The individuals that were making the coffee products were amazing and quick; however, the individual that was making the food was not only extremely slow in preparing the food, but seemed as though she was not well versed in her job assignment.. I waited 20 min for egg bites and witnessed individuals that came in the store 10 min after I placed my mobile order obtain their food. In the future I will only go here for the coffee products.

I came here for a cup of coffee. They mostly sell clothing. The place is very clean but no coffee. Pluss they try to be fancy by calling themselves T.J. Max.

I love Starbucks. I travel all over the World and will seek Starbucks out and of course I take a picture to document my Starbucks adventures. Today I had a Starbucks employee tell me it is against Starbucks policy to take pictures inside Starbucks!?! Really!?! She went to the Manager to tattle on me but to his credit he didnt say anything to me. To the powers that be at Starbucks...the people who support your brand dont like being harassed for promoting your brand. Train your people on their people skills and have them strive to be Coffee Masters, earn that Black Apron instead of trying to be the Starbucks NSA.

Friendly efficient staff here and drinks are perfect! Lots of free parking and handicapped accessible but no automatic door.

ExcellentFriendly atmosphere, customer services, relaxing place to have coffee and conversation.

Used to like it, but not their treatment of police officers in a store out west. Also, their customer loyalty program really took a step backwards. What I used to get for 225 stars now costs me 400 stars, and to get credit for buying a bag of coffee in a grocery store you have to upload the receipt. A real pain, and for 5 stars?? Forget it. Decidedly overrated. McDonalds and 7Eleven have excellent coffee for far less.

Best Starbucks Coffee and employees I have ever been too. They know what I like and how I like my latte exactly. Other Starbucks can learn a thing or two from these employees and Manager.

A little pricey but a nice treat when I want a cold iced tea or a hot chai. The Batistas are always friendly.

I swear this is the best Starbucks anywhere (Passiac Ave. West Caldwell NJ). Every time I come here the employees are always accommodating and friendly. They always make the drinks with care and they remember your name (!). The lines may at times get long but thats not their fault, and their attitude is always pleasant. Compared to other Starbucks Ive been to in which the employees were there to collect a paycheck, this is the best.

Starbucks is good I love the Carmel frap and the iced latte so you guys make good company and hope you always stay because I love it there and some people say it is a little pricey and I agree

I have been to too many Starbucks so I know what my drinks are suppose to taste like, not to mention how I WANT them to taste like. At this location you tell them a drink is not made properly, they catch attitudes and snatch your cup out of your hand. Even little as re-heating a sandwich they get upset. Only came her twice and wont go back! #RUDECUSTOMERSERVICE

Went in this morning for a couple of basic coffees waited over 20 minutes for my order what a shame the old crew they had was great this new crew doesn’t seem to care about customer service I will not be returning

Staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Did not complete orders correctly even though i was the only person on line and it was not busy.

Is it possible to give ZERO stars? The worst customer service in any Starbucks on the planet. The staff was rude, kicking us out right before closing time even though we had not finished our coffee and asked for 2 more minutes. He told us to email his manager and then refused to give us the contact information. Threatened to call cops when we needed to go to bathroom. Was this discrimination?

I like the layout of this Starbucks and it has a hometown feel. Away from the highways it as convenient for locals.

Have never been a fan of Starbucks but saw someone with a pink drink and wanted to try.There was a line but checkout was quick .I got a blueberry scone....not as awesome as Paneras version but okay.I had the drink in 2 sips! Almost $4 for a small and yes it wasnt as delicious as I was told it would be.There are restrooms and a seating area where you have free WiFi. There seemed to be a few bookshelves....not sure if they are just a makeshift or for general public.Free parking outside as its located on a strip mall with a a Shop rite adjacent.Laundromat and diner are next door. They have a lot of tidbits to buy as gifts and plenty of gift card choices.They even sell wholesome sandwiches,snacks and pastries.Organic products are also available and baby/kids edibles are sold.

This Starbucks is always super efficient and friendly the staff are always attentive and kind. Its my work Starbucks so its nice to have friendly faces to greet me!

Just left from there. It takes alot for me to review a business but heres my story I ordered a Caramel mocha Grande got the wrong size and before I got a chance to say something the cashier (male) is talking to the girl making the coffee says and I quote Im here to make everyone have a better day except for anyone behind the counter (customers) as Im standing there looking at him and then I guess she hints to him that Im right there as shes laughing. So he says again I dont care what the guy thinks he ordered a $5 latte. Then proceeded to talk about how they hate their jobs and cant wait to leave the dump.I was pretty taken back as I didnt do anything wrong coming into Starbucks walked right in just to grab a drink and go to work. At that point I just ignored him to avoid my day being ruined over a coffee and I didnt even mention me receiving a smaller size then I ordered and got out of there. Never going back there again.

It has a weird smell. I cant put my finger on it but it smells like a bathroom.... usually when you walk into Starbucks you smell coffee here I smelled cleaning products. 😕
