Preordered shining fates and order kept getting pushed back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone paying in advance. Owner promised refund two days ago and I’m still waiting. Omar is a shady business owner. Won’t ever be doing business with this guy again.

This company sold us $2,000.00 in Pokemon products and lied about shipping it. After being asked about it, we were told that it had been shipped. When it didnt come we asked for a shipping confirmation. We were told that the product hadnt actually been shipped to us. We were told that they would ship it Saturday. It never shipped. Once again we asked for a tracking number and this time we were blocked. After reaching out on social media we were also blocked. Several people were writing reviews about their product never being shipped. It seems we are not the only one this has happened to.

Don’t be fooled by the “4 star” review this shop has. Apparently it was under different ownership 2 years ago. Obviously Omar, the new owner, has destroyed this shops reputation as you can clearly see by all the people he has robbed money from. This guy is an absolute con artist. Never do online business with this shop if you value your own money. I for one will be going to the shop in person to confront the owner when the time seems fit.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE.ESPECIALLY off facebook. Have been waiting weeks for my preorder that i made months ago. Keeps giving excuses as to why they havent shipped. Bad at communication. Trying to get a refund. Very sketchy.

Do not buy from the owner Omar online or through facebook marketplace! He has you use methods that don’t have buyer protection, tells everyone their products will be shipped within a week, then ceases almost all communication. When he does respond it’s just a new excuse each time. I’ve talked to other people who had the same experience, one person has been waiting FIVE MONTHS! When I confronted him today he said he does not have $300 on hand to refund me, which is ridiculous! Stay far and away!

Guys a scammer. He sold me 20 etbs of vivid voltage that he never had in his possession, we got in contact with him, he told us Thursday he would let us know about updated shipping. It’s Monday, 4 days later and now we can’t contact him at all, fb messages are being ignored. I made sure to call this store to make sure he has affiliation with this store, he in fact does, his name is Omar. Bad business, this guys going nowhere in life.

Omar Khater and his partner Josh Aviles claim to own this place but its likely closed or doesnt exist. Owner has posted and sold many items online which he never ships. He sold me a huge order of pokemon cards, lied about ever having them, lied about shipping them, and then blocked me. TOTAL SCUMBAG! Avoid this place and these people!

In December of 2020 I saw an evolutions box that was listed for sale on ebay. I contacted the seller (The Arena) and asked if he would be willing to negotiate the price. He asked for my phone number and called me directly. We agreed over the phone on a price ($510) and he stated that if I processed the payment right away then he will ship on the same day. I quickly processed the payment after checking out that he had a legitimate business in New York, West babylon (The Arena). Later that day i found out he did not ship my product. I waited one week and contacted him again o find out the status of my order. He claimed that someone in his business had covid19 and that they had to close down the store. At this point i got nervous and asked paypal to refund me my money. When papypal tried to get the funds from his account they could not because his account was negative. They tried 3 times. I then processed a dispute with my bank to get my money back which I did but it made my papypal account go negative $510. After 4 long and excruciating months of negotiations and constantly calling the owner asking for my product or refund I did not receive anything. Today I received my 3rd letter in the mail from paypal collections threatning to ruin my credit. I ended having to pay $510 for something that i NEVER received. I called the owner everyday and he would tell me he was going to work with me. After not hearing from him in 2 weeks I still call him everyday but now he just ignores my calls. This has by far been ONE OF THE WORST EXPIERIENCES OF MY LIFE. The amount of time, effort, stress and financial loss I have suffered with this individual and business will forever haunt my consciousness. I vow to one day meet this man in person and ask him why he did this to me. Please dont make the same mistake I did. Always be cautious because there are people out there that simply just want you to suffer. As an avid card collector I have nightmares of this experience. The emotional damage this situation costed me will forever forbid me to trust TCG business owners. I will be adding pictures to this post to prove my experience.

Peworder battle styles he hasent gotten back to me and I think he is a scammer for that everyone else is saying... if any1 sending the police to that store let me know as it appears he in fact affiliated with the store there can be a nice lawsuit.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. The owner Omar will take your money for pre-release sets. Not send them and not issue refunds. This has happened to several people in the TCG community of long island. Do not give them your hard earned money. They will ROB YOU

Bad experience, won’t be returning. Owner steals from customers. Found some listings through fb marketplace for some Pokémon product. Owner wouldn’t accept PayPal G&S so he made me pay through cashapp and now I’m out $340. Now I have contact local authorities.

Omar, the supposed owner, scammed a couple of folks on Facebook marketplace on Pokémon products. Avoid dealing with him at all costs.

Been going here the last few weeks consistently. Im fairly new to magic been playin 6 months. Just table top with friends, I now have a modern n standard deck, both of which could be better bit thats another story. They stay open till 4 am just to let guys hang out n play. Drafting regularly almost every night its a good time. The owners n employees are helpful knowledgeable n friendly and the regulars are all helpful n real laid back make you feel welcome. I 1000% recommend thus shop whether u have been playing your whole life or just getting into it.

The Arena is the greatest place to play Magic on the island. Maybe the greatest place to play magic in the country. The new ownership has gone out of their way to make this place incredibly welcoming, the modern scene here is top notch and after 3 months of regular play here I have begun to top 8 major tournaments all over the east coast, netting me 1000s in prize support.

Such a cool lil spot video game tournaments and collectibles out the wazu ...super helpful staff and the store was kid friendly even let my young son play some games for free...thanks guys you rock

This place is a magical store the community is great, and the people and the customer base respects and support one another. I been going to that store for years and I also went to other gaming stores but no matter the bells and whistles Arena gaming excels in the networking aspects of LI gaming community and they just make you feel like a champion when you pull Nico bolas or absolutely nothing from a pack.

Friendly atmosphere. Greeted us like we had played there forever. Military friendly, too. Owner drives an awesome ride and very approachable.

The arena is a place most of us feel at home and were memories are created, a place accepting of all players new and old, the owners and staff go above and beyond to keep its customers happy and coming back!

A fantastic shop with really friendly and approachable staff. They have great merch for mtg and other card games as well. There are frequent events here such as FNM including drafts, Commander/EDH, and Masters among others. The space and staff are welcoming/supportive of people of all ages and experience levels for Magic: The Gathering and Id gather the same would apply for other TCG as well.
