Terrible Walmart. Nothing was in stock, at least what i needed. Every aisle there were ALOT of empty shelves. Didnt matter which aisle it was.Make sure to check your prices before going to register. Things were marked up higher than listed. No fruits and vegetables. All junk and processed foods. Nothing healthy for the community to eat.All the check out is self service and CARD ONLY.I definitely will not be back to this location.

My visit to Walmart are usually pleasant ones but sometimes they could be a wait to check out. I was able to find several of the items I needed. The associate who assisted me was friendly.

Long wait at 7:30am than they stated they couldnt install x 2 tires on my Benz, ridiculous.that how you loose customers.God bless us 🙏🇺🇸🌎❤️🐈

I got my new succulent plants from here! Theyre a great size for my small apartment but the service was a little wonky, besides that I love it! It even comes with a short list of tips and instructions for the plants care, so helpful. These are the easiest plants to water, just feel the soil and monitor how much your giving the plants. But my only issue is the checkout, the line was VERY long and there was only one register open with 10+ people sitting with their carts.

Its sad to know that greed can more than human sentiment, it seems incredible they remove the employees to save money. It is an embarrassment for a multibillion dollar company. Now everything is self check out, and the wait is immense.

No workers at the front to get customers out of the store in a reasonable Amount of time. Pure panic up front at the registers very confused staff. Definitely not enough people working inside the store.

Why is the West Haven, CT stores customer service desk closed at 7:30pm when the store is open until 11:00pm ?Both Milford, CT and West Haven, CT customer service desks closed early on a Friday evening?Why cant cashiers take returns when the customer service desk is closed?I guess customer service is not important to Walmart.

Major problem: there have been several times when I go to cash a check, and was told the system is down- BUT!!! I was told that by one employee, so I stood aside to look for local check cashing places. As I was searching on my cell, another employee took over Customer Service- and SUDDENLY the next person in line was able to cash their check- the system was up and running magically! No magic here, that last employee was lazy and lying. (I know this because the worker that helped me told me the computer system was fine!)

West Haven Walmart auto care wasnt very friendly wasnt able to get tires for 2 days each time I was there it was always not able to serve you today

Good Wal-Mart store in West Haven, CT. About what I expected, picked up a CD, two big bottle of apple juice, triscuit crackers etc at great prices. I recommend this location.

Its a Walmart. Its not the best one it rarely has anything I need and the selection isnt always great. I recommend just going to west haven or New haven. However their auto part is the best they get me in and out for an oil change, thats their only stellar remark.

If you like being followed around the store and when you have a question(s) only to have the person(s) following you disappear then reappear when you have given up all hope. This Walmart on Saw Mills Rd, great atmosphere. They have every thing you want!

No one ever answers phone l. Doesnt matter what department you call. It rings and rings rings and rings with no voicemail. Im always put on hold without my permission. It doesnt matter if you have a 10 second question, expect to be put on hold for an average of 30 mins and up to 15 hours, its sad, but Im not joking. Consider paying your employees more or hiring more people or preferably both.

My husband and I went to wallmart customer service twice today and we meet the lady served us with very patiently and very friendly,even we made mistakes by sent money over the seas when we came back at second time and she still served us with friendly attitude.wow shes really amazing woman which shes the only one worked there when I came second time on her busy job still in very patience to us and to everybody in there.I forgot to mention her name was Rosi.We were so happy.Thank you so much Rosi.

In my experience this has been the best walmart for many reasons: The stock compared to others pretty high, can find many variety, the customer service amazing, the diversity, i see more variety then more walmarts here.

This store has become a do everything yourself store. I asked 3 people where the appliances were and they all said I dont know. Thats it and they walk away from you. So like all the other low paying jobs right now, Walmart doesnt have anyone to work there that cares either. The shelves we empty and store was dirty.

This Walmart on Sawmill Rd, West Haven is okay. They do have some nice things, the things that they had. My problem with them is, they have low stock, a lot of their merchandise is missing. From Bathroom ware, excersize equipment, childrens toys etc. Where is your Merchandise? Again they had some things, but; I only will go there if I absolutely have to no.

Wow, such a good store to shop at but they do not like to pick up the phone, period... I literally had to drive over from Naugatuck to see if my tire order arrived. I had a scheduled install appointment the next day but no confirmation that tires arrived.. get it together.. customer service NOT GOOD!! Horrible!!

Was a decent experience. Only thing that was unpleasant, was having to bag your own things now. I definitely dont like that. It definitely slowed down the checking out process and the check out process at wal-mart was already slow enough before they got rid of all bags. We brought our own bags but Im the type of customer that likes to watch everything get scanned and make sure im not charged a higher price than what the product was marked. So it was just a mess checking out. They need to get rid of those bag wheels they have since they no longer provide bags for the customers and put in a area to put your merchandise so you have a easier time bagging up your things.

This Wal-Mart even as far as Wal-Marts go is the absolute bottom of the barrel.Its dirty,terrible parking,no registers open or the self registers backing up to the emergency exit,if you are lucky enough to find a Wal-Mart associate just know they wont have the answer to your question.This place has the ambiance of your local transfer station(The Dump).

I like this Walmart I dont know why but sometimes theres a huge line and other times its somewhat not busy at all. I go to this one all the time. Its great when its not busy

This is an ok store, but the employees didnt know anything. I asked a team Lead to look up something and she said idk how to look up stuff. Theres no way a person can be a team Leader and still cant look stuff up on the work computer. Smfh. If you go and they dont have what you want you should just leave.

Not even one single cash cashier, in fact nothing but credit card self checkouts...first time Ive ever seen this. People like the simplicity and convience of plastic but wont like it when its a cashless system and the pos government and banksters will control every aspect of their life.

I know it well its very clean and I like the selection. Sometimes theres a line at the courtesy desk but not this time.

I went to the garden shop experience some wonderful beautiful plants for my garden there was no other Walmart that had these so when I pick them up I had to come back and get more good place to shop for plants

Found many group valentine packs to choose from for my class. Clothing section appeared large and clean. Checkout was fast, with a line being directed to cash out stands as they opened. Very large building and parking lot that was full. Was worried about Covid spread before I went in but the building was large enough to allow distance.

No cashiers, hardly any stock on shelves, looks lime its going out of business. You are forced to use credit only self checkout machines.

I started my morning at the West Haven Walmart. The bottle machine there is still broken its been about two weeks now from what I can remember. So then I decide to try Milford there bottle machine is full. The message on the Machine said to Get an associate, which I did tell the guy right up front. He said we know someone is coming I waited there for 20 minutes starring at the guy waiting for him to get on a walkie talkie to figure how much longer it was going to take to get a key and empty out a bag from inside a machine. I had to eventually leave, I would like to know if there is a preferred time to do bottle returns, and if so what time is that? Also in regards to this store what is the eta for the bottle machine to get repaired?

Easy to navigate within store, and this particular Walmart seems to be well stocked. Most of the times. I like the fact that this Walmart opens early and that the money services are available first thing in the morning. I havent really requested or needed help from any sales rep, so I do not have any feedbacks on my interaction with them.

I just came from Walmart on Sawmill Rd., West Haven Connecticut. My first review was going to be about Isaiah,He went above and beyond for customer service to me. I was looking for something in the frozen food section and I could not find it and I was at the other end of the store and asked him he walked me over and helped me find it. I am in business myself and I know how hard it is to find good help he is excellent. If there were 10 stars I would give them 10 stars. Then next I miss placed my wallet. I don’t know the girls name who found it but Sherie, was there when the employee came running up to meet with my wallet. So she knows who she is. I’m sorry I did not get her name because that was a very nice thing to do she ran up to find me. I didn’t think it was stolen I put it down and I wasn’t sure where. But thank God, I am very grateful it was found. Like I said good help is hard to find and there’s three people there I’m sorry I don’t know one of the names of the girl that found my wallet. So those three people deserve to be acknowledged for the great customer service and personalities and just overall great employees. Thank you,Respectfully, Linda Montanari..... 😊

I purchased a 65 inch television and went back because the tv went on sale. Went to customer service and was told that I had to actually bring the merchandise back, have it scanned to be reimbursed the difference. I had my receipt. Didnt know the policy changed to that degree.

I had an amazing visit with the auto center today. They did a great job with the tire install and helped me with some things that I had questions about. I have had a lot of problems with the Milford one and I stopped by West Haven a couple years ago and I had said next time I needed tires I would be going there, I kept my word. I dealt with a different person today that that other time a couple years ago, but the service was just as wonderful. Thank you.

Walmart supercenter is the place to go for most everything. Great selection of food, clothing, electronics, fishing, auto supplies, household necessities and a seasonal department that keeps you current with the local weather conditions.I’ve noticed that the Walmart employees are most helpful and when you are looking for something they are always ready to take you to the shelf where it is. If you need the price of an item, they have those handheld scanners that offer it right up.

Safety protocols are bring strickly followed so if your not, dont come to this one. The store was clean and stocked with everything you would expect and some nice lower than clearance sale items through out the store. Got lucky and picked up a few of those items while using the app to price scan. Love the app for that feature.

They are so busy and the workers not all of them can be rude.
