It’s never a stressful experience walking into this location looking to make a home purchase. From management to sales team they are always looking out for the customers need. This time around Tom Starala in sales took the time to listen to what I needed and explain the pros and cons. Giving me the time to make the decision on my time frame. For a chain store it feels more like a mom and pop shop. Been coming here since moving into this town for about 15 years.

I always contact Cliff before going to PC Richard for anything. He knows all of the products, takes the time to understand what I’m looking for, and shows me options with a thorough explanation of the pros and cons based on my preferences. Highly recommend asking for Cliff next time you visit this location.

We had an amazing experience shopping with Vanessa. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and super friendly. We came in not knowing where to start and she directed us to appliances that fit our needs perfectly. She also kept us within our budget. She made shopping during a pandemic easy and fun.
