Very plush and soft, although my order was missing 6 pieces (1 set) which happened to be what was listed on the 2nd page of the packing slip, perhaps missed, an honest mistake. Left a message, but no call back. When you wash and dry these the first time, be sure to check your dryer lint trap - it gets overflowing FULL with just one load of drying these, but still came out very plush and soft. Look forward to enjoying my new towel sets.

The towels exceeded my expectations! They were thick yet very soft.
