Dr Kimball was excellent with my daughter. He actually caught some issues she has been having that the Drs at Primary Children’s Moran clinic have missed for years. She loves her new glasses and the service was great. We are grateful to Dr Kimball and his staff for taking such great care of us!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Kimball for quite a few years now, and we have always felt very taken care of. My last visit was above and beyond. the office staff went above and beyond to make certain I was taken care of. We will continue to use Healthy Eyes for life for all our families eye care needs. Dr. Kimball is great and very personable. Never been to the optometrist in my life and we finally made the appointment after headaches and fatigue were becoming too much. I came in from out of state and my temple was broken on my glasses. A very outgoing young lady named Chelsie approached me immediately and was very helpful in letting me know she would do her best in fixing my glasses or if not not letting me know what my options would be if she couldnt. My wait time was not long at all & I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to fix them good as new. You should feel very fortunate to have class act options like Chelsie working in your optical facicility that take pride in their work & seem to actually know what theyre doing.

The service and experience was excellent. Eliana was very helpful and answered my questions professionally.

I have been coming to see Dr Kimball for over ten years. I recently had the option to switch my insurance, but had to make sure Healthy Eyes for Life was listed as a provider. My children and I would not be happy if we had to switch eye doctors. His staff is very friendly and professional, and Dr Jory has the best sense of humor, and treats all of us like family!

Dr. Kimball is always so personable, knowledgeable, and fun. My family has been going to him for over 10 years now and have always been super happy with the service and collection of eyewear to choose from.

The actual eye exam from Dr. Kimball was great and I felt well taken care of medically. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me feel confident in my choice knowing we had explored all options. The front desk staff however was not as helpful. I was told I would be given a call back about a question I had and I never was. I also asked 3 different times (when I came for the appointment, when I ordered my contacts and when they called me to tell me that they were ready) about a rebate and a rebate slip was not given to the person who picked them up for me which meant I had to make an extra 30 minute trip to pick up the rebate card. When I brought it to their attention, no one apologized, they just said I should have asked for it when I picked it up... it was fairly frustrating and poor customer service.

The staff is awesome and they always get me in super quickly. They are very helpful when it comes to picking out the right frame for my face. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Dr Kimball is a phenomenal physician!! We have been coming to see him for eons and wouldnt dare go elsewhere! He takes great care of his patients as well as his staff and it shows. Were glad to know him and associate with him.

I tried a new eye doctor every year until I found Dr. Jory. Now I won’t see anyone else. He’s so kind, gentle, funny, and pleasant to see. He’s educational and informative, without being demeaning. I love coming to this office!

We went in several months ago and received top notch treatment from the ladies at the front desk and Dr. Kimball. He is exceptionally personable which made us want to come back in the future. The lady who assisted in picking out frames wasnt all that personable, made the task uncomfortable, but still wasnt a deal breaker.The deal breaker came from waiting close to two weeks for the glasses. Never a phone call saying they were in. We finally called and were told they were in, sorry they hadnt called, and my husband left work early to get there before closing to pick them up. He arrived BEFORE they closed only to pull up and see the ladies leaving the building. I fired off an email, I was angry at this point after 2 weeks and 400 bucks, and Dr. Kimball immediately called my husband and personally went down and opened up to get the glasses for him the same night. I was extremely impressed with this level of service and felt a bit better about returning until the promised call from one of the employees regarding safety glasses didnt happen.As it stands now, we are out over 400 bucks and my husband has a pair of glasses that he cannot use any longer. Though extremely careful with them he still had to use them while working and they have suffered scratches to the transition tinting that has rendered them useless. He is back to wearing the same pair of glasses, that were part of a set, hes had for years that we paid MUCH less for.All in all, the place is nice with a good, but expensive, selection of frames as well as a friendly staff but we wont be back as the product is cost prohibitive.

My first eye doctor appointment - and first glasses - came from Dr. Kimballs dad. The younger doctor Kimball is every bit as good a doctor as his father. I have seen Dr. Kimball for 12 years or so. I have some difficulties with my eyes as do my husband and our older daughter. We have more than just typical eye issues so we are not comfortable with less skillful care. He is patient and thorough with us and the kids. He examined my daughter at 6 months old and sent us to a specialist (who ended up doing surgery). We get really good care from Dr. Kimball. I would recommend this office to anyone with a need for a great eye doctor.

Ive been to quite a few eye Drs throughout my life and have never had such a wonderful experience as I did at Dr. Kimballs office. I brought my young son for his first eye exam and was very pleased with how well Dr Kimball and his staff treated him. Dr. Kimball has such a fun personality and takes the time to talk and listen to not only me, but my son, as well. He now considers Dr. Kimball one of his new friends and is looking forward to his next visit! I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Kimball is, his honesty, and his willingness to do as much preventative work before referring my son for possible eye surgery. A great place for the entire family!

I have a family of 4 and every one of us wears either contacts, eyeglasses, or both. I have been needing eye correction for the past 29 years and have been to several other optometrists in the valley, ranging from Americas Best to Costco to private practices. I will NEVER go anywhere else again. Dr. Kimball is top notch. He knows his stuff, he actually cares about his patients, and he is absolutely fantastic with my kids. He has helped both of them transition from glasses/sport googles to contacts at fairly early ages to help them in their respective sports. Why anyone would rate this man or his practice as a 1 star is just ridiculous and vengeful. We have been seeing Dr. Kimball for the last 5 years. Make an appointment to see Dr. Kimball- you wont regret it.

I have been to many eye doctors in the past and none of them have ever been so thorough in the exam and description about what is going on with my eyes. He provided excellent service for me and my wife. I would recommend his services to anyone!

I have been waiting for my glasses since the last week of February 19. It is now the 16th of May. Ive been given new dates, told not to cask theyll call me, and that they failed inspection and overlooked restarting them. Not happy. My latest date was days ago. Still nothing.

Dr Kimball is awesome. He does a very thorough exam and has a great sense of humor. My husband and I get our exams at the same appt time yearly and he really makes it an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The receptionists (especially Julie) are horrible at Customer Service. Julie never calls you back when she says she will, she sounds winded on the phone like by giving them your business, youre an inconvenience. Its ridiculous. She is extremely rude on the phone as well. Always in a rush. She lost my business.

At first they seem nice then they lie about their lenses being warrantied. Dont trust them i was their in october 2017 bought a brand new pair of glasses, tried to get some help with my glasses and the brown lady was just ignorant the entire time not friendly one bit. Just another money hungary company.

I suffer from a condition called Keratoconus, which essentially means that my cornea has an odd shape to it. After literally years of having rapidly deteriorating vision, and being frustrated 6 months after getting new contacts each year, I was looking to get Lasik. Upon my consultation, I was informed that I did not have sufficient cornea tissue for Lasik due to my condition. I have had a dozen eye doctors throughout the years, and have always been dissatisfied with not being able to diagnose my rapidly changing vision. This was until I met Dr. Kimball. Jory is by far the best Eye Dr. I have ever had. He is committed each year to get my tough to fit lenses exactly right. He invests back into his business with top of the line equipment, has a great staff, stays up to date with latest technology/procedures, and is always willing to go the extra mile - even when a typical fitting for a patient like myself runs for months and several appointments on end. Highly recommended for any type of Eye exam, and if you suffer from Keratoconus, look no further, this is your Eye Dr!
