I just had four appliances delivered by Kettle Moraine Appliances. I am beyond pleased with the delivery service. The delivery team called me prior to arriving which gave me time to get my fridge cleaned out before they arrived. They were kind, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process, including removing all old appliances. They were careful not to damage any of my walls, etc. Thank you for the exceptional job!!!

Just received our new refrigerator and from the salesman to the two delivery guys....WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! We will never go anywhere else! Mario and I apologize dont remember the other guys name but they were so polite, even took a little extra time to get our patio door back on correctly . Just a fantastic place!!!

Big shout out to Roberto and Rosado(sp?) who made a delivery today. It was not easy, yet they were very careful and took their time. Once installed, the washer had a leak. They took the washer apart and found that Maytag did not hook up a hose correctly. They fixed the problem and reinstalled the washer and dryer. These guys did what Best Buy could not do in 5 attempts. Cant say enough good thing about these guys. Shawn in sales bragged about their delivery guys and he was more than right. Poor customer service. Our refrigerator came with a bent fram so the doors do not work properly. 2 servicemen have come to look at it. Did a temporary fix but said the refrigerator should be replaced under warranty. It is going on a year since we have purchased the refridgerator and nothing is being done despite our calls.

He was very well versed on the products they carry, which helped us make a nice informed decision. Due to the pandemic, our order was delayed for 6 months, and KitchenAid paused the manufacturing of the refrigerator we wanted to go with the rest of the appliances we ordered, but Brent found us a satisfactory replacement.Yesterday, 5/20/2021, our appliances were installed by the most diligent, experienced, professional that we have ever met. I had a wonderful encounter with Brent. I recently bought a house and was shopping for a washer and dryer. Having rented my whole life, I only knew coin laundry. Brent took time to tell me everything about laundry. I could tell he really enjoys his job and appliances. There is seemingly nothing he doesnt know. There was never a hint of pressure to buy. I left with a wealth of knowledge and a feeling that I had worked with someone who truly cared that I received a product to suit my budget and lifestyle.
The delivery guys were amazing. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, careful not to Knick walls, quick, friendly, and clean. I had kids napping and they never woke up.

Bought a washer and dryer from Brent. He was OK at the beginning but after the sale he turned heel.Brent doesn’t act like he knows you or wants to help you once he had the sale.Had to go back to get a refund for some washer hoses that Brent sold us.(Hoses were too short). Waited for over 20 minutes because store was busy and they were shorthanded. Which is fine. Finally got to talk to Brent and told him the situation. Not more than a minute later another couple came in asking about something. Brent immediately stopped what he was doing with me and started talking to the other couple.(Cause it’s all about the sale right Brent?)I was annoyed and angry about how unprofessional Brett was and he could only care about the sale and not after the sale and helping me.Someone else help me and got my refund.I am very unhappy how Brent Acted. Probably won’t come back for any more appliances just because of this fact.
My husband and I recently purchased a new condo in West Bend. We bought all our appliances from Kettle Moraine Appliances. Our salesman was Brent and he was so full of knowledge on all appliances and steered us in the right direction considering what we were interested in and price range. Brent is kind, considerate, and extremely friendly. The two gentlemen who delivered our appliances were Abel and Gustavo. I have never had delivery men like these two. They were so polite, did a fabulous job of delivery and cleaned all appliances, plus vacuumed up the mess in the kitchen. They were both fabulous workers and would highly recommend the appliance store, all employees and the delivery team. Thank you for a great experience.
No pressure sales!
We have had appliances thru them less than 2 years. Microwave has rust on the inside, dishwasher doesnt work and issues with our fridge that they have come once before and fixed. Now they are telling me I will be charged for them to fix the same problem. I would not recommend this place and I hear the same stories from other people. Appliances are garbage and so is their customer service 👎👍

Brent in sales was wonderful.However when I had to go to the warehouse find the unit myself because the warehouse guy cant read model numbers. I then had to move the units on top of it and make a pathway to get it out. This guy literally watched me
I didnt catch the names of the 2 Gentlemen that came to install my new fridge, I think they were Shane and Brad. They were AWESOME!!!!!!! Both were very professional and both very nice. They knew what they were doing and explained everything. I would say they both deserve a raise. Im very happy with the service and friendliness I recieved from the guys at Kettle Moraine Appliance. They will be my first and only call I make for any other appliance needs I have in the future.
Terrible experience. Remodeling kitchen.Bought 4 kitchen appliances. Explained up front not sure when needed or date for delivery. Was assured no problem. They will store for months if need be.Call when you need them. 3 calls later from them do you need them yet Screwed up my delivery date even though it was planned 10 days in advance Sent out delivery people with no tools or carrying straps. Didnt hook up water for fridge or electrical cord on stove. Was told they would call & refund delivery charge. Still waiting for that call. Would not recommend to anyone.contacted by salesman delivery charge was refunded
I have always bought everything I need from Kettle Moraine Appliance ( two houses worth so far). I have never had a issue. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service department is outstanding!!UPDATE....Stay away! For the last 5 years I have complained that my dishwasher does not clean properly and stinks. Their answer always is that I am using to much soap. So I cut down on soap. Still not any better and it always stinks. I finally gave up with them and called Bergmann in Slinger. They diagnosed my problem over the phone and sent a tech out to verify. The tech was here for 10 minutes and said the pump has been faulty probably the whole time. They fixed it and now it works great!

Purchased a GE washer/dryer there a few weeks ago. Was greeted at the door from a wonderful salesman named Brent. He was very helpful in most all questions we had and worked with us to get a price match in the set. Delivery guys were awesome!!! Only giving 4 stars because of a few small things, 1st being that it seems they dont stock much at there warehouse. There was a backorder on not only the washer/dryer but also the stacking kit. 2nd issue was it took almost two weeks to deliver to a house 10 min down the road. Outside of them couple issues was a good experience and we plan to go back for a deep freeze l8r

Very positive experience. The salesperson (Glenn) was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about how to make our appliance last longer. We never felt any pressure about buying, which was nice. The dishwasher was delivered the next day on time, and the delivery person (Sean) was very professional. He gave us more advise on how to keep the appliance in good shape. A great experience after having dealt with a lot of big department stores, where you dont get this kind of service.

I really appreciate the owner going above and beyond to hear me and make things right!If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a washer and dryer back on November 28th. STILL DON’T HAVE THEM! I went to kettle moraine appliance because they seemed like the best option. 0% financing for a year and I am expecting a baby in March so getting to the laundromat has become very difficult. I always heard they had great value and discounts for the seasons. I wasn’t even told that the washer and dryer were on back order until a month after the order was placed and I had called to find out what was taking so long.I called back again this week to get an update. My sales rep seemed agitated and acted like I was wasting his time. He said “if it makes you feel any better, you’re not the only one waiting”. He told me many other people were experiencing this issue and he blamed it on the manufacturers. His attitude towards me the entire phone call was of annoyance. He told me not to call again because “we will call the minute the appliances arrive”. Unfortunately I can’t trust his word because of the lack of communication thus far.If I had known this was the experience I was going to get, I would’ve spent the extra $300 to get the same washer and dryer from Best Buy and had them by now.Not only did I buy a washer and dryer that I haven’t been able to use, but I’m still forced to spend $30 a week going to the laundromat while I’m 8 months pregnant.I’m know that not every experience is like this and I’m sure other people have had great service from them. But I don’t think I will go back or recommend this business to anyone.

Just had our washer and dryer delivered and installed today after having to wait 2 weeks. All seemed good until we actually put clothes in our dryer. It was making an aweful grinding noise. I immediately called and the earliest they can get someone to us is Tuesday (we could do Monday but being teachers we can’t leave in the middle of the day)! There was no attempt to try and fit us in and no offer of incentives for the inconvenience. Very disappointed after we made a conscious decision to support our community and ship small.
Bought 4 new appliances there. 2 broke in the first 6 months. It took 3 months to get the microwave replaced under warranty. Got a bill 3 months later for $158 (90 days past due). Called and they said it was for delivery. $158 to deliver a counter-top microwave that I actually went and picked up myself.Called and they did cancel the bill. Very frustrating experience. Cannot recommend them.

I stopped in after having a wretched experience at Home Depot, and Todd K. (my sales associate) not only recognized my anger & frustration, but did everything possible to help and educate me on the best replacement appliance for my home! I called to have our dishwasher repaired and was told they would be here the next day between 1 and 3. No one showed up or called. I called them back to see what happened and the woman was rude, put me on hold and then hung up on me. I believe this company needs some quality reception help along with some simple organization. Will not be asking for service nor recommending them to anyone for any reason
Always our first stop, didnt buy there this time though, Mattress Firm had a better deal for us. All of our appliances have been purchased there. Repair guys are top notch through the years. That is why we go there first.

Bought a washer and dryer delivery men damaged my floor. Sent out Waynes floor covering his price was 1200.00 higher than Mayville floor covering. Store manager talked to me like I am a third class person not very nice. I asked to talk to the owner the person on the phone said I see his car I will give him the message never heard from him. The store manager turned it over to there insurance they called and offered a little more than half for the job. I had to go through my insurance. I would not buy anything from them again.if you decide to buy anything a lawyer with you will need him if anything goes wrong. Thanks for reading this it may change your mind to deal with this company.

Install was a disaster. Service tech created a leak in my basement, and they would not help fix it. Long story below if you want to read, but in short, they might service what they sell (I will never find out), but they dont service the plumbing that they destroy in your house.....you are on your own with that. Keep reading forfull story.We purchased a refrigerator with ice maker in freezer. Delivery guys brought fridge into basement with no issues. Hooked up ice maker and it did not work. They had to call a service tech to diagnose/fix ice maker.Later that day, a service tech showed up. He removed the defective ice maker and installed a new one. When he was done, he said, Your ice maker now works, but there is water coming from your pipe.After finally realizing that this guy had no desire or ability to fix the leak, my wife sent him on his way and called the store to get someone out to fix the leak in our finished basement.She called the store and the store folks said they talked to the tech and he claimed that there was already a leak when he showed up. IF that was true (the delivery guys would later contradict his story), he never communicated this until it was time for him to leave. In either case, there was no water leak prior to KMA setting foot in our house, now there was…and instead of putting plan together to fix it, we only got finger pointing…..ALL WHILE THERE IS STILL WATER LEAKING IN MY FINISHED BASEMENT.The original delivery guys somehow caught wind of this and called us and let us know they would stop over to see what they could do. We were somewhat happy that someone finally wanted to help us.We diagnosed that the valve had been cracked and we needed a new one. The delivery guys did not have the tools/parts to fix this, so I sent them on their way and went to the hardware store and replaced the valve myself. While they were at our house the second time that day, the delivery guys were adamant that there was no leak when they left earlier that day. They did wonder aloud “I don’t know why the service tech was messing with this valve….he didn’t need to do that”My wife demanded to talk to the owner of the company to express our displeasure with the team that was handling (not handling) our issue, but he couldn’t talk “…because he is on a truck right now”.The service manager at KMA called us 3 DAYS AFTER THE DISASTER INSTALL to see what he could do to “make this right”. He asked what I felt would be fair. I created a detailed invoice that listed out, my time (at their service tech rates), mileage, and parts. This invoice totaled $64.10. He offered me $25 and said that is the most the owner would do. I told him to keep his $25 and we would just go our separate ways. If they would have honored the $64.10, I wouldn’t have written this review, but because they stick to their guns so tightly with no regard for the customer’s time or property, my story to the public unfortunately became a necessity.I will never set foot in that store again. I do my best to support local businesses against big box stores and will continue to do that....but I wont do that at Kettle Moraine Appliance. No leader at that store showed any initiative to help us and the owner was unavailableI cant express how disrespected my wife and I felt throughout this process. Not once did anyone at that store offer a plan or solution to fix the problem (AGAIN...THERE WAS SPRAYING WATER IN MY FINISHED BASEMENT) that was created by their team.KMA horribly failed in their attempt to make this situation right after the fact. Without being belligerent, we gave them so many opportunities to turn this into a positive experience for us, and not only did they fail, they were downright insulting.
Wish we could rate zero stars. Visited on 10/5/2019 to purchase kitchen suite only to be met with rude and unprofessional sales woman. Should have gotten her name to report to management. Will never recommend or go back there ever again.

I live in an apt they were coming to service my air conditioner and stove it took my husband over an hour on the phone with them to find our service ticket and then when I called today just to change our contact number it took 30 mins and two EXTREMELY rude people to find our service ticket again horrible customer service glad I dont have to pay for the services from them.
