I had a great experience working with West Bend Harley Davidson. The sales people were not pushy at all and very welcoming. They gave me information on how and where to look for used bikes. I worked with Anthony and he was awesome. I also worked with Michael from Harley on Silver Spring. Both guys very knowledgeable and helpful. So happy with my decision and my motorcycle.

Didnt seem professional at all... I called about about a vehicle and I got accused of spam calling because apparently someone called about the same vehicle 30 minutes prior. But was told the vehicle isnt available and would have to put a deposit for one thatll come in and was he instantly like ok bye and hung up on me.

👀👀👀the prices are insane. But thats harley... otherwise the dealership is nice well staffed, and the sales woman was very knowledgeable and low pressured. But I all honesty I was absolutely shocked at what they wanted for some of the bikes there. I know the market is a little crazy right now. But 🤦‍♂️

I brought my bike in for repair work after an accident...I’ll start by saying the service from Jeff is pretty good... he stays in contact with you and keeps you informed as to what’s going on... however this is not the dealership for you if your bike has any kind of aftermarket work done. The lack of knowledge with some of the parts I had was actually surprising considering they are very popular and on alot of bikes. I was also surprised when I got a call saying the bike was done but then they found that the front rim was bent... the bike hit a pothole at 65mph why after 4 months of having the bike do you just notice an issue with the rim as your doing a final cleaning on the bike. Going back to having my bike for 4 months... they called and said I needed to buy a new battery because it was dead... you had the bike 4 months a dead battery happened in your possession... the battery was brand new prior to the service. Several of the issues that happened due to the accident are still a problem bars are loose, brakes don’t hold pressure, they even scuffed up the controls on the left side and did not replace them. All in all I would never take my bike here again for repair work

Everyone was so nice, I showed up about 30 minutes before closing and they had everything ready for me. They didnt rush me though the process, and even allowed me to bring my dog in while I signed the papers.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable. All staff was excited for me to be there making a purchase. Highly recommend.

I am a H.O.G. Member for The Milwaukee Northwest H.O.G. Chapter which is my Primary Chapter & The Milwaukee H.O.G. Chapter which is my Secondary Chapter. I was invited last week by my Friend Chuck to check out his chapter which is The West Bend H.O.G. Chapter. The West Bend H.O.G. Chapter Members were not there yet when I arrived. I went to check out the dealership there. It was pretty nice. The staff there was Friendly. They had some cool Harley Davidson products there that my Chapter dealerships dont have. Just like my Chapter dealerships have some stuff that The West Bend Harley Davidson Dealership dont have. It was pretty cool. A little while later some of The West Bend H.O.G. Chapter Members started arriving. I went out by them to attend one of their meetings. It was pretty cool. They have some Friendly Chapter Members

This may be one of the smaller dealerships but the staff are very knowledgeable and really friendly. Ive had some services done there a few times and I have nothing to complain about.

Great dealership. Service dept is outstanding, especialy the service manager Jeff. I have been going there for 20 years and always feel welcomed, Tina always says Hi and asks how Im doing, great people person. Just the right sized dealership, not too big that they dont know their customers.

Outstanding service! This was my first Harley experience and I will never forget it! They got me on a great bike, were able to answer all the questions I had concerning the bike, clothing, performance parts, everything! The finance department works super fast, they had to get the bike I wanted from another store and they had it within 12 hours. I highly recommend West Bend Harley Davidson to be your first stop!

Friendly and helpful staff all around. Sales, service, parts, apparel, everyone I have dealt with here has been great. Easy to access location. The hours can make it a challenge to get there when they are open from my home or work.

Great service, easy to schedule an appointment, very welcoming staff. Typical HD prices, but no complaints about that. More of a family feeling compared to the bigger dealerships. Highly recommended.

Not a good experience. This had to be my worst in all my buying vehicles and motorcycles in my life. Drove an hour to get insulted on my trade ins and lied to and the individual would not admit that’s what he said to us, no effort was given trying to keep us and get a deal worked out. We were also looking at a bike that they had since Before winter but not willing to deal. Three days after this experience i signed the papers for a bike from a dealer who wants to take care of there customers.
