I went to T-mobile yesterday. To switch from ATT to T-Mobile . Had a great experience. Paula went above and beyond to help and very knowledgeable. My sons phone had a green screen, but Paula was amazing and still was able to transfer info. My son chose a phone, but when Paula went to enter plan, she said wait I can give you a better phone for free. All staff was very friendly and helpful.Thanks Paula for all your help!!!!!

I bought an iphone 12 for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Explained to the salesperson that it was a surprise and I didn’t want my daughter to find out prior to Christmas. The person assured me there was no email attached to the account and there would be no alerts. It turns out, my daughter’s email is on file and Tmobile alerted my daughter and now Christmas is ruined. I’m trying to return the device, however, they are refusing to waive the $75 restocking fee.... I bought the device yesterday and they are the ones who ruined Christmas!!

Good experience. Was taken care of as soon as I walked in. Activated a new phone - out in 15 minutes!

State of the art location. Huge neat and clean place with big parking lot.They take care of you the moment you enter. Very professional and experienced staff.Louise was great. He is very understanding, professional, friendly and very quick. He understood my need, pulled out my account information, changed SIM card and added one more line to my existing account. All was done and I was out in less than 15 minutes. He was taking care of another customer also at the same time. He was unbelievably quick, accurate, nice and professional and an asset to T-mobile. I would recommend every one to go there to experience world class customer service.

Service was outstanding 1 year ago, went back with an issue hoping for the same service, unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Wasn’t friendly at all and unable to help, I was better off purchasing a phone online.

Came to this location numerous times and the customer service is always the same- nothing short of amazing. Staff is always friendly and professional. I pass 2 T-mobiles on my way to this location because the one on Dutch Broadway and the one next to Elmont Library are extremely unprofessional and lack customer service. Every time my Father and I come to this location Sean always helps us out. Sean is friendly and he sure knows his stuff. I always recommend friends and family who have T-Mobile to go to this exact location.

Decent accessories available, good pricing. However, the employees literally had little to no knowledge on the phones that were in or not in stock. The pricing on the phones that they provided me with do not match up with the pricing online. Bit confusing.

Too much up selling and not doing a very good job. Guy handling us seemed new and not very informed. Manager condescending if you dont want to buy insurance nor join the jump program. States you better put a big bulky case on that phone then. Spare me.

FRAUD was opened on my account at this location because they do not properly check peoples identification when they come in the store. Two iPhones were purchased and my phone numbers almost lost. I wouldnt trust them with any personal information.

Saved me a ton of $$$ (compared to the V...). Great service, friendly staff, very knowledgeable - but they wont let me park my car in their parking lot, since I work next to their building XD!!!! #TMT-FTW!

This store has UNTRAINED and NOVICE PEROPLE WORKING. ABSOLUTELY no idea what yhey are doing. Completely unaware of the policies and practices. Making their clients fool and wasting their time. Non availability of any phone you ask. Just have 2 or 3 phonemodels in stock.

I never write bad reviews. Very unhelpful and over charged. I bought a Galaxy S8, it broke in one month the battery was bad. The Samsung S8 has had factory battery problems since it started. The store manger was unwilling to refund, or trade my phone. The charged me the full price for the 128gb model, but gave me the 64gb model. They also sold me a $44 phone case I saw on amazon for $7. Do not go there.

Gave me a shipping label to another customers phone with account info on it when i returned the rep told me to just send it anyway until i asked to speak to the manager who clarified that would cause a issue. They are careless with confidential information and are poorly trained.

They were helpful in helping me find a new phone.

Best store around, dont go to the one by the public library they are authorized dealers not corportate. Dont like then. These guys help and delt with my dad beautifuly especially when he likes to get loud and ask to repeat like 5-6 times each thing.

Fast and easy service. Parking lot is a plus.
