I always love Barnes & Noble. Wherever I go it seems that each one has different books and you can learn a little bit about the culture of each area depending on what books are in supply. The Bible section is quite large here at this location and there is also a very large alternative lifestyle section. It seems like just about everything for everyone. I was very happy to find that there is a large section for vegan cooking. Its also a very nice area where people wear more masks. People do not wear masks and the rest of Utah.

Took my daughter who wandered up, down and all around. Bought her two books and a Manga for my son. Both happy readers even though Manga goes back to front.

Best store chain in the world.I come here every chance I get.Can never have enough books.Sad to hear they may be getting rid of there movie section. (Hopefully not totally) I get the majority of my movies and shows here and from here.Either way, Barnes & Noble is the the worlds best.This is the Barnes & Noble I go to 99.9% of the time.Everything about it is great.

This place is almost as magical as a library! My favorite new thing is the Secret Santa book display! The smell of books and coffee is intoxicating. Ill be happy when I can safely spend hours roaming and browsing.

I absolutely love this Barnes and Noble. I go here about once a week to buy new books, and the staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. They are always in stock with the books I want / need. Highly recommended.

Good selection of books. Good atmosphere for reading. Convenient Starbucks inside for snacks and beverages. My kids love to play with the train set and read in the children area in the back. Lots of upsell type stuff though that doesnt really belong, but I get they need to make money.

Even if you own a Kindle, especially if you own a Kindle, there are places you dont want to take your technology. Real books will always have a place and the people a Barnes & Noble made finding that real book a very enjoyable experience.

I needed a new form of relaxation techniques and reading was on my list. I was introduced to an author by a friend that let me read a few of his books and I was hooked so I came into the closest bookstore. Upon my entry I was greeted by a member of their team and she was friendly then she directed me to where I wanted to go and also I was curious about another author Dave Pelzer so she looked up his series of books which I started his series and needed the next installment so she got me in with that one as well. The staff was great towards me and I really appreciated their helpfulness and willingness to take me to the areas of the store the books I was looking for were. I would recommend this location to anyone in this area that is in need of books and more.

Barnes & Noble is a great place to come to when in need of buying a good book to read. There is a wide range of books anywhere from a preschooler all the way up to an adult. They have a lot of great books that can be bought as gifts. Destruction side is done very well, and is very organized. They even have card games and board games that they sell at the store. I always get my books here!

Buy one get one half off on a bunch of newer books and classics. Love browsing.

Great selections, not very busy

I love this place. I love grabbing a drink and just browsing for books. The last time I went I was on a mission to get books for Christmas. They were super helpful in finding all the books I needed and also gave me Great suggestions.

Favorite place to get books. Recently just got back into enjoying them, and got a great book I always wanted.

Great food. Ever since we went to this place in California while on a trip we were delighted when the Black Bear came to Utah. When people are here to visit we take them to this place.

A great book stop with excellent selection. Atmosphere is quiet and the staff is very helpful as well. Almost has the feel of a small book store, but has an obvious broader library.

The trouble with Barnes and Noble is that they have so many books that you dont know you need. Also, if you cant find all of them, the helpful staff will help you find them. This particular location smells of new books with a touch of coffee.

I had a very good experience. All of associates were extremely helpful & knowledge. The store was very clean and had everything I was wanting to check on. It was actually a bit bigger than I had remembered. I havent been back to this site since the first year it originally opened.

My home bookstore. The folks here are very effective and a good resource for recommends and help finding stuff. This B & N seems to keep a better stock than most of the other local ones, so it is my first stop when shopping.

I just got back from a shopping trip to the West Jordan Barnes & Nobles with my kids. They had gift cards to use from Christmas. They spent a really long time deciding what they wanted. When we went to pay, several of the items prices were considerably higher than the sticker(one item was marked 12 & was 14.95, another was marked 14.95 & rang up $42). I had super disappointed kids. Get your act together Barnes & Nobles!

Always a great selection here. Theyve recently moved things around a bit due to COVID and so it can take some looking and the back wall of the movies and music area is rather unsightly as theyve reduced inventory and see storing all the tables and chairs there, but not many issues overall.

The manager Amanda is very disrespectful and I will be boycotting if that is how you get treated.

We actually stopped by today to get my son a birthday gift.. The kids section is full of books and toys and lots to choose from.. All I can say is that he was happy to find the train set in the back and all the toys and books to have fun with.. Apart from the kids section, its a book lovers Heaven & Hell because the books seems endless but you just never know what book you want to read next. The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful in finding what I needed

Today, I went in with my daughters my 3 year was sitting right next to me reading a kids book while I looked for my book. When the sales representative looked at her and wanted to come to the aisle I was in she didnt say excuse me or ask as to move she past by us glared at us and said how annoying and kept walking. She was showing a book to another customer, he noticed she was being rude so he apologized and said I am sorry, excuse us. So I said its okay.This is the first time, I had such a bad experience at this Barnes and Noble. I tried to file a complaint to Cassi at the front she said Mike our manager isnt here and there is no one here that can speak to you or take a complaint

After going 4 different places I ended up going to Barnes and Nobel. I would have saved lots of time if I started there.

Great place to shop as always. They have spread out the aisles to help accommodate social distancing which I appreciated. Made it a little harder to find things since I was used to the old layout but wandering through a book store is always fun.

I love Barnes and Noble. There are so many books to choose from. I could spend hours here and get too many books. Lately, I have tried to use The Local Library Often, but, I do enjoy the allure of Historical Fiction, Historical Fantasy, Fantasy and Childrens Fantasy Books. And clean Historical Romance Books. I like the smell of old books, of new books and new magazines. I love Science Magazines, and Music and Some Singing and Current Event Magazines.

I had never been to this location so I was very intrigued with the range of books and toys for kids. I will definitely be going back there soon.

Barnes&Noble is literally my favorite store in the world. I could spend hours here! I love coming to this location too because the staff is always so helpful with what I need. Lots of books to choose from and I almost always find something new to read every time I visit,that part is a blessing and a curse but I blame myself for that not the store or the staff. No self control when it comes to books lol

The workers are very helpful and are willing to give personal advice on book preferences, which is great. Their cafe is really good too. They have a big selection but the prices are quite a bit high. And we have gone here every Black Friday for four years but this year, they didnt open when they said they were going to and the Black Friday books were not organized well which made it quite chaotic, I hope they go back to their old Black Friday procedures, it was much more convenient.

Great place to find hard to find books

Wasnt all that impressed with their prices. Took me a while to figure out where the book i wanted was. The guy at the desk was chatting with someone. Got tired of waiting for help. Found the book I wanted 11.00 dollars cheaper at another retailer.

Good customer service! They helped me find everything that I needed and more. The chairs could be more comfortable. I like reading a bit before I buy, so thats really my only complaint

I love walking around this place. You could spend hours just trying to see everything they have available. Everything from books to games to collectibles to toys. Even my 8 year old daughter loves it there. She said she wanted to have her birthday party there. Although, sometimes I just go to look around, I wish I could purchase something every time I go so I could support these kinds of stores. Definitely a gem. Keep up the good work.

Love this store. Lots of great items in store. Perfect if youre looking for a unique gift for someone. Cafe is nice with a good selection of drinks and food. Love getting a drink and a snack and chilling with friends at the tables. Kids section has toys the kids can play with and seating areas for them to look at books in.

They have great prices on sale books. I went in looking for 3 books specifically for my son. The young reader section was a little hard to figure out (even the worker couldnt find one of the books I wanted) the other 2 they didnt carry. I also looked for books in 3 different series I was reading, they had the series, but only a couple books of each and not the ones I wanted. We did enjoy the Starbucks inside and found a book on the sale table. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean.
