. Once My Tias send me a picture of the arrangement it was smaller version when I paid for the regular. Also no balloons nor strawberries.They couldnt even call me to tell hey we dont have what you ordered. I had to go to the franchise to file a complaint. Still waiting for a response....Next time I am getting flowers

Bad experience my wife birthday. Ordered 3 days before asked for them to deliver it by 8 am. The day of delivery wasnt until 4 PM and towards the end they werent even answering. Never ordering again dont recommend for anyone to order from there.

Great company!I was a little unsure to order from them since the reviews are super bad, but I remember when my husband was deployed 2 years ago, he would send me fruit gifts through them and I loved them! So I decided to still use them for my dads bday, since I live out of state now. First off, my dads bday was Friday and I ordered it Thursday at midnight, so I was worried it wouldn’t be ready... anyway, I order 2 different things without telling my dad and HE LOVED THEM!!! The company was super professional and we had great communication, the delivery was awesome too, the delivery guy called me and we got organized so he could give the things to my dad and surprise him.I will definitely use them again and recommend them!

Service here is horrible. I placed an order at 8 am and my order was never delivered. Jessica kept telling me it was on its way and it never came. Someone was home all day and the rep had the nerve to say no one was there!! Dont ever use this location the driver probably parked somewhere and ate my strawberries.

I gave a star just to write something. I canceld my order because o f del time. They said any time b4 5 . I told mark my wife gets out at 3. So i told him to cancel. Went another route and ordered her flowers. Then they went on and sent them anyways without my approval. They had all my info. But i had canceld allready.but still it got send without my approval. Need my money back in my card.......

Edible arrangements in Weslaco is Horrible...I never write comments of any sort but I will definitely comment on this crappy location...They told me that school deliveries are a priority b/c of the time they get out andI even told they she would be out by 4ish....Throughout the day they kept promising me they would be there by said time....So my wife waited until 6 and still had not delivered the arrangement or even a call...I went the following day and there lame excuse was that they had a lot of orders that they could not attend to mine....What got me more upset was that neither the day of the delivery or the following day did i ever receive a call or an apology....Oh yes it was on Valentines Day...So they just messed up my wifes V-day...Never again will i order here.

Very disappointed they send an email of a promotion they had a fruit cup or a smoothie for 1.99 we called and asked the lady do we have to order it online or can we go in person and she said that you could go in person so we get there and then the lady says no its only from 3 to 5 on the email does not say anything about the time or anyting false advertisement

Just had a run in with the driver, very unprofessional, calling my husband names, not someone Id want to do business with. Called to complain and was told there wasnt much to do. Until I protested then was told they would reprimand...sure. I would never do business here if they hire people like that.
