Okay this place is AMAZING! They guy there fixed my sisters iPad today! Because she locked herself out. She already had Apple ID problems so all we had to make her a new Apple ID which is very easy to do. Really recommend!

Im a local business owner in WC. Between my wife and I, weve had a couple of minor phone issues over the years: cracked screen, batteries, etc. AT&Ts Customer Service is brutal, and I had to upgrade my ancient 6S, which I live on for work. Called Lazarus (store owner and resident tech guru), then stopped by at lunch. 30 minutes later walked out with new phone (completely charged, with all of my contacts, email, apps), tips, a bit of an education. Nice guy, knows his stuff. Fair prices. Great service.

Went in for a screen repair on an iPad and the owner was upfront and honest with me about the cost of the repair not being worth it. Instead of trying to sell me anything he gave me good advice. I left without spending anything but had a great experience and will return again if needed because of the excellent customer service. A++

What a great experience! Brought my wifes iphone in today for a battery replacement. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new battery and new screen protector. Price was very good and excellent customer service! Also, has a number of other cell phone and ipad products available. Highly recommend!

Paid 100 dollars for a new screen for my iPhone. The backlight was spread unevenly across the screen with a splotch of light on the right hand side. Within a month the screen had a hairline fracture across the bottom from right to left. I went and spoke to the manager at the store about getting it replaced, he told me at the time of sale there was a three month warranty, and he refused to replace the screen or give any sort of refund. Its a shady looking store with shady business practices. I would look elsewhere.
