I went to 3 stores before this one wanting to see pellet grills. This was the only place that had them out of the box so I could see and touch the quality. My 2 kids were entertained playing with the spas, and the staff was very kind, tollerant, and helpful. They also had the best prices compared to 3 other places I checked. Sportsmans warehouse, rc willey, and another green mountain dealer.

Good outfit. I bought a Jacuzzi, because there were 8 places to sit, not simply 4 cockpit seats as with most other spas. I got the last one before Covid shut everything down. They gave me the floor model. No problem. These guys graciously allowed me to keep the spa at their store until I had finished the house and was ready to install. No problem. They then delivered it, wheeled it up a steep hill on a dolly, and installed it. No problem. The lifter they put in was defective, but yeah, you guessed it: No problem. I got another one and their expert installer/fixit guy Travis came out to install it. It was too big/long? Travis cut it down to size and installed it with a custom fit. No problem. You need a spa, call these guys, theyll hook you up. No problem.

It’s been a very good experience ordering and planning the install for my new hot tub! Matt has been amazingly helpful and knowledgeable and is making the process pretty painless. Super excited!!!

Saw an ad on KSL for a hot tub so I called about it. I put a deposit down on the hot tub (sight only seen on KSL) due to the excellent friendly & knowledgeable rep named Matt. They will remove our old hot tub when they deliver the new one, no extra charge, and actually give us trade in value for the new hot tub! The most excellent customer service experience weve had in any major purchase!

Great experience buying our new Jacuzzi spa! Riley was great! We shopped around A LOT trying to find the right spa for us. Once we got to Take A Break, the search was over. We found the right spa for the right price and Riley was really great at helping us select the right model for us. She recommended a wet test, which we did, and it was great advice. It steered us to the right spa versus what spa we thought we wanted. Delivery and production was slow due to COVID, but Riley kept us informed of the progress. And once the spa arrived in town, it was immediately delivered and set up for us. The delivery guys did a great job setting things up and went over the maintenance schedule with us. Very easy to take care of and they made sure they started us off with the right products to get us going. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you!

So far, so good! Bought a new Cal Spa from Take a Break (Riley) this week and theyve been a great help. The guys who set up and filled the spa on the first day were great as well. Answered every question I had and a few I hadnt thought to ask. For a newbie, owning a spa is just not that difficult. I got used to the chemical treatments pretty quick and am learning to be vigilant.

Riley at the West Jordan location was AMAZING! She helped my husband and I pick out the perfect spa that would work best for our family. They delivered it fast and even helped with showing how to use it. Best white glove delivery service by far! Any questions I’ve had since they’ve been great at answering and getting right back to me. These guys were fantastic. They got me a great price on a refurbished spa and this thing looks brand new. They came and delivered it and installed it extremely fast in a sort of tricky location, and everything works flawlessly! Friendly, professional service: I called Take a Break to pickip and deliver a used spa. When an obstacle blocked the tub from being moved on the planned day, Dave and Devin went above and beyond to fully winterize the tub to protect it while the obstacle was removed. In the S Jordan shop, Zach and Erin helped make sure we had the necessary supplies and accessories to begin enjoying our new (used) tub. Just in time for the holidays. We definitely recommend Take a Break.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees help me find exactly what I needed the only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars was because the cost of their equipment and other items that I saw there (i.e. I bought a tip shaper tool for $19.99 +tax if I would of gone onto Amazon the exact same tool was only $9.95) but then again Billiards which is what I was looking for is not a cheap game to play though you can start out with cheaper or budgeted equipment. But once your hooked to the game it does go up in price.

When looking for our new spa we hit nearly every store in the valley and this was the only one we felt was a good experience!! The salesman was informative, didnt mind us lingering for hours, answered all our questions, and yet wasnt pushy or salesmany. Ive been back twice for small supplies and he remembers me by name each time. Id highly recommend them to anyone!

We purchased a pool table back in 2015. It has been an awesome, quality table. When we moved in 2019, we called them to have it moved to our new house and refelted. They have always been dependable, fair with their pricing, and we highly recommend them!

I needed an old tub removed and they came and picked it up, with no problems. And for a smaller fee then expected. Saved me a lot of trouble, very happy customer!
