This company is a JOKE! After a tragic flood, my family was sent rental furniture from them for 3 months while our insurance completed repairs to our home. When it was time to pick up the driver saw an ant or a ladybug and refused pick up per their policy. Upon arriving he was frustrated with me because 3/4 of our bedrooms were upstairs. They havent responded on when they will return to get their property & I have been told it may be weeks!
