Bought 4 new tires from them. Left the lot and 1 tire wouldn’t hold air so took it back to have them examine. They said now the rim is broken when it was fine before they worked on it. Said it was an old and corroded but yet so small they must have missed it when they put the weight on inches away from where the rim is bent and cracked. They refused to take any responsibility. I took my car to the dealership and the Service manger looked at the wheel and agreed it was a fresh crack, no rust or corrosion and was VERY noticeable. I sent pictures and the dealership paperwork to the manager and he insists it was broken before the tires went on. Have a call into corporate office with no response.

I have had to go here twice in last month. Both times have been great, friendly and ready to help u! Manager John stayed to replace my tire tonight. It was 6, closing time, he didnt have to stay, but he did. Check Mavis out if u need help, the guys are great!

Called Mavis to schedule flat repair and 4 new tires possibly. They said they could get me in my 10:15 am at the West Bend location. I drove all the way to West Bend and met with Jacob who was the manager on. He kindly listened to me and said that the call center never followed up with him on my appointment. He was the only person on. Jacob was patient, respectful and kind. He said would do his best to help me and take care of the flat . I will be referring customers his way. His knowledge on tires is extraordinary. Thanks Jacob

I had tried to get a replacement tire for the spare but they had a hard time getting the right one because of shipping issues due to covid but they took care of me when I needed it and for a GREAT price. Placed an online order for tires on October 19th and promptly received a confirmation email. On October 22nd, I received a confirmation phone call followed by another confirmation email on the 28th and another the morning of the appointment, the 30th. I dropped my truck off at about 9:45 am for my 10:00 am appointment. At 1:00 pm I called for an update and was told it will be coming in next? I questioned the scheduling and was told the only have one lift for trucks and and it was being used (sounds like that lift was double booked)?? About one hour later I get a call and was told that they are sorry but my order for my tires never came in and I will have to come back Tuesday and start all over.I was hoping for good small town shop service. But, it was much more like a big box store experience.

Got my tires done here and it was an excellent job! Relatively quick compared to where I used to go as well, and they even have taken the time to fix my one tire when it begun to have a slow leak in it. Excellent, quick service from these guys! Will be recommending to family and friends for sure

I really wanted to leave a good review, as most of my visit was ok. I brought in a single wheel for a tire repair and they got me right in. After about 40 min, the tire was repaired and I was on my way. Once I returned home, I found several large gouges in my new aluminum wheel. This is the first time this wheel was removed from the car.

Horrible experience! Messed up my balance had to go back and get it fixed and Im sure it still is not right! The GM Jon was very disrespectful over the phone and popped my spare tire and didnt want to own up to it! I will never return to this place again! I recommend Monro tire! Took my 2005 bmw to this shop so they can balance my tires and give it an alignment. I normally dont take vehicles to shops unless I have to but with tires I do. They treated me extremely well and would recommend this place to anyone.

I visited NTB in October of 2020 to have a set of tires purchased through Amazon installed via Amazon Services at the closest vendor. The tires were delivered directly to NTB and an appointment was made and confirmed via Amazon and NTB directly.Upon showing up at the scheduled time I was left alone, the only customer in the lobby to wait over 10 minutes for someone to see me. After checking in and physically showing the attendant what wheels and tires I wanted on. The car was pulled into the shop where the employees loudly mocked the appearance of my car stating Wow, look we have a rally car here!. Opinions on people vehicular taste very but keep the criticisms out of customer earshot.After waiting in the silent lobby for another 20 minutes they began lifting the car and removing wheels. The front desk attendant began making phone calls to a manager or supervisor loudly struggling with the entry and completion of the Amazon initiated order.Another 30 minutes passed of confusion and phone calls. The TV in the lobby was turned on so I was no longer sitting alone in silence.90 Minutes after I walked in I was handed my keys and a completed invoice back. I got in my car and left.Upon driving home, the steering wheel had a minor to medium shake at speed. I arrived at home and examined what had been done. To my absolute horror they had loaded several ounces of weight on each wheel and had SANDED the inner barrel to affix the weights to bare metal for some reason. Peel and stick weights are usually applied after cleaning the surface with a solvent like brake clean and a best effort is made by the technician and the machine to hide the weights behind the spokes. Not the case here. They had also removed the freshly powder coated summer wheels I arrived at the store on and managed to scratch the inside of the lug hole. The final icing on the cake was a missing valve stem cap.Fortunately, Amazon stands behind their guarantee and ended paying out damages. Im not sure what happened in this situation, but the absolute calamity of damage and weird lengthy service times assured that this location and NTB as a whole is blacklisted in my book.

I was disappointed. I came in for 2 tires and a tie rod at 11 am. They said it would be done by 1-1:30 I didnt get out of there until 5:30!I know they were short handed and the mechanics were working very hardBut the manager just couldnt be bothered to help outThe phone would ring and he would walk right past it pull a mechanic out of the garage to answer it. Same thing when a customer came in.After 4 and a half hours I was pacing the lobby like a caged lion obviously getting more impatient he wouldnt even LOOK AT ME!The mechanics were great but I will NOT be back! And I cant recommend the West Bend Mavis

Awesome people run this place. Had a tire repair today before my family and I needed to head out of town and called in, they said they could fix it right away and they did within the hour, checked my brakes and took great care of me. Definetly coming back as a future repeat customer for both vehicles. Great place to get your brakes and tires taken care of. They also are very real and like each of us being personable example is that they have you come back to show you what is going on with your car instead of just handing you the bill. Amazing place! They don’t push sales on you either just share recommendations and leave it for you to decide. Great experience. Thank you John and Jacob!

I would of liked to of given a 4 1/2 star because of a little communication problem between their call center and their facility. Not the facilities fault so I am okay with the 5 star.On a Sunday morning, we found ourselves with a bunch of wire showing out of one of our tires. Unfortunately, everything seemed to be closed except for Mavis and we still had a 5 hour drive home. I called and got sent to a call center. I explained my predicament and they said, they seem to be running smoothly so they can get you in with four new tires. Also, the price for the four was pretty low so I was happy about that. I got there and they didnt seem to know that I was coming even thou, I had given several pieces of info. However, the guy at the register, Jacob, was very helpful and also stated that because of my drive he would recommend a bit more expensive tire. I was okay with that because I would prefer to pay a bit more for a tire to get a bit more out of it. I fortunately had a ride back to where I was staying and they called me a couple hours later with brand new tires. I would of liked an alignment, but it would of been another hour and I had a long day of driving ahead. (They did recommend) Thanks to you guys I got home safely and I didnt bust my wallet.Also, there were only three guys busting their butts in there with lots of people coming and going. Great job guys!

**DONT HAVE ANY WORK DONE HERE**We had 4 new tires put on our truck. When we picked it up the truck didnt drive the same, it felt really lose and squirrelly.Here are all the things that ended up being wrong after taking our truck to a better mechanic suggested by the shop manager. One lug nut missing on both front and rear passenger side tires, all tires balanced incorrectly, alignment was off and all tires not sealed correctly.The customer service was absolutely horrible and completely unprofessional in West Bend!! After over a month of back and forth with corporate office, who were also lacking in customer service. We got our money back for service, which didnt even cover the other mechanics bill.PLEASE save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!As you can see from the generic response to my review, you will get nowhere with this company.

Desperately needed a tire looked at. Mavis was open and available for walk ins. They found the problem right away and gave suggestions for other service that needed to be done soon. Service workers were very friendly and respectful. Would definitely recommend service to be done here.

Had to get 2 tires replaced due to a rock in the road. Was told about a hour wait but it actually took over 2 hours and no one came in during this time to take my time up on my car. The front desk then told me they have to replace 2 lug nuts, i said fine. But when it was time to pay the bill, they replaced all 10 lug nuts due to swelling. I wont go back since I feel 1.waited to long, 2. I felt taken advantage of ..they did not need to replce all the lug nuts since we knew the qulity of those lug nuts since we put a spare on prior to taken it there 3. When going back days later to get the nuts tighten the service guy at front counter looked lets just say not professional. But on one positive note, the orginal front guy was friendly.

I needed two tires mounted for a trailer. I was given a completion time, but things changed and I needed them sooner. Even though they were crazy busy, they still managed to get them done early for me. That is why they earn a 5 star rating.

I had tires put on and the staff working were extremely friendly and they were also very quick with getting them mounted and balanced at a great price to go with it. One week later, I run over a nail, thankfully it was in the tread so it was patchable. I go back and speak with John the manager, Great guy. Took care of it no questions asked. Extremely quick, they put the spare back underneath my truck. Highly recommend. John and the techs in the back sure know customer service.

Took car in to take a look at front passenger tire to see if it needed to be replaced. They ordered the tire in advance just in case it did needed to be replaced but was not obligated to buy it if it didnt need to be replaced. They also asked me permission to check my brake/pads at no charge. I gave them permission to do so. Very satisfied with service and response.

Horrible place to go to get any work done price was more than the quote by a bit. Ask them how many ASE certified mechanics work there this place is absolutely horrible your car will not go down the road straight they will lie to you also. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

We will NEVER return to Mavis. We had been long time customers when it was NTB. This day I arrived at 7:50 because I had 8:00 appt. This was weird too because I made appt for 8:30 but they called us three days later to ask what time we were coming so we said 8:00. The day I came nobody showed up until 8:15 to open the shop . “Jacob” rolled out of the car filthy like he slept in his work clothes from the day before. He walked in the shop BAREFOOT . I’m sure that is OSHA APPROVED . No workers showed up and he said he’d do my car himself if he had to. He finally put his work clothes on, WITH FLIP FLOPS and dirty uniform. You would think they would have respectable desk person like NTB always had . I was first car and it took over an hour for oil change and tire rotation because mechanics didn’t show up until 8:30 and all looked they were in the tail end of a bender . Steer clear!!

Get customer service, John stayed after hours to finish up my vehicle on a Saturday! Would definitely recommend.

Had a leaking tire and brought it to Mavis. Unfortunately it was not patchable. I know that you shouldnt mix old with new, so bought two new tires. Applied for their new credit card and received a discount so that made me happy!I gave a 2 because of the length of time it took and the front desk clerk.

Came in for front tire replacement without appointment. John was super helpful with getting everything done quickly and friendly. Only took one hour.

The people that run the place are chill and friendly and I got a really good deal for a new tire.

John in West Bend is awesome with customers and cars. He is personable, accommodating and dependable. He stayed late to get the repairs done right and set us up with a solid 6-month interest-free payment plan. If he is in charge of your repairs, you are in good hands.

They got the truck back for tire installation right away and only took about an Hour and 1/2. The service was good but I was there for 2.5 hours for a simple tire rotation. Nobody was around to tell me why it took so long.

This place was Great!! I came in thinking I needed a front wheel bearing replacement on the passanger side wheel but after inspection, It was a faulty caliper. So now the work that needed to be done was a lot more than I expected to pay since I needed to replace both calipers on the front axle. After talking to the 3 guys and the front, we worked out a Great price for the work that needed to be done. Seriously, saved lots!! 2 hours later I was out the door. Definitely 5 stars. I called this morning (9:10am) to set up an appointment for an alignment. The gentleman on the phone said yes bring it in we can get that done for you today. So I had my wife drive her vehicle and I drove mine to drop off at the west bend location. When i arrived I talked with a man at the store who stated the phone number I called (listed here on google) is a call center and they don’t know the exact work load of the actual location. They would not be able to perform the work. He apologized and I understand that’s not his fault. What is complete BS though is why is there a call center that distributes work to locations?! You’ll end up with situations like this! So we drove there for nothing. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day, you lost me as a customer.I did call the call center back to explain what happened... they offered me a coupon... sorry it’s not about the money...

Let me just say right off the bat, that John L. and the guys in the garage TOOK CARE OF ME. I called up Mavis Tuesday night and spoke with John. I asked for a quote for tires, and rotors/pads and gave him a budget that I wanted to be under. He didnt just give me a number and say sorry, this is what you have to pay, instead he searched for parts to help me and my needs. He called me the next morning and let me know that I needed calipers and a tie rod. He worked with me and my concers and didnt try and force anything on me. They guys in the got everything done in a day, and I couldnt be happier.Finding a good garage and good people to work on your car is sometimes a pain, however I think I found a good one.

Was headed back to Milwaukee from Jackson when my tire blew. I dont know this area and had no idea where to go. This place popped up and I called them. After bugging them many times on the phone (they were very patient with me), I got my spare on and drove here. They had the tire I needed, and when I got there, they were friendly and helpful. If I get stranded again up here, I know where to go.

Set up appointment for tires about a week ahead of time. Drive 25 min to shop and re arranged my day to get my tires on. Got there and was told they never ordered them. Sorry...just come back tomorrow told. 2 days ruined and just a too bad for you. Call the next day before showing up just to make sure and told they wont be in until the afternoon at best. Wasnt told that the day before. 2 days off work to get tires and still nothing....never even a phone call to let me know about any of this. This location is new and took over previous business NTB so the old reviews do not reflect the new business. Too many other options in west bend,I would stay clear if I were you.

I got tires here not even a month later i had a leak but since i didnt pay the 65 dollar warranty that only lasts like 2 months they wouldnt do anything. And the manager was trying to get me to do the warranty and said if i leave a 5 star review he would lower the price. If thats not a bribe idk what is. Also said we needed so much other stuff that did not need to be done. Go somewhere else this place is shady af. Also dont trust the reviews most of them are prry written to get the discount on the warranty.

I stopped at the parts store next door for brake pads. I figured Id walk next door to NTB and inquire advice on some significant vibration I had occasionally in my car. They had my car in the air in 10 minutes. They replaced my pads, rotors, and balanced my tires. My car drove so smooth home. I feel so much safer now transporting my kid. The staff was very friendly. Ill be back to get suspension work done eventually.

There are quite a few options in West Bend For car parts as well as car repair But the store really puts its effort forward when it comes to making sure the job is done right the first time, As well as leaving an awesome rapport with their customers to make sure their future needs as well can be accommodated. I went to Munro down the road and got tires replaced there after I had issues ended up stopping at NTB to see why I was having continued problems found out that Monroe had incorrectly put my tires back on the rim which could’ve caused an accident. They really knew how to help and how to make sure my car was safe before leaving the store. I would also recommend speaking to Emily I’m pretty sure she’s the store manager she helped a lot when I had questions and it was really awesome to see a female face running a shop that’s mainly A male-dominated Industry. i used to work at Valvoline myself so I know how appreciated women are when they have mechanical knowledge and skill! Dropped it off at 11:30am, was told I’d receive a call when it was ready.2:30pm received the call it was ready, I arrived just before 3:30pm. Was told the “technician was having a problem with the alignment and it was not finished yet”?Not only was it not finished they hadn’t brought it in the shop yet. So I decided to wait in view of the service bays. And wait I did. 25 minutes for the truck to be brought into alignment bay, about 45 more minutes of watching techs wonder around the service area talking, and literally singing and dancing.Then I observed one of the techs standing in the door of my truck while raised on the rack pointing out body damage to the other techs.Finally at 5:40 I was told my truck was “finished”.I was then given an “alignment report” that was far from complete. Was told by the “manager” that it was “too difficult to do a complete alignment on my vehicle”. But would not give me my key until bill was paid. (Funny... I’ve had this vehicle aligned 5 times in the 9 years I’ve owned it and nobody has been “unable” to do the work.) Still have the reports...After driving the vehicle on the highway I find the truck pulling hard to the left vs. slightly to the right (the reason I took it in for alignment in the first place.) And the front end is now sloppy loose.Cost me $98 at Mavis. Now I can take it to another shop that CAN do the work properly and as requested.I would NOT recommend. ZERO stars if I could. I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle or anyone’s ever again. I would like my money back.

Wouldnt go back if I was paid to. 2 1/2 hrs for 4 tires and an front end allingment that was worse after then when the car came in. Going to have the front end reallingned at a better shop.
