Ive been watching my old garage door open slowly give up over the last few months, so I figured it was time to treat myself to a new set of openers. I called them and explained I was going to Treat myself to some new openers! After a short conversation with the EZ staff I had an appointment set for that same week! I got a notification the installer Kevin was on his was. K dog called me once he was at the house. Asked me a could simple question. Explained to me that one garage door key pad could open both doors and that I could even open the garage doors with my PHONE with a app! Talk about EZ! K dog was in and out in no time! He really made it look EZ! Id highly recommend anyone to choose EZ Open Garage Door for all of your garage door needs!

Very knowledgeable & pleasant. Explained what he was doing. Looked over the door, found a broken hinge that apparently was put in wrong so he put it in right.Lubed hinges and adjusted electronic eyes.Very satisfying to see that detail from a service guy, makes you very happy to pay that bill!As a side note, I believe your company installed this door and when they left I vowed to not have them back because of their lack of detail, professionalism & how noisy the door was.Now Im glad I called you. Excellent service from start to finish. We needed to door panels replaced. She was able to look up my address, emai me a quote 30 min later and got he scheduled for the next day. Techs showed up right away at 8 am and were done in 10 min.

I had EZ install my garage doors 4 years ago and I had an issue with the doors powder coat was starting to oxidize. I called EZ and they sent out a guy to take a look. After a few days they called and explained that the door manufacturer was going to send out 3 new doors. To be honest I thought that I was going to have to eat 3 new doors because they where 4 years old. EZ took very good care of me and the day they installed they also fixed my opener that was having issues. I couldnt have asked for better service! I would highly recommend them for your next garage door install.

Next day service, also provided the lowest price on the opener. They did trouble shoot to make sure that I indeed did need a new opener. They tightened the springs and removed old eyes too. My new opener is incredibly quiet and Im excited to have the option to use the app. Jake and his co-worker were friendly and courteous! I would use them again and also highly recommend them!
