The staff is friendly and the doctor, the doctor always answers any questions I have and also explains thoroughly.

If I could give this eye doctor zero stars I would they are so ignorant how are you gnna make someone wear a different mask when they are already wearing a mask just Because its not the mask that they want smh how rude 😡😡😤

The staff is absolutely the nicest people on this Earth! You can tell that they take their job seriously and enjoy working there! Very knowledgeable staff and a knowledgeable doctor as well! I’d definitely recommend going there for anything you need!

Weslaco Vision has always given very pleasant and professional service. If there is a reason an appointment can’t be kept they go above and beyond to try and accommodate you to your schedule. The doctor is very humble, inviting who definitely listen and acts on your concerns. Definitely a place I take my family and recommend.

This office really has good staff. First, they are taking good sanitary measures. 2nd, the dr is polite and nice. Treats you with respect and friendly. The girls in the optical are very helpful. The sanitizing procedure for glasses is great. Overall good experience.

The phone call started off well. Nice lady, i asked if they accepted my insurance, she insured me that they did. So i asked to set up an appointment, and was put on hold to find what was available im guessing. Really needed to get my eye test with someone who accepted my insurance so i stayed waiting as long as i could. I was on hold for 10 minutes.....Sucked.

Dr. Rodriguez and his staff are very friendly and professional. I have been taking my daughter since she was 3, and they really know how to make her feel comfortable. Dr. Rodriguez takes that extra time and effort to have an actual conversation rather than just a quick eye exam. It makes all the difference. Also, I really love being able to view available appointment dates and times online. It’s a great tool for all. I even got an automated reminder text. I’ve been taking my daughter for about 6 yrs now and plan on continuing for many years to come. Dr. Rodriguez is the best!

Ive been wearing glasses since a very young age so Ive had various optometrists in my lifetime. Im so thankful to say that Ive been a patient here for over 3 years. Staff is very nice and attentive. Dr is nice and exhibits thoughtfulness at every visit.

First time visiting Weslaco Vision Source. The staff was very friendly and the wait time was average for a Dr’s office. Waited about an hour before being seen. To be fair I was a walk in and both my husband and I were being seen so not terrible. We saw Dr Lokey. She was very professional and friendly. The prices for exams are fair too. We paid out of pocket.

The girls at the front desk went above and beyond for me in going through my options and everything I needed. It’s a very clean office with new equipment, also, and that’s great because the experience is nice knowing the place is clean.

Didnt even bother to schedule after all. I called after I had scheduled online but i needed to changed it to a different time since I was scheduling 2 and then I find out that for new patients the next available appointment would be for a month from now....That is very messed up since that doesnt say online when scheduling a patient... But even the staff that answered was not helpful at all!!Like I told her never mind I will look somewhere else...Dont recommend to new patients unless your ok with a month wait..

Long wait. Had an appointment got cancelled without a call and then they said they were open at a certain time they had theitpr facility closed said they would open at a later time and they ended up asking people to wait longer only to say there was no doctor available.

I came down to the valley from Houston to visit my boyfriend. Unfortunately, I had a contact malfunction and forgot my glasses. This left me blind as a bat! The people at Weslaco Vision Source were BEYOND accommodating. They did not have my prescription lenses available for purchase, so instead of letting me stay the rest of my trip not being able to see, they gave me a trial pair for free. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Incredible customer service. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I certainly would.

Weslaco Vision Source is the best eye doctors in town. I can take all my kids at one time for their eye appts. There is never any waiting. If our glasses need fixing they always do it w/o charging me. What more can you ask for?
