Been wanting to review this one for a while. A very welcome addition to West bend Wisconsin. Located on the corner of decorah and main Street. If youre not stopping at the one-off paradise stop here for sure.

I bought the st Patrick‘s day special “Mint Milk“. It is green. I would not recommend. Please, for the sake of your children, grandmothers, and all you love, do not buy it. It tastes like melted mint ice cream with a strong hint of milk. Do not buy ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Clean, modern and well equipped gas station and convenience store. All of the Kwik Trips are very well run. When a gas pump receipts printer ran out of paper the attendant promptly refilled the paper and gave me a cup of my choices of coffee, hot chocolate or specialty coffee drink. Very impressed. One star lost due to television SPAM in the gas pumps.

They have great coffee. Nice clean rest rooms for when you travel. They always keep the coffees 2 hours fresh. Lots of snacks, drinks, special prices. Quick food pizza and sandwiches. They have an excellent rewards program.

Staff is friendly, very clean, if you want something to eat from the hot spot and they don’t have it out, you can always ask them to make whatever you want, and they don’t get all crabby they are very kind enough to do it for you. You can get everything you need here quick in and out. Only has station I will ever go to!

No where does it state no rollerblades in the store. Yet they wont let you in with them on. Screw u kwik trip

Everyone is always so nice and ready to help if you need it . There is never a time where i could not get something i wanted that maybe they were out of such as a brat or eggroll they are so a Accommodating in every way And with a smile on their face. This will always be my go to Kwik trip store.

I have been going here since they opened. Minor issues I have is Hot food, eggs, donuts, cups are never stocked, always out. I have had no major complaints until now. I went in and purchased a few items, also gas. I used the 1.00 off of gasoline coupon, which I have used before at this location from last weeks ad, last week i went in and never had a problem. I pre pay my gas as I do each visit. My gas coupon is not expired its from this weeks ad we received in the local mail. Cashier Angie her tag says she has been a member since 2000, so she should not have a issue. All registers are the same at each location. She could not ring in my 1.00 of gasoline coupon, she said the register was not allowing her too, so she does not know what to do. she asked me 3 times what pump, how much was I paying. She then kept asking so I want 9.00 in gas. She did not get the concept of 10.00 in gas and the coupon is for a 1.00 off so I would be paying 9.00. finally she said she understood and repeated 10.00 in gas on pump 18. but its not letting her pre pay the pump with the coupon. She said you cant pre pay using this coupon. You will just have to pump first, come back in. I dont know whats wrong. I told her I have before, last week, no other cashiers had any problem with it. And the ad does not say we cant pre pay. So your telling me to go pump my gas then come back in and use the coupon that makes no sense, I am not doing that. She did not offer to ask for help or ask her associates next to her who were not busy, the store was not packed. She just stood there saying I dont know, I then was getting a little upset because this process is taking up time, she is not doing anything to fix this. I told her ask for help from your team then, wheres a manager. She was frustrated and said I will just have to ring it up differently, just give you a 1.00 back. So she does whatever and gives me a 1.00 back. I then have to ask for a bag. I then ask her so it is correct pump 18 10.00. she said yes your all set. She did not apologize. I then get to my pump and pump stops at 9.00. So she still did it wrong after all that. I wanted to go back inside and complain but at this point I feel its useless.

Always a pleasant experience when stopping in. Customer service is great!
