How are you told… “I’m busy in the office right now, I can’t help you.” when you call for something??! Customer service has completely gone down the drain.

One of the worst store of dollar tree. I called to see if my order was confirmed & the manger that answered didn’t even answer correctly, they said they couldn’t help me because there too busy doing something else they didn’t even ask for my order number.My order is not no $5 dollar order is a $200 order if i knew they would treat me like this i wouldn’t have ordered from there.

I like this store. It is convenient for shopping for knick knack items. For instance, simple disposable kids toys, stationaries, hygiene products, postcards, lotions, there are refrigerated items here also for light tv dinners, sodas and drinks. They take various payment types. Cash, debit and credit cards. There are convenient indoor only shopping carts. Bring your own bags, I did, charged for bags were not verified. Ample parking and reserved parking for wheel chair access ♿. There is Savers and a thrift shop nextdoor in this shopping mall also.

Went to location for Valentines Day shopping.On the actual day, they were stocked with balloons and other things.The staff was friendly.I was glad that they had enough registers open.The location was busy, clean and efficient.

Great Dollar Tree lots of variety. Lots of cute items.

This is a good dollar tree. Has most of everything youre looking for. Aisles are not blocked. Needed more product refills, they were out on some of the everyday items and didnt restock.

The employees are great people but the lines are to long.

Large variety of items with quick checkouts. Sophia at the register was extremely nice and professional.

This place has what you want, but its a little sloppy. Its a busy location because they have what most other DTs have sold out. So its worth the time and value.

This Dollar Tree is usually well stocked and not as crowded as others. Only con is that its on the smaller side.

I love that everything is one dollar, times are hard so shopping here is the best place to shop for some of my needs.

First Impressions average store. Rest rooms available moderately handicap access. Isle appear into shambles clutter. Prices are okay Depending on time of day parking appears available.

Low staff,she loves mostly empty, long lines only 2 cashiers. Cashiers polite and helpful,only saw 1 stocker!

The store was dirty with empty shelves. I waited on line much longer than necessary as a cashier walked away to look out the window

More employees are needed for cashiers. Every time I go there unfortunately theres always a long line to the point Ive seen customers walk including myself without buying anything, sadly.

Convenient lots of parking

Dont go on sunday. They dont have a lot of iteam. You have to go during the week. Friendly service

This location is always well stocked is very organized and you can always find what youre looking for. i like going over there because cashiers are very fast in the very friendly I believe Im I will be going back soon. They always have new merchandise coming in and new items. I went there for coffee and sugar

I enjoy shopping in almost any Dollar Tree. Some more than others. Dollar Tree has so much from housewares, kitchen and bathroom items. Even food and all for $1.00 or less. Its a fun store to do all your basic shopping. A great example is if your having a party and need balloons. Why go to a party store and pay $4 to 7 for Metallica balloon? When the Dollar Tree carries ones with popular and current characters on them.

Actually a pretty neat DT location. One of the biggest ones I’ve seen yet, and a pretty huge selection of a variety of items. It is Dollar Tree though, so if quality and sophistication is what you’re searching for, I suggest you keep driving. Much much better than the DT location in Elmont on Dutch Broadway.

This place is always a mess. On a positive note the staff is really friendly. Youre still able to get the same stuff in the other Dollar Tree. You just might have an easier time finding it at another store.

Store had NO bags to put purchased items in. Only bags Available were Disney bags that you had to purchase.

Not bad. May need a bit more organization but overall one of the best locals I’ve been to regarding this chain. Employees seem nice which is always a plus.

Great place for last minute items

Very crowded and only one checkout person. The line went halfway through the store. Otherwise nice. I will have to go back tomorrow when they open.

I was planning a Surprise Birthday Party for my husband. One day b4 I was frazzled as I stopped in the West Hempstead (#5062), NY Dollar Tree to pick up last minute items..balloons & such.The store manager & staff did absolutely everything to make that stop COMPLETELY WORTHWHILE!The manager even opened another register just to serve me as I raced to get needed items. Everytime I got in line to pay, I remembered something else I needed. So he opened the extra line to serve me & then the other customers werent affected by my frazzled state. The place was a mess. Boxes of merchandise was all over the place. The flow and the decor of the place leaves much to be desired. Most of the shelves looked empty. The cashier wasnt very friendly and I didnt feel like my business was appreciated. The place is called the dollar tree but everything isnt a dollar. You wouldnt know that because there were no prices posted on the shelves. Suggest you drive a jeep to park in the lot because its a crappy place as well.

The store is always a mess. Sure they get some of the fun stuff but theres always empty and full boxes everywhere. The books are just thrown on to the shelves. Some aisles are so cramped you cant even go down. Probably the most disappointing DT in the area.
