Preordered a pint and it was not in stock. Granted they called to let me know they didn’t have it in stock. I informed them I’d come in and make a selection. I parked far and it’s 94 degrees outside. No one besides the employees were in the store and ungraciously they told me to put a mask on or I can’t be inside. I explained my situation and no empathy. (This is now when CDC is lax on mask guidance.) Asked for a refund and left.Not worth the hassle when you can do down to the grocery store pay less for the same product. Not to mention store clerks haggling you for not wearing a mask.It’s better to just go to the other ice cream shops a few feet away whose customer service is much better!

I went in there for the brownie special they didnt have it fine I take the cookie one. Then I told her the stuff I wanted got an attitude because I wanted the cookie warm up and how it would ruin the cup but didnt tell me it would affect the cup then refused to serve me and then I left, I ask for her name and manager name refused to give it to me. She left my money on the counter and refused to serve me.

I had a extremely awful experience here. The person who took my order was so disrespectful and rude, he gave glares. I understand people have bad and long days, but the man who was working was incredibly rude. He barley filled the icecream cups full, and acted very unfriendly to my friend and I. When I payed he gave me dirty looks, even though I’m just a customer. He then proceeds to INCORRECTLY give me my money back which is very unprofessional and embarrassing. I was short money but did not complain at all. I highly do not recommend going here. From my experience I will not be returning for this poor work and inefficient activity.

Ben & Jerry’s is a great place to get some original, delicious ice cream. The only downside is how small the building is and how long the lines get.

As always, great ice cream spot. Sometimes hard to find parking even though it is paid parking.

Don’t order through Uber eats. They do not do a good job at updating the app to show what is actually in stock in their store. They try to call to figure out what you want, however, if you are not attached to your phone and cannot answer, they give you one minute to get back to them. Not enough time to actually tell them what you want instead. They try to make a guess and give you that.This is super unfortunate since I love their ice cream, but will not be using any type of delivery service to order from them in the future.

Like all Ben and Jerrys, the service is pretty good, the ice cream is pretty good, and the prices are okay. You know what youre getting when you come here, and theres something to be said for the consistency of everything here. No, its not the best ice cream around, but it is very good, and the people working here are always very friendly.

A Major Disappointment! Ive been to Ben and Jerrys across the country and todays experience was oh so poor. No conversation at all except for what flavor I wanted. When I got my cup of ice cream . . . the 2 scoops was more like 1 medium sized scoop. Stretching the profit margin much?Ill head to Canton or another Ben and Jerrys next time.

This place is great. The ice cream is awesome and I once saw the line out the door it’s That awesome. Even though they might have 1 or 2 people on staff, it’s very quick and delicious. Nothing will compare.

Ok now they WOULD get 5 stars however ONLY the Vermont stores sell Maple Walnut so for that reason alone i give the 4 stars. Other than that, my visit so great. Ice Cream was fantastic and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The service was great, great ice cream was great too, but sadly... There was only One worker there tonight in the front of the store handling Ice cream, customers, and the register at the same time !! Not ok, but still kudos to the worker, she handled lots of costumers before us. Please get them coworkers they can count on !!

I placed an order through Grubhub and when I walked in the girl was very friendly but not sure why I had to take out my phone to find a confirmation number instead of giving my name like I usually do when ordering through Grubhub. I was also very disappointed at the amount of icecream we got for the price we paid. Icecream was good but I think over priced.

Coming from an ice cream lover. It was the worst ice cream experince i have ever had, anywhere! Line was too long and the young lady and youg man in customer service were inexplicably rude and unprofessional. I live near by and will never go there again.
