I searched for a used vehicle for four months before I met Marcos Longo and his partner at Real Auto. Marcos directed me to a credit union where I got 1.99 % on my car loan, provided me with a free operators manual (expensive item), and hand delivered my plates to my front door. I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous Mercedes Benz M350 with only 63,000 miles that cost me $11,000. Low pressure business with honest work ethic!

I would’ve really like to give a five star as I went in to get a van and they were super nice. I drove the van and ended up buying it the next day and he had said that the tires have been recently replaced and yet upon purchasing I had to replace both back tires due to a slow leak that couldn’t be repaired due to the previous types of repairs done on the tires.They also said the brakes were recently replaced but upon driving at highway speed‘s it shakes drastically when you apply the break which I didn’t pick up on during the test drive because we only went on 45 mile an hour roads.For what I paid I expected them to be very thorough especially due to their high reviews and I was very excited to have a great vehicle. Also they left the wet mats in the back which I didn’t realize all stacked up on each other until I smelled something like musty mildew.It looks like they did not put a whole lot of effort into checking the vehicle before putting it up for sale I was very disappointed in when I mentioned the tires they just told me that that’s what the previous seller said and did nothing.

Appointment was timely. Was very patient during the test drive (teenager behind the wheel) and friendly throughout the entire process despite being a blizzard outside. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we felt comfortable and informed. Marcos was fair and upfront and I never felt like I was dealing with a stereotypical car-salesman. The place has a very nice, casual, but professional feel to it as it not very big, so you can tell it is managed by local, real people rather than a huge corporation. It was overall such an enjoyable car buying experience, without the stress, gimmicks, and pressure that you would normally expect when buying cars.
