This is the best store anywhere! Kevin the manager is the most knowledgeable guy in the DJ world! I have been buying my DJ equipment here for over 20 years! I was there yesterday and had outstanding customer service from Juan and Oscar! they were busy but really took time to explain the new microphone units and help me make the best decision. Juan also helped me with up lighting, cases and several DJ decisions. These guys are fantastic and I look forward from purchasing more from them again real soon!

Ordered a Dj setup not Friday morning (before 3pm which is there caveat for the timing of shipping) from them that showed in stock on their website. Paid $50 for 3 day shipping, which was steep but it seemed worth it. 3 days go by and I reach out to them to find out what’s going on and they tell me they don’t even have this item is stock. Thought it was sketchy when I couldn’t track my order. Then I called to talk to a manager (Rachel) that claimed the item was “out of stock” on their website when I clearly ordered it as if they had it. She didn’t take responsibility that they had not updated inventory or did not communicate effectively but put the onus on the customer as if I should know there inventory telepathically?? Now gotta wait for refund which will take forever I’m sure. Take my money and wait 3 days to tell me you don’t have an item. Complete let down and lost valuable customer. Do not order from these people.

I absolutely love this Babylon location. The young men Eric and Oscar give exceptional customer service. They are patient, well informed and enthusiastic about the whole experience there. Never have I gotten a hint of discrimination or sexism there!!!! I only use this location as the other one in Queens is not as good and Ive had poor experiences there. Eric is always there in Babylon when I visit. That guy deserves a raise and vacation!!!!!

Very happy to have discovered this store. I am building out a small home recording studio, I needed some speakers/monitors. I met Eric, who was patient with advice, playing samples on a few monitors and explained the advantages of the ones I ultimately selected, over the ones I had originally gone in for. While I dont DJ, it is clear they carry a terrific range of gear and have the expertise to make sure you purchase what you need. Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful, special thanks to Juan for some after-sales support.

Mark and Juan are some of the most knowledgeable and friendly people to do business with. I recently had an issue with a defective product, and they made every effort to successfully resolve the issue. Their pricing is the best, by far, and there’s no other place I’d buy from in the area.

Excellent place for djs

This place has tons of love studio and video equipment for whatever you need but I used to frequent this store for their ddjing vinyl. That which they dont have anymore. Dont walk into the store with your phone Bluetooth on, it will try to pair with everything at once, overheated my phone.

Be careful here! This company does not honor their own return policy!Their picture showed one thing, and the product they sent is quite another.Spoke with the manager Victor, he blamed the manufacturer, would not accept the return, and said there was nothing he could do.I think there are 2 things they could do:1. Update their web photos to match the actual product they ship2. Update their return policy to reflect how they actually operateI will not buy from I DJ Now again.
