Great store, friendly and helpful staff, and an overwhelming selection of cigars. As a novice, I always appreciate the recommendations from staff in helping me find my taste preference. I enjoy new experiences, and the variety of cigars in this store never leaves me disappointed. I am usually fully stocked within a few minutes thanks to helpful experts leading me around to help me find a variety of flavor profiles to fill my humidor. Prices are excellent and provide a compelling reason for me to never buy cigars online again.

This is one of the best stocked humidors that I have been to. Awesome selection of top premium cigars. Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, and gave a lot of suggestions as to the strength and flavor profile I was looking for. I am about an hour and a half from this shop, but wish I had a place like this closer. That being said, it was such a good experience, I will most likely make the trip once in a while. Top notch place.

I was here buying cigars as a birthday present for my bro. I don’t smoke cigar so had no clue what I was looking for but the guy at the register is a rockstar he helped me pick the best pack of cigars, an awesome ashtray and a dope lighter that’s supposed to last forever or something like that. Super nice store it’s clean and decorated. If I need to buy more cigars, I’d go here because of how great the customer service is and how well the shop is kept.

Great place. There is a walk in humidor with a decent selection. The lounge is pretty nice. Old leather chairs and that old lounge feel. I was a first timer at this specific establishment and I was welcomed and treated like family. They either didnt have the expensive 14+ dollar cigars or I missed them. Most of the cigars are 10 dollars and less. Im definitely going to stop here when ever Im in town for now on. I wish there were more of these in the area.

As a woman, I have never smoked or entertained the idea of smoking cigars with the men....That being said, I went in to purchase a cigar for my brother...The man working the counter was very helpful and invited me to take some of their empty cigar boxes..beautiful wood shellacked boxes with velvet interiors!! I returned the next day and purchased for myself a few small flavored cigars! Steve invited me to go into the back room where I was the lone woman...LOL I met the gentlemen already there and was welcomed with open arms!! I have since returned and the back room has become my home away from home!!! By all means this is a very classy establishment..despite my presence..LOL Do yourself a favor and stop by to check it out!! Delightful!! And the selection of high end cigars is amazing!!

For a small store, Old Havanna gets a lot right. Small but well stocked humidor. Comfortable lounge which could use some updating but pleasant enough to spend some time. Good conversation but if you need to get some work done the regulars are very understanding.

Great place for a cigar

This location is small, except it is exceptionally friendly. They have a good selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. When you walk into this location it smells fantastic. They also have a decent selection of Zippo lighters. This is another location that I will stop by to get clove cigarettes. They have an excellent selection of these. This is in the Dillworthtown shopping center. The store itself is not easy to see from the street, however once you enter the shopping center its almost directly in front of you as you drive down the middle of the parking lot towards the stores. Parking here is abundant and free.

There was quite a wide selection of cigars there, and the employee at the front desk was nice. The only flaw I found was the distasteful, lude calendars and posters of naked women hung up in the men’s bathroom. I appreciate the female figure as much as the next guy, but there is a time and a place to appreciate it, and the bathroom at a cigar shop is not one of them.

Stopped in, and was impressed. An excellent selection that included some tough sticks to get (Liga Privada #9s for example). Largest inventory in the West Chester area that I have seen so far. Prices seemed a bit high on some of their sticks and samplers, but still competitive. The lounge seemed large and relaxing (I was only able to glimpse in a few times while perusing the humidor and the person behind the counter seemed generally helpful. I would definitely recommend this store!

Went here to check out the Viaje selection at this so called Viaje retailer. Their selection was very limited .The product they has been out on the market for while. A 45min commute turned into a disappointment.
