Love there products

The employees are so knowledgeable about the products and very professional. This store isnt as large as the freestanding stores in the mall. But 90% of the time they have what you are looking for. Never rush you which is refreshing!

This past November 10 of 2017 I got married. Regretfully I hired a makeup artist to do my makeup and hair, my moms and 2 sisters. I decided to go last so my makeup and hair would be fresh. She had messed up my moms and both of my sisters, but I thought they had asked for a glamorous look. When it was my turn, I told her I wanted a natural look. I even showed her pictures!!! Also, I wanted my hair down but wavy from the bottom. I sent her the pictures days in advance!! I didnt see myself until the end and she had curled my hair A LOT! It looked NOTHING like the picture I showed her. The makeup was horrible, and so I paid her and rushed to Sephora in Weslaco 30 minutes before my wedding!! HALF AN HOUR!!! I couldnt stop crying, and I explained what had happened to the ladies there. They comforted me and immediately started working on me!!! They called the salon there and even though they were all busy, they took me to the salon and did my makeup and hair. They did an excellent job, and only charged me for the hairdo!! I am eternally grateful, and I just want to thank them for all they did for me. Especially for dropping everything they were doing to help me. Thank you!! Thank you!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever, I understand sometimes its very busy but store had just opened and she spoke very rudely to me. Never again will I go to this location. I have never given a bad review, but I just had to for this occasion. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever! I was looking around for a new foundation and once I chose one i wanted to try. I looked around for a associate to ask for help. All of them were busy helping others so I waited for one who was available. Every time they were done with one they would strike a convo with a customer they knew and never acknowledged me. I waited to see if anyone would approach me and ask if I needed help. I waited 20 minutes and still they were talking. I got fed up and walked to the counter where they were and the women for thief prevention told them I needed help. After I got help the women helping was so rude and just wanted to get the foundation match over with. I told her I also needed a concealer from the same brand I chose. She chose a color for me and tested it on me. From the tester!! Didn’t even place it on her hand or got something to get it from the bottle other then from the applicator from the bottle!! That was so gross! Then she jabbed at my eye like nothing she struck so many times in my eye!! I quickly took my make up off so I wouldn’t get anything just Incase. I will never go to this Sephora again.

Theyre so rude,horrible customer service. The girl even rolled her eyes at me for asking a question.

They were honestly so rude. They didnt seem to care or know what they were talking about about.

Customer service was bad. I literally stood behind a worker to ask something but just passed right thru so i left.
