Weve been here once really liked the fact that their filtration system is up in the front and not hidden. Think they have a membership not sure ill have to ask next time. We purchased 2 5g of the ozone water and 2 5g of the alkaline.Too if youre getting alkaline it takes like 10 min to fill a 5 gallon jug

I’ve been going to here to get my waters for 6 years now. The staff has been great until today. The young girl working today needs to work on her customers skill or the lack of them. I stood over a min waiting for her to say hi or anything to me. And then asked her where set my water bottles down or should I just stand there and hold them. I don’t ever like to complain because the store is fantastic.

This place is great. Huge high-tech filter in full view that lets you know he isnt just selling you tap water. Low prices, tasty water, definitely will be refilling my jugs here

We realize these are tough times, but the sign on the door and online said close at 6. Got there at 5:20 and it was closed and dark. Had to spend $13.00 getting it at Home Depot as they were the only available place, even though we have a punch card for this location. Very irritating!!!!!

This is where we always go to get water. They have a lot of options and with give you a free gallon to try out something new. We buy the punch card and it makes the water cheaper per gallon than any flat of bottled water

Horrible! Not sure if they changed owners or what, but since moving across the street by Smiths, they suck. Ive been there 3 times since they moved and their hours state 10:00 AM. They guy that shows up to open has been late all 3 times, roughly 10-15 minutes. There are customers waiting at the door but he casually strolls in, doesnt unlock for us, goes tot the back for another 10 minutes, and then comes open the door. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience or inconsideration. On one occasion, he just sat there doing nothing and watched an elderly woman proceed to bring in 10 bottles, one at a time. Good God man! If not for the business, than do it for your manners! I brought in 8 for her. Been coming here for years, and have never seen it like this. Now Im getting water elsewhere and happier.

Natalie was working the water bar. She was very friendly and proffesional . I buy the 10 ph water, wich tastet very good! And very affordable. I have also came in when the young boys are working, and they have impressed me. They always carry my water to my vehicle . I will never buy water anywhere else! Thank you !

Best purified water! Ive been drinking it since I was 15 and cant even swallow tap now. The prices are great and they work hard to have excellent customer service.

Last night, 12/15/2016, at about 5:15, my sister and I had to carry in our bottles because the lazy employee wouldnt come out and help us carry them in. He was in there alone, just watching us. He did open the door for us, and I sarcastically told him thanks for the help. He replied, Youre welcome, and then stood there and watched us put the bottles on the cart. My sister stumbled and almost fell trying to put them on the cart because of the carpet runner that the cart was on. All the bottles went flying everywhere. He picked them up and placed them back on the cart. It they had cracked, I would have expected him to replace them, to say nothing of if my sister had been hurt. She had just gotten out of the hospital with pneumonia, and is still sick, but evidently that didnt impress him when I told him .All he said was, Im sorry. I had to request that he wipe off the bottles, because I doubted that he would considering the lack of service we had received, and his lack of concern for my sisters chance of being injured.Your company would have had a lawsuit if she had been injured because of his lack of service. I have never had such poor service in my life. Since we are elderly ladies, this whole process was not only very difficult, but also scared us considerably. The increase in cost for the cards is ridiculous also. I just tried to call to lodge a complaint but evidently the service must not be any better today since I have called and called and only gotten the answering machine.While this place is more convenient for me because of the location, it isnt worth risking life and limb to get my water here. Therefore I am going to find another place to get it.
