Great selection and prices. Staff were wonderful and easy to work with. Definitely will be seeing them again. For anyone complaining about “Cash and Carry” and having to “wait” a few months for the furniture to come in… welcome to the new norm. Gees, it’s like that everywhere. It’s not their fault, they have no control over that.

Cash-and-carry store is very affordable. This couch that I had taken a picture of was only $300 and it is leather. There is also a warehouse that is separate from the show floor. Discounted and discontinued products are in the warehouse and the prices are extremely low. I believe this furniture is great quality and theres also a warranty.

The furniture is really nice and the prices are great but the issue I have is that every I walk in there Lisa says just so you know, we only take cash or check I already know this as Ive boughten 2 couches from them before, one for my parents and one for me. I find her to be very rude and condecending. If the prices werent so low Id go elsewhere. I did tell her I have purchased from them before so Im well aware of their policies. I had the same problem with an older lady that used to work there.

I went in looking for a dining room table. Immediately I noticed that only the patrons were wearing masks, the saleswoman was not. She did come over and greet us and told us her name was Katherine. We looked around for a little bit and she came back and asked if we had questions. I did, but she got a little close, so we politely asked if shed step back, because she wasnt wearing a mask. I asked my question, but then she left...I thought she went to get a pamphlet or something, because I asked about color options. She never came back. We stood there for about 20 min and she never approached us again. Eventually we walked out. Ill probably be going back, but wont be working with her.

The staff are way too pushy to make a sale. Kathy even said better order now! We are raising prices so youll have to pay more next week! Nothing is in stock. It is called cash and carry but its more like cash, order and wait to carry some time in the next month....

Large selection of BEAUTIFUL furniture. The employees dont pester you; but they are available to answer questions. If you dont have a trailer/truck on the spot (as you are responsible for delivery), they are happy to hold it for a little bit until you can get it. The prices are very fair for the quality you get. Will definitely be getting more furniture from here! (Purchased a reclining couch and an end table - VERY satisfied).

You get what you pay for no customer service on low quality furniture. No refunds and if you have a problem, bring it back so they can fix it. Thats fine for a lamp or chair, but a couch or loveseat thats a totally different animal. I bought many things from them in the past but when theres a problem with it dont expect fast and convenient service. Just take the furniture to the nearest fire pit and buy from somewhere else.If you do find yourself buying something from them FYI: Cathy is a very rude saleswoman, sure she seems nice and a little sassy but she will not lift a finger for you after the sale especially if you run into problems with your purchase.

I love this place. Awesome selection, awesome prices. Yes, most items arent actually in Stock & yes youll have to wait for them. But the price is worth the wait. Some things might come in within a week. Other things you might have to wait several weeks for. Weve furnished almost our entire house, from them though. You just have to have patience.

We purchased a sofa and large chair/recliner that 2 can sit in. The sofa reclines on both sides and are as wide as the other. It looks like a twin bed but if you laid on the part that is reclined you would be on the floor. 😜 Both women at the Cash and Carry were so very helpful. We, my husband and I, probably sat in every sofa in the building. Then they said that they had some out in the storage area. Oh my. I was pretty much stuck with the one we finally got but they were out of stock. I know we are getting a King Sized bed and I believe it will be coming from Cash & Carry.

The associates greeted us the second we walked into the door and explained the entire layout of the store and how the system works. Once we found the couch we wanted the woman who helped us got everything done super fast. Amazing customer service! Will definitely come back to shop for more furniture after this experience!

We almost always find what we are looking for, for the best prices. Lisa has helped us each time and she is patient and very personable.

Nice people. Too many conditions when you buy, and if something is wrong you have to wait to get it fixed and you need to take it back then pick it back up. My opinion is not great customer service after the purchase.

We are happy with the furniture. A few days after already purchasing we found the same exact set at Ashley for hundreds cheaper.. They sell all Ashley brand furniture here but at a way higher mark up apparently.

1.does not deliver any of the furniture that it sells.2. Does not finance anything under 1,000. You must pay cash, no credit cards accepted.3.Most furniture must be ordered, could take 6-10 weeks to get.

Cheaply built low quality bottom line furniture you would expect to throw away in a few years. You will get exactly what youre paying for. In addition the showroom smells very musty and the clearance area has a very distinct odor that is not pleasant.
