The shop, you can say has been through a lot but the years of expertise is incomparable. Rich, the guy who helped me is a nice gentleman. I dont know why others say otherwise. He helped me with my embroidery needs for my shirts for the business and very happy with the results.

Ive gone here twice to get embroidery done on my sons karate jacket and never had anything but a good experiment. Im not sure what happened with the other reviewers. Most recently I took the jacket in Andy it was done the next day. Happy with the service and it was inexpensive.

Very rude on the phone when asked about embroidering something. Hung up on me very quickly. Terrible customer service! I dont recommend!
