They were all very helpful and explained in detail if there was something other then the oil that needed to be changed and gave me the option to proceed. Customer service was great.

I took my car in for an oil change and it sat in the Bay Area for about an hour and a half. About 45 minutes in they told me 5-10 minutes. We sat at jiffy lube for an oil change for about 2 and half hours just for them to come in and tell us they don’t have enough oil. Why wait an hour and a half after the car got into the bay to tell us this! I’ve never had an oil change take this long! Not even close. Terrible service.

In a very timely manor they did my emissions test and then I got the other vehicle and came back again they ran it through emissions and an oil change perfection in every way. I love this Jiffy Lube.

Showed up at 6:20pm to get emissions done on my truck a kid walked out right after I got there and said they could not do my emissions today because they close in a half an hour. Been in this location several of times before and never really been satisfied. I definitely will not be going here again or any jiffy lube in that fact again and most definitely will not recommend to anyone ever. In fact I will probably try and talk people out of it. This was the last straw they have terrible costumer service.

Had my car registration done here bout a month ago, and as I left I found one of these in my passenger foot well. I didnt want to make much of a scene so I got out and tossed it in the trash there. This afternoon I changed my own cabin air filter, only to find another wrapper sitting behind the glove box, as well as the old filter reinstalled incorrectly. I guess drop on by this jiffy lube if you want some techs cigar trash stuffed behind your glovebox.

Quick and very nice. The guy that helped me went out of his way to give me extra details on damage that a previous car dealership made to my car and the steps I need to take to get it fixed. Being on my own and not knowing much about cars, he made it really easy for me to understand and definitely did more than he needed to. So glad I went here. (:

My card was declined because someone in Tennessee decided to buy themselves dinner in Tennessee with my card info, and I wish I got his name but he was understanding and nice and let me go take care of it at the bank and come back and pay. Friendly, hardworking staff.

I have been there twice now and will continue to go back to this Jiffy Lube for their service. The crew is efficient, friendly, and ready to explain or answer any questions. They were awesome!

Went to two different Jiffy Lubes in a short amount of time. At this location, they actually took me out to my vehicle and showed me what they were talking about in terms of inspection and issues. It helped me feel like I knew what I was paying for. I ended up needing some additional work done from what I was expecting, but because they communicated so well and took the time to show me what they were talking about, I felt confident in having it taken care of.

I have gone to jiffy lube for my service for a while now but this store is by far the best one I have ever been to. The team was very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back for anything I need done.

Im usually not one to write reviews for companies, but after my experience this morning, I feel that its necessary. A few weeks ago, my husband and I went to get an oil change at this location.This morning I decided to clean my windshield with wiper fluid that they said they topped off. This has always been something that they provide and in the few years we have gone to their facilities we havent had any trouble. But, when I went to clean my windshield this morning, I got a nice thick sheet of ice that completely covered my entire windshield.I happened to be driving to work at the time and was facing east, so instantly I was blinded by the sunrise and had to immediately pull over (the best I could because I couldnt see anything). Once I got over, I had to wait to get out of my car so I could scrape the ice off my windshield. Im so grateful that I wasnt in an accident and that I was able to get off the road safely.Unfortunately this experience has put a sour taste in my mouth in terms of ever going back. Not a fan of cutting corners, especially, if it means putting water in my windshield wiper fluid in the middle of winter.

These guys are fast and friendly. I stopped in to get my emissions test to renew my cars registration. They were super friendly, very helpful, and fast at what they did. Best Jiffy Lube Ive been to.

Ive already posted one review about getting an oil change and now my engine is messed up doing something there was no oil in the truck afterwards. it set for a few days while I left for out of town.They came out and replaced the oil but Im still at a loss for the oil I put in the day before when I found there was none in my engine. The manager at jiffy lube gave me nothing but excuses and I talked to the regional manager and he said I had to go to a mechanic with a shop and have them verify that its jiffy lubes fault that my truck is acting like it is. Well the mechanic charged me $100 and tell me there was no way to verify anything of the sort theres no way of knowing what they are requesting. This was in Lake Jackson, Texas.

They did a great job. Were quick and professional in changing my oil and getting my car registration renewed. I didnt even have to exit my car. Only drawback was that I had to sit & wait for about 15 minutes before they could get to my car. But otherwise, they were top notch!

Came late in the evening and they were able to get me in and complete my emissions testing and renew my registration that had expired while my car was in the shop after an accident. I know in the spot renewals have been around a while, but this is awesome!

It was awesome they were unable to get the spark plugs off. But they told me it ws due to no lube on them prior. But they discussed options. They put new cables on battery and put the whole back seat on for me. As it was not connected.

Had service and found some light bulbs out. There were able to fix 1 of 3 problems and told me there was more than a bulb problem. But the next morning my battery was dead and no other reason was found, except for the recent service that was done there.

Good service, WAY too expensive.

Still in the business of up selling right from the start. Courteous and quick, but way overpriced and I didn’t get all of the work outlined for the signature service. Kind of felt like that if they couldn’t up sell you, then you weren’t worth their effort to do even the minimum of what you were paying them to do, let alone go above and beyond. I felt like I was paying for a bunch of guys to stand around. Quit trying to up sell, and up your game if you want better reviews and more customers. Seriously.

Came in to renew my registration, had a great experience. Fast service, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, great at communicating what was happening and what I needed. Great location!

I went in this morning and was advised that Id be waiting for 45 min- 1 hr, which I was ok with, and so, I preceeded to wait. The guy came back and I asked, would it be best if we wait inside or in my car? Thats when he noticed that I had a baby with me and said oh you guys can wait in the vehicle its fine. Then I watched as he walked back to his team inside and he came back out with 3 other guys. They shiftedtoe line around and had us all move to different bay doors. My wait time was cut in half because they did this. Once I was able to get in the garage, 4 of them jumped on changing my oil and oil filter, topped off my windshield wiper fluid, and cleaned my windows. My son was of course kind of antsy whe all this was happening so I had to take him out of his car seat to sit with me. One of the guys came over, asked if I can step out and look at my transaction, and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Then when we were done talking, he opened my door again and helped my son and I in the car, then shut my door. They were all very nice and helpful. Though I didnt like the price I paid, I appreciated the service. It isnt easy for single mothers to go places with their babies every time but this morning, it was comforting that they tried to help me the best they could.

Went in to have an emission test and state registration for my car. The Jiffy Lube personnel were courteous and performed the work quickly and correctly.

Went in for oil change and brakes because I had a coupon for the brakes and they were squiling. Guy told me I should replace the front brake pads but the rear should be good until the spring. After driving away I felt the brakes were grinding. I didnt think anything of it because they didnt resurface the rotors so I thought the pads were forming to the rotors. Aftee a week it seemed to get worse and it sounded like it was coming from the rear.I decided to do the rear myself and Im lucky to have not been in an accident. The brake pads didnt have any padding left! It was metal on metal! I had to buy new rotors because the walls were almost worn through. Now Im going to pull the front brakes off because they obviously dont know when a rotors is bad. Do not let them do your brakes its not safe. Im actually concerned they didnt put the right oil in. Never again!

Great service, fair pricing, and very friendly. They did misplace my oil cap, but got a replacement within about 10 minutes and got me on the road.

I usually go here for service when I cant make it to the dealership, Im only disappointed that they lose my info often so I have to give it to them again.

UPDATE: changing it from 5 to 1 star. 2 days after my oil change, my battery died. This of course had nothing to do with Jiffy Lube. However, what I did find was my coolant was below the low line. I called to inquire if they are supposed to top this off as they do the other fluids. I was told they do it for 8.99 and it is offered when reviewing the status of the vehicle. Then I recall that did not happen, no review of the car, no mention that anything was low. All I got was “uh okay.” and he got the “manager” Ryan. He got snotty and said he would top it off. I got there about 10 min later and was told I would have to wait 45 min. Then Ryan came out with the wrong one, a yellow one, mine is pink and my owners manual stated use pink or purple only and not to never mix. He told me it was approved and would be “fine.” I don’t think so! He then said we likely told you we didn’t have the right one when you were here. This statement tells me he didn’t listen to me in the first place as I was told nothing about the level of coolant. I relied on “professionals” and that was the last thing I should have done. It is a shame as I have usually had good experiences here. I guess things change.

This was a few months ago, after attempting to change my oil, I realized they used the power of God to get my plug back in the last time they changed it.So I attempted to go back and ask if they could loosen it for me, but the tall dude that wasted my time said I would just need to order another oil change, giving me attitude all at the same time. So I decided to go back home, and another hour finally got it off.A little overpriced for having kids in school change my oil and make life difficult. I also found that they also mainly sell refurbished parts if they attempt to help you with repairs.

Came in for just a basic oil change. Ill usually just leave it and come back, cause from past experience when they feel rushed service is not very adequate. He told me a hour and he would call me when its done. I told him to please call cause I needed it when they were done. 2 hours went by and no call, so I just showed up to find it was done. Paid and left to find oil hand prints all over my steering wheel. Oil change due light was not reset, and now all my tire pressure were all completely different. Also was overfilled almost a quart. Returned following day, and told them I was pressed for time, to which they took the time to look at other things that they could sell me and not address the problem at hand. Once I spoke up, I was right out. But shouldnt have had to come back in the first place. Use a little more attention to detail please guys.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Reason for the 3 stars is their prices. $92 for a full synthetic oil change! I usually go somewhere else but is closed due to COVID. Since the office is closed to customers, prices are not very visible so ask before you buy. That was my mistake. I was happy with service, they were quick and took care of everything they should but I have paid $50 for the same service quality.

I recently stopped in and, as always, the guys here were quick, courteous and walked me through everything. On my return trip two days later for a transmission check (after a flush), I also had them replace a headlight bulb. They were out of the bulb needed for my vehicle but immediately called to get the part delivered and I didnt have to wait long at all for delivery or installation. Thanks for taking care of my ride guys!

Went to get my rear brakes replaced and after they were done it was more messed up then before they worked on it. Now my break pedal goes all the way to the floor and barley wants to stop. They were not nice about it either they tried to stay it was like that when we took it in which is not true I would know it’s my car! Don’t recommend this location.

Laughable pricing. When the dealerships have much lower pricing on oil changes and emission tests, you have to wonder why anyone would use Jiffy Lube.

I have come to this place many times, but this was the first time I felt poorly treated. The lady in front of me and myself were surpassed by the people behind us. Poorly managed on order of arrival.

All the men who worked there were incredibly professional, helpful and nice. Will definitely be utilizing their services in the future!

It took time for an employee to ask if I needed help and it was busy so I had to wait a while for service .When I finally got in for service the guys were very professional and worked quickly to get me taken care of, they didnt try to pressure me to purchase additional services and let me use some digital cupons which saved me some money.

Came in to get an emissions test for my wifes Pathfinder and get it registered. I was met at my car by an attendant who was pleasant, respectful and professional. The service by the technician was quick and efficient and I got through the test and registration process very quickly.

Great experience, they were fast and professional, adhering to social distancing. I was able to get emission testing, fluids checked and an oil change, all without having to exit my vehicle. Will definitely go back.

I got there right before closing time and they were able to do my emissions test in just a few minutes. The tech explained a little too much for me, but thats only because I have a little more knowledge of vehicles than the general jiffy lube customer. Would go again.

Just went in for emissions and renewal. Wasnt very busy, staff was friendly and courteous.

I went to Jiffy Lube and told the employees that I just needed my emissions test done and I didnt want my brakes or my air filters looked at. After a while, they called me into the garage to tell me that I should replace my cabin air filter and I needed my brakes changed. I was pretty upset as I had (personally) changed my brakes the day before. I was told that my brake pads were almost touching the rotor, and I needed to get them replaced as soon as possible. When I informed them that was not true and I had replaced them myself, they quickly changed the subject to my air filter. I was told that I needed to get it changed today and when I told them I would rather change it myself, they got annoyed and became short with me.Every time I go to this location, the employees lie to me about the services my car needs in an attempt to get me to spend more. The employees try to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and therefore, I must not know anything about vehicles.

The jiffy lube in Lehi said I needed a serpentine belt so a few days later we went to the West Jordan jiffy lube to have it done and they said I didnt need one, that it was fine, so believe they are trust worthy and got a tune up instead.

Have free oil change at the dealer i still go to jiffy lube. Done in 15 min dealer does. The same thing 4 1/2 hrs.

I had my brakes checked, oil changed, air filter etc. They did an excellent job. We were treated kind and professionally. When we went to pay there was an issue with payment that took considerable time to figure out. The employee and manager never got frustrated with us while we figured it out. When you pull up to the building, you are helped by a representative immediately, and they are so quick with the issue. This location gives Jiffy Lube a good name, and none of the other locations are as quick and helpful as this one is.

Ive had it with jiffy Lube. My new car is missing screws and a cap to my windshield fluid cap. Never bothered to tell me that they lost these things. When they removed my air filter I was missing screws when they went to show me my filter. Overpriced for the oil change. Always an extra quart . I look at my owners manual and it says 4 quarts and there always charging me 5. Please check your motor beforehand letting them touch your motor and after so you do leave with less parts too!!

It does seem to take longer than most would want. Rarely is my oil change done in a “jiffy” but the staff is always nice. They educate you on the services that they offer but they never try to sell too hard to you. Jiffy lube always emails me great deals for their services which makes the longer wait times bearable. Every time I go, I am impressed by the friendliness of the staff here.

Quick and professional service.

They didnt bolt the skid plate back on so I dragged it on the freeway. Also they let all the air out of the tires down to 26 psi which has set off my low tire pressure light I took it back and they still couldnt fix the tire pressure sensor on a new car with no issues.Update. While driving to last Vegas the bolts that they replaces fell out again 90 minutes outside of the city. I will now have to buy a new skid plate. (Update) ownership contacted me and said they would pay for a replacement for the damage done. Good on them.

I thought I got an oil change but realized when I took it into another shop a day after to get a car part fixed he kindly topped me off because it was low.I noticed one of the workers had my daughters cup and threw it into the back. Not sure why he was back there but pretty upset to know I paid over $100 for maybe an oil change and a young kid to be playing in my backseat.

Zero respect for customers. Went in for emissions. Requested the tech only do the emissions and not any other Courtesy Inspection. I have issues with the techs screwing things up when taking them apart. He asked what I meant. I said not to pull filters, check oil, etc., only do what the State required for emissions. After agreeing, he immediately asked me to pop my hood. He said he needed to check my transmission. Within a minute, he had his team pulling filters, checking oil, etc. After screaming at them to stop, they finally agreed. Jiffy Lube - When you incentivize your employees to treat customers like this to try and sell something, you will loose. I have been going to this location for 15 years with 4 cars. In case you care to do some Training before loosing too many other customers, the technician field on my emissions report shows : A. TENAA. TENA SL012252. This isnt the first time I have had a similar experience.

Seriously awesome people there.......awesome service......went at a busy time....greeted w/good info about approx time....even found out they were down a couple people today so I was kind of expecting to be hurried, and them to be stressed.....but I tell you if they were I had no idea....encountered multiple people and they were all amazing.....guy that brought me back to discuss my car was informative & helpful but I didnt feel pressured by them at all.....was happy to take them up on a few things and a couple others I will handle myself and didnt feel any judgment.....got my emissions, oil changed, renew license, they cleaned my windows, and vacuumed my car......even insisted to clean off my license plate and put the new stickers.....I dont usually do a review....this merits it....they were great!

They charge full synthetic oil change for $66 whereas 5 quart Pennzoil oil price difference is only about $3 between conventional and full synthetic.

No help, i asked staff where the office was he didnt know what I was on about he told me eventually to go through the door but it was just a waiting room, I sat for quite some time all i wanted was to ask a question, not 1 staff member came to see what my purpose was there and so after 15-20 mins I left. Extremely poor customer relations

Was really disappointed in the service. Was told that it would be 30-40 minutes because there was one car ahead of me. But it ended up taking 1 hour and 35 minutes.

Emissions test was done in a Jiffy. Good group of employees and worked as a team.

They are nice and mean well but the wait time is always, always about double what you would expect. They also charge an arm and a leg for just about any part or service. Definitely not worth it. Id go somewhere else even if it meant driving 100 miles away...because it would be about the same in time and money.

Great group of guys did a fantastic job!

I would have given more stars, but we needed to get our rotors replaced on our Volkswagen, but needed a special key to take them off. The first time we came in they said they would order it so we could get it done. Fast forward to a couple months later, part still not ordered, even though when we talked to them before hand they said they had it. So my husband had to wait for 4-5 hours to get it in. Frustrating.

The service was fast, less than 20 minutes. The employees were kind, polite and careful. The inside air filter was replaced, the filter is of such poor quality the A/C sounds like a blow dryer. Poor quality air filter does not reassure me about the oil filter quality. No complaints about the service.

I went in today and I had the best customer service anyone could ever get . Definitely going to come here more often !

Ive always used them for most of my oil changes and inspections (3 cars).Recently they failed my car on emissions saying it wasnt CARB stamped (everything else passed). According to Salt Lake County, it doesnt need to be. I told them what Salt Lake County said and they still wouldnt pass it. I took it directly to Salt Lake County and had them test it after explaining it all to them and it passed fine. He gave me a paper to show next time, but Ill find elsewhere.
