Fair Prices and Great Selection, Love my new Mattress

Bedtime with my first experience was great, loved my mattress, then. How many years later I went back to get a new mattress and boy, how they changed. Meaning, I am now, not a fan of Memory Foam. Bedtime has a policy you can try it out for so, many days and you can return it for of equal or of course, more valued mattress. Got the second mattress and it feels like you are going to roll,out of it every night. Plus, the so, called free sheets to come with the mattress never stay on the mattress. Am so, disappointed and out a lot of money. Is sad, make sure you shop around first. Good luck, the delivery people were very nice and helpful. The service people were nice, too but, was just unsatisfied with the memory foam, the whole product and the sheets. It is like sleeping in quick sand.

Nice choices in mattresses and bedroom sets. The Sales staff is very informative and helpful.

The guys in the store are helpful when you need them. They helped us find the perfect matress even though we were pressed for time. Their delivery guys were very friendly and super fast. Delivery of a loaner frame (our purchased frame was back ordered ) and matress took less than 15 minutes. Prices are fantastic too!

I was looking for a bed several months ago, so I stopped into Bedtime. They were very polite and their prices were very much hard to beat. So, I bought a bed. Within the first month however, the bed defected. I was worried that they would try to stiff me saying theres no way it was a warranty issue in the first 2-3 weeks. After some consideration, they came out and replaced my mattress. I was thoroughly pleased. The new mattress is still giving me problems (Serta), but the customer service they gave me here was superior to the other mattress locations in the area.

Very unhelpful, no return policy. $900 down the drain, went to matress firm and pick up a better one for $200.

Twice in six months we have visited this store. They dont know their products, cant figure out prices without calling somebody and they cant even find products in their own store when asked if they carry them. Im not sure how they stay in business.
