I live very far from the showroom, so was hopeful that I didnt need to drive into the city to figure out which toilet I wanted. Marcus spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone helping me figure out the best toilet/washlet for our new bathroom. He asked me some questions about what functions I was looking for, then guided me through the website until I found the toilet/washlet that was best for us. He then followed up with more information via text. Marcus made it very easy. I never had to go in to the showroom.

The Toto Gallery show room is fantastic, there products are years ahead of the competition. No one is using eWater to disinfect there bowls.The CeFionyect technology is another product that years ahead of the competition.
