It is by far the best supermarket in LA.I can buy everything that I desire there: truffle butter ( both white and black). The fish, meats and poultry and vegetables are the finest anywhere. It is my favorite place to shop for food in Los Angeles or Beverly Hills.

I used to go to their Westchester store a lot. This store is equally good. Good service! Great foods!

Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable about the product. In supermarkets, cleanliness and organization are still present.

Very well organized and safe. The staff is very concerned with everyones safety. Selection is as great as ever. Premade foods, produce & craft beer selection is top notch!

Beautiful high-emd supermarket with nice selection of prepared foods. its like Whole Foods used to be, except for very rich people. theres a whole section of the refrigerator section dedicated to coconut water. 😁 not that im complaining, I, too, like a selection of coconut waters to choose from (and truth be told nothing comes close to fresh).

Awesome supermarket, very fresh and well cooked the ready to go, great chef!!!I was very happy that Ralphs, which is across the street, diverted me to Bristol Farms alleging their bathrooms are broken ja ja ja, stupid excuse…I had to use the bathroom and also buy some goodies….Thank you Bristol Farms!!!!PDAttendants at the ready food are tangled with the job. Either are needed more or are fewer than the necessary employees, as well as the fast cashiers, I stayed waiting for more than 10 mins :(

Bristol Farms is no ordinary store. Its an excellent grocery store! Wide array of goods to choose from.!

The Beverly Hills Bristol Farms store has got a fantastic variety of anything from teas, to beer and wine, to bakery goods, to sushi and deli options. Theres also a healthy juice bar and coffee spot where I like to get smoothies throughout the week. If you love variety this store is for you!

This is like a meadow in the middle city Great selection A-Z The atmosphere is kid like overtones of shopping with mom. The people is what most I Like, but not the ones shopping. I love to park there because every other car is a Merc or Bimmer I can leave with out looking for scratches. The SantaFe Turkey on Panini pressed is lunch 2 days a week.

This location on Beverly Blvd. In West Hollywood has way too many employees running around the floor and not nearly enough cashiers. Employees behind the food service counter tend to ignore you at times when you ask a question.

Has excellent everything! The staff is great. It is pricy, so be aware. Dave’s Bread at 7 bucks that you can get elsewhere for 5. The meat, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables can’t be beat. Enjoy!

I always come here to get their fresh produce especially Cactus Pears, Tangerines and Blood Oranges..theyre just different (in a good way) from other stores. The food from the bar especially the salad is very good. Honestly, I really love this store since its close to my house but i have to admit most of the employees here are not friendly a.k.a not helpful at all. I feel like theyre not happy working here. For example: i waited in front of the counter to get salmon & shrimps but no one was aware or even bother to help me so i just skipped buying those. When i checked out at the register...the girl (Giselle or Giseella)was grumpy.. did not even greet me or smile at all. The service at this store sucks compare to the service i get at Whole Food BH or Pavilion in West Hollywood where the employees are more friendly or at least smile. PS to the manager, please train your staff properly...let them know they need to be nice to everyone cos its part of their job.

Stellar as always, great spot for a quick charge for an EV & grocery shopping . They offer a pair of Lv 2 chargers along with a single use DC charger . Great food at the hot bar .

Great place to get local produce and freshly baked goods. They have fresh made macaroni salads and etc. Depends on which store you want. The one on Beverly Blvd has chinese food while the one off Mulloholland drive has fresh made sandwiches

Impeccable quality with the finest customer service of any grocer in Los Angeles and for that matter, this location of Bristol Farms has the greatest customer service of any grocery I have ever been to in America.I cannot say the same for the Bristol Farms location on Sunset Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue location where they have the rudest and most un helpful employees ever

Everything in the bakery dept is amazing and is fresh! The cake decorator Jazzie dose an amazing job!

Bristol Farms Beverly Hills is never overcrowded, the parking is easy, the staff is very helpful and well-informed. They carry high level grocery store produce, fresh food, and Specialty items. This is a to go to place for healthy, curated, groceries and freshly prepared items. And considering where it is and who shops there, the people are actually pretty nice!

I love this place. Bristol Farms bakery is really good, theres cold salads are the best. There everything is good. Except the short guy looks like Super Mario behind the bakery not friendly at all. His attitude is very cold.

If you want to deal with unhelpful staff you are in the right place. And keep in mind that they close different parts of the store at various hours. So the 10 o’clock closing time for the store doesn’t apply for the deli for example which closes at 9. And maybe some days they stop selling avocado at 7:45.Otherwise the store has a good selection. Overpriced but good selection. Nevertheless the same selection you can get it from other places in the city.

Second week in raw stop by to get fresh drink 20/20 they don’t have carrots what the shame !

What a disappointing experience. The staff was rude to me. I guess I’m supposed to be a mind reader and I did interrupt the personal conversation but how am I supposed to know your store has some crazy one line for everyone. I came in for a couple of items for lunch, of which I’ll point out that Sprouts has a much better selection and I don’t have to be treated poorly. My Bristol Farms in Irvine is much better !!

Amazing food, amazing service, but you pay for it.

You cannot beat the quality of the products. Everything is amazing especially the fruits and vegetables. They also carry some exotic foods you wont see in many other stores ie chanterelle mushrooms and they rotate some of the items so you dont get bored. There is always something new and exciting to buy. The pineapples are out of this world. Definitely get the honeyglow pineapple. The organic oranges are very juicy too. Everything is always fresh. The only reason Im giving them 4 stars is that the cashiers make too many mistakes. They often cannot recognize what fruit or vegetable you have purchased and charge you for the wrong item. Seems like they need a bit more training.

Great place. They went out of the way to take care of us! I was there with a friend. And I asked for a fried chicken --and I thought I was going to get sorry because it was late in the day. But they fried a whole fresh batch for me! What a service! Good fried chicken too! I recommend them highly.

It can go either way. Ive had both positive and negative experiences there. Its very expensive compared to other stores but sometimes (even pre-Covid19) it seems like they are under-staffed at the front. Would be great if they offered a couple of self-checkout aisles. Many times, Ive come in for one or two items and had to wait for what seems like forever behind other customers with full shopping carts, while many checkout lines were closed. The cookies are amazing. Some of the average products of regular brands of grocery items are really out of line though with what Ralphs is charging, across the street. I can understand charging a lot more for specialty items and obviously they are a niche store, so I get it, but sometimes it just feels like gouging for the sake of gouging.

Bristol Farms are all so expensive. Dont know how they stay in business.

The selection was underwhelming and the customer service followed. The social distancing safety protocols are practically nonexistent. I do not know how they are allowed to stay open when they are lazily spritzing half of the cart handles, allowing people to stand less than an arms distance away from one another in line, and have the sanitizing wipes buried in trash. For the quality of this place, you could just as easily go to Walmart...

Sky high prices. Rock bottom service. A truly losing formula.

By far my favorite grocery store. Everything is fresh, top quality and all of their deli items are super yummy. Its a fancy grocery store with more of a gourmet selection. Its super clean and all the employees were super helpful and nice. Only downside is its SUPER pricey.

This has to be the best grocery store on the planet.

Bristol Farms are all pretty much the same to me, i like this location the way it was structured was a little different because it was my first trip so i needed to walk each aisle to get use to it. I will shop here if i cant get to Costco to save on bulk items and they last me for a while, i do like this location better then the Fair Oaks Pasadena Store the parking structure is larger. Friendly staff and plenty of cashiers available to help.

Most of the time they are 5* but then on some visits they drop the ball. I have been shopping here for over 20 years.

Without a doubt my favorite grocery store, this is a store where the guy stacking the apples will cut a slice of apple so you can taste how great it is. the baker is making fresh pastry all day and every staffer genuinely strive to make your day better.. the down side you ask? yeah you should expect to pay a little more for a place that actually cares.. but I can live with that.

Went here while on the CA Cupcake Tasting Tour. Awesome area. Disappointed in their lack of selection though--nothing gastronomic or unique, but good quality.

When I cant find something more than likely I can find it here. I ordered my Thanksgiving turkey here. I did it last year and was not disappointed. Obscure brands of chocolate -- come here. This store is small, but somehow has an incredible assortment of cheese from all over the world. Great selection of things that are rare (Real maple syrup) - I would recommend looking here if you are in the area.

Upscale grocery. Everything displayed so well one always leaves with more items then were on your list. Also perfect for s quick bite.

They have great food, but you will most likely pay for it. Their fresh made sandwiches are amazing (I recommend the tri-tip), but you cant go wrong. They also actually have good prices on their fresh pizza, which we tend to get every couple weeks or so. Also recommend their smoothies and big one cookies!

What can I say? Bristol Farms is the best high end specialty market. Superb meats, sea food, and cheese selections. The Take away Deli food is quite good also .

For a high end retailer, this place is good. But it certainly is not whole foods. I think the deli is good, and it is definitely the best bakery in town for a grocery store. Very pricey, and they seem to always have a line to check out.

I Love this Bristol Farms and I’m coming here to eat some fresh food. Food is always good, but the service here is really bad. Not for the first time coming here for a lunch and the cashier in the Bistro or out of her place, or all the time is talking with another employee while my food is getting colder.

Key word here is expensive and not very good customer service. I found not only the customers to be on the root side which is weird for Los Angeles but the staff seemed to make a point of getting in your way on purpose. I will never go back. I have been to the one in West Hollywood and its a completely different experience.

Always friendly service and great products. The cakes and meat selection are some of the best in town. Pricy but well worth it due to the quality. The produce and packaged goods are overpriced, even more than Whole Foods.

I wanted to give this store a 4.5 but Google map does not have that selection. Lots of selection and good quality. Love their freshly squeezed juice. Deli is awesome. See their liquor department - from a $10.00 bottle of wine to a $300.00/bottle of real hard stuff. Their sales items are nominal price, otherwise it could be pricy for many people. Hey, it is Beverly Hills.

Bristol farms in in west Hollywood is the best place in my modest opinion for food they have the best selection of everything everytime I am near always go to eat breakfast lunch or dinner pastries cakes meat etcIt is a treat.

Went to Bristol farms this morningMy first time this store is fully stocked with all types of healthy foods and the workers there are so nice they helped me with my shopping list ... And also most of the workers there speak Spanish. Made me feel right at home

Its not as big as some of the other BFs so the selection is a bit limited but its good anyway.

Love to grocery shop in this store .pricy but every thing is organic and fresh.Their wine selction is very good too.

Nice store with a variety of items. Favorite place for locals to grab a quick lunch. Friendly staff. Packed around 5pm - 6pm daily. Parking lot is limited for spaces.

The cleanest and nicest specialty grocery store ever. Incredible selection of produce, meats, and deli items.

This review is for their salad bar, poke bar, and sandwich bar. Their paninis/pressed sandwiches are really good and they will customize them for you. Their salad bar is excellent, try the kale salad with a dash of parmesan and drizzle some lemon juice on top. Add some chicken strips and youve got lunch! Their poke is quite good, very flavorful for supermarket poke. Just dont go too crazy when you load up. This place gets pricey fast!

Local market, its a bit expensive but quality is quite good. Love their fish and meat.Good selection of craft beer but is about a dollar or two more than BevMo.

The store that was nicely laid out has been remodeled to a fabulous show place. Friendly staff and very good quality produce and goods.

Prices were sky high, but easy parking and service was impeccable for a market. Quality in the deli was first rate.

Love their store - especially their enormous cheese and fish selection. Whenever I go, I try to plan it to be just in time for one of their usual delicious freshly toasted paninis - the Brie Mushroom one is worth to die for.Sadly, yesterday mine was almost untoasted. I went back to show, but no one bothered. I threw it away.Maybe they had a bad day. They certainly damaged mine. I will sure go back, most likely even rebuy the very same sandwich, but today I can leave two stars only.
