Was never allowed to out in my number for a discount just was told my price and grabbed my money. Im done coming here more bad experiences than good ones as of late
The cashier was super helpful and patient with me. I feel terrible because I hit the wrong button on the customer satisfaction screen though.Attn management:Please disregard the very dissatisfied entry from five minutes ago.I meant to hit VERY SATISFIED. The service was great.Im very sorry for hitting the wrong button. I swear I didnt mean to!The store is always spotless and the service is always great The woman who helped me deserves better from me.
Went in for coffee and couldnt believe what i heard. They thought nobody was in the store, but the Employees and especially Mike, the manager were using profanity, the F word and refering to a female customer with the B word. When they realized i was there they cleaned it up fast. Cant believe you hire people thisUN PROFESSIONAL.
Wow this place is amazing! how much they did with this store after it being a Chevron/burger king is crazy! My mother in law worked at the Chevron and the store is almost completely unrecognizable and it definitely is alot cooler now and I would definitely recommend
Nice clean and new. They totally rebuilt the place. The prices are much better than the previous owners. I drive a diesel and they are slightly better than the nearby competition. I really dislike the annoying advertising that they have playing on the pumps. I couldnt find anyway to silence it. If Im buying their fuel, I should be charging them for having for having to listen to the advertising they are getting paid to play at the pumps.
Derrick was so good to us here!!! EXCELLENT customer service!
Walked in this store the other day for a quick drink and was immediately yelled at (because he was on the other side of the store) by the man behind the register “ma’am no dogs”. First of all I would appreciate being approached discreetly and kindly asked to not bring in my pet stating there is a no dogs allowed policy. 2nd... maybe they need a sign on the door. Third... I was not asked if it was a service animal “which I do have tags and paperwork for. I think there is a persona that all dogs that service humans for disabilities need to big huge dogs and maybe I needed to be blind or have an obvious problem that’s shown from the outside. Now I don’t have give a reason for my service pet but it is to save my life. She is very small (chihuahua) but is trained and will and has saved my life. So I’m for warning people with disabilities do not enter this store if you have a service animal. Go across the street to the kind 7-Eleven that did not hassle me at all. Even if you don’t have a service animal don’t stop here in this heat. It’s too hot to keep your babies (pets) in the car. I will not go back to this store. Mainly because of the scene he made without kindly asking me to not bring in my dog. Just because he said ma’am didn’t change they way I was approached. Rather than yelling at me “ma’am no dogs”. It’s just common curtesy. I will stick with my kind, courteous stores I typically go to. Was just in the area and needed a quick water because it was hot out. The end...
