The three wick scented candles are amazing my house has cathedral ceilings and you can smell one candle throughout almost all my house. And everybody that works there is a sweetheart and very helpful

Very Clean store. I liked the idea that as soon as you walked in they had a place for you to sanitize your hands before you started shopping. They did ask you to do it before you started shopping. Made me feel like it was a safe place to shop, and the sales associates were very helpful and friendly. Overall this store was the cleanest and best one I have been to.

The only problem is when you like a product they seem to always discontinue it

Great place to pick up nice smelling gifts for the love of your life or any other person that likes candles and body soaps and lotion.They have mens fragrances as well. Yes guys you can smell nice too. So going with you significant other can be a trip for both of you. The staff at this one as well as all the Bath and Body works are friendly and helpful.

The location in West Babylon is my favorite one. The employees and the manager make the trip worthwhile. Even if Im not making a purchase, Im always made to feel important and appreciated.

I unfortunately didnt get her name but one of the sales associates was super helpful in helping me pick out new scents. She did an awesome job.

I cannot go in this place without spending less than $40. Im addicted the their Stress Relief line. My car, house, sheets and my office smell amazing. I love the 3 wick candles. Plus this is my go to teacher, councilor etc gift giving center. They have pre-made gift bags in all price ranges or they will help you make your own and wrap it up all pretty like for free. Wish they gave more coupons. I never seem to get very many.

I love Bath and Body Works the employees are great always willing to help! I just have one comment can there be a Warm Vanilla Sugar in a car scent because that scent is my favorite.

Excellent for female gifts

I never like to say that anyone is racist, prejudice, or anything like that. But came to this location sometime last weekend. A Caucasian couple came in before me and was greeted with welcomes and cheers (Tracey). I literally walked in right behind them and I got stares no greet or nothing. There was a chubbier lady(didn’t catch her name) that helped me and she was ok.So as I was being watched going back in forth in the store I went to go checkout. Guess who has to check me out Tracey. So I had to wait for Tracey to finish what she was doing to check me out. I’m not an impatient person so I waited and put my stuff on the counter. Another customer (Caucasian woman) came behind me, so Tracey decided to come to the register to checkout then proceed to ask the lady behind me was she first? I said I was here first. So she said ok VERY NASTY. She started checking me out, two of the items I had was regular price (during the Semi-annual sale), I said sorry I saw that in the sales bin. She says I’m assuming you only want sale items, I said yes. So she slammed down the two items I wanted to put back. So now it’s time for me to pay I take out my CC. She’s like is that an actual credit card or a gift card. I told her that an actual Credir Card. So she hands me my receipt and says bye thanks. As I’m leaving I hear Tracey happily greeting the woman behind me.Moral of the story I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! Tracey I hope you LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very nice stores clean but my only complaint is really that at 5pm you should have more then 1 person in the store i wouldnt leave an older woman alone in the store at night by herself god forbid she got robbed 😕

They seem unwilling/unable to keep the CO Bigelow brand of body wash in stock.
